### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

Hi there EthanWJ7,
One or more logs indicate that this cache appears to be in need of owner intervention, so it is being temporarily disabled. This is to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache are investigated/addressed.
Whilst it is recognized that as a result of the current Covid-19 situation, it might not be possible for a Cache Owner to just pop out and check on a cache straight away, we still need to know that you are on top of the issue. Caches where the cache owner does not currently feel it is safe to maintain will not be archived in the normal time frame, as long as there is some indication from the CO.
**You do need to respond within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this cache. Please don't let a lack of communication kill this placement.**
#What you should do now:-#
- Should you feel it safe for you to maintain and address this cache now, AND your regional Health and Governmental authorities allow it, please feel free to do so.
- **Alternatively,** what you need to do is place a 'Write Note' log indicating an expected date when you you hope you might be able to attend to the issue/s.
**The Write Note log should be placed within 14 days.**
#Please Note#
When a Reviewer next looks in on this cache, if there is no acknowledgment from the CO as requested above, the Reviewer will assume the cache has been abandoned and process accordingly.

I'm going to put a didn't find as unable to sign log, cache destroyed and badly needs maintenance. Nice spot, hope to be able to turn this into a smiley
Not where my GPS lead me but found none the less, does really need maintenance
Cache container is rusted shut so couldn’t open to sign anything. Beautiful spot though!
Wandering around this area collecting a few caches today A lovely area with the water gurgling over the rocks. Pity the cache is in such a bad way and desperately needing som maintenance TFTC Mrbiff247
The sounds of silence, indeed! Not where we thought it was, but we got there! Unable to log as cache needs attention. Tftc!
Found it. In terrible shape though, needs matinantence asap, the log looks like a chewed piece of gum
Having been home for a few days I decided to head out on a short mid week adventure. I headed out west to explore some caches in an area I have not been before.
The coords for this were a couple of metres off but within range. The cache is in bad shape. Rusting away with a completely sodden log that was unable to be signed. Maintenance required here.
Thanks EthanWJ7 for the cache.

Thanks EthanWJ7 for the cache.
Cache container is rusting and the log is completely soaked and discoloring due to the rust.
Thank you, the container was just laying on the ground and broken, the log was to wet to sign
After waiting for the rain to clear and watching an eagle soar overhead, I ventured down here. The find was spot on at GZ and the cache has seen better days with its lid missing and contents falling out S I tried to put back as best as possible. Thanks for showing this area and the cache
Don’t recommend doing it in the dark haha .
Walking the concrete path is not the correct way haha !
Great hide , cute baby

Out to find a few caches for my last caching day of the year. I chose this area as I have found a few here previously and had still plenty more to target. I also decided to try and make it to the intervening days event in Melton later in the day. It was a hot day with lots of dust and flies but a satisfying total of 49 caches in all to clock over my 2000th find for the calendar year. After a quick find at the previous one I certainly had a different experience here. Took me a fair while checking various options and trying not to look too suss from the passing golfers over the fence. Eventually tried one spot I hadn't looked and there it was. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache MrBiff247.
Caching in the area we picked up a few caches and this was one of them.
This took some time to find, after reading other logs it narrowed our search. Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Went out with my friend and didn’t find this cache. It would be awesome if someone would give me a hint. Because I live in eyenesbury there is only a couple where here also I’m only a kid so obviously don’t have a car to go somewhere else. P.S.️There is a ants nest around that swamp kinda place. Accidentally stood in it and got bit .
With plans made weeks ago to make a day of it and geocache, the destination recently changed as did my caching partner. It was the geo wife that kept me company today with the little Na'wals were at school. We made our way to a few places not yet visited on a nice sunny Monday. We had a great day out.
This looked like mosquito heaven. This cache was a bit of a struggle to find and not where we were expecting it to be or the cache it was.
**Thanks to Mrbiff247 for hiding this cache for us to find and enjoy**

Found the cache bit couldn't sign the log as I didn't have a pen. Nice quick find on lunch break
Some free style caching this morning as I was in the city early and had 4 hours to burn so I headed out to a new area for me. Kid muggles on trampoline talked to me but luckily cache was far enough away for a stealthy find. Took a while as I originally expected it to be bigger as I read the description wrongly.... novice mistake... Thanks to Mrbiff247 for the placement and fun.
Out and about with bogonghazy and geodog tess to clear up a few missed caches.
A quick find and the log was signed. Thanks Mrbiff247

Caching today with Sorceysal and Tessie the Geodog.
Good coords brought us to the right spot, and it was a bit of a search before we spotted this in the shade of the cover. Thanks Mrbiff247

###**CACHE OWNER PLEASE NOTE**###

This cache would seem to have had some welcomed action on behalf of the CO by a Good Samaritan - 'Benjamin Screamer', and it lives for another day.
However, the maintenance responsibility rests with the CO, and even though the issue has been addressed, the onus is on the CO to check that all is as it should be. If the CO does not maintain the listing it can be de-listed (Archived).
You need to Enable the cache - see here: [**Temporarily Disable and Enable**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235) and then remove the "Needs Maintenance" attribute by logging a "Owner Maintenance" log - see this Help Centre article: "[**Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon.**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404 )" .
Because of the Needs Maintenance' attribute it is still appearing on my listings - **I've removed it for you this time and enabled the cache.**
Your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be warmly welcomed by all seekers, and your future assistance in this aspect of geocaching will be greatly appreciated.

I am not the CO of this cache but as 2TF I have a fondness for it. I don't like this type of cache but I admire how cleverly it's hidden. I noticed the status of the cache, so I visited GZ this morning to check on it. It's still there, exactly where I expected it to be. I replaced the water-destroyed log with a fresh emergency log in a new zip-loc bag, and returned it to its hidey hole.
--------
###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
I've noticed this cache is carrying a maintenance log which really does need to be addressed by the cache owner.
The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) by 8th September,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Repair and/or Replace your cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you don't plan on fixing it up then please [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (by 8th September). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the instructions posted above.

Another Dnf and we had a proper search. Gone missing me thinks. Tftc. Enjoyed the walk in the sunshine to a spot would otherwise not have seen. Greetings from Adelaide
Looked and searched , was barked at and a DNF was in order after a good search .

After speaking to a previous finder it appears this one is no longer here.
GZ had me in the water today and with the rain its way to muddy to do any more searching. Maybe when things dry out a bit.
Cool. Amazing how I never saw it first off, gps taking me away from it. TFTC Cheers
In the area grabbing another cache so decided to pop by to this one.
This one took longer to find than needed. GPS was jumping around a bit but in the end it was starring at us!

12:40, 18 March 2018. #1240.
Purely coincidental that I found cache #1240 at 1240pm today, a nice coincidence.
Having found Walk in the bush a little earlier, there was no need for me to find this one today, but hey, it was here and only a short walk away. Having read some of the previous logs I expected this one to be quite tricky, and it was - but not as tricky as I thought it would be. It didn't take long to find and would have been much quicker if I hadn't overthought it. At the end, it was a matter of thinking, it's extra small, it's got to be somewhere between a nano and a mint tin, at which point I saw it. A clever and subtle hide.
The cache is in good condition.
SL. TFTC Mrbiff247.

Tried to find this cache before with no luck. Today with Geodad it was a very quick find. Saw lots of ducks in the pond. Signed log and we were on our way to the next one. TFTC TNLN
Twelfth and second last on today's run with JelenaGreenleaf. Omg this cache! Second time searching, and with my trusty strong torch we were able to see a bit better and finally managed to spot this ingenious cache! Well done on the hide!!! Tftc
Second attempt for georocks101 and I. We were once again struggling with this one. Then georocks101 provided a bit more illumination as we were looking around and bingo we finally spotted it at the exact same time. This is incredibly sneaky, well done Mrbiff247
This is my last cache to find in Eynesbury, and another nice part of the estate it is indeed. Took a bit of looking around before I looked properly and found what I needed. TFTC - Eynesbury is done!
Found with omegaman1971 while caching in the area this afternoon. Managed another straight forward find and were on our way, thanks Mrbiff247 for the hide.

Still an awesome place.
Easy find but the nearby dog wasn't happy with our search!

Some after lunch caches were in order today, I knew just where to go! Thought we might have to jump the fence for this one, also thought this cache was on golf course property! Probably wrong on both accounts - quickly found. Thanks for the cache Mrbiff247.

I have had this series on the radar for a long time and a day off work today provided the perfect opportunity for a bit of caching.
I'm sure the silence is lovely here if you don't disturb the nearby dogs whilst on the way to the cache and get barked at the entire time you're here!
Thankfully this was a quick find and I left the yapping dogs behind for the next cache. Thanks for the cache in a nice location!

Hi there Mrbiff247.
We found your cache **"The Sound Of Silence"** at 12:57:00 PM today. (This makes our find count 16218).
We started the day off by nominating a cache some distance away from our camp site and then took a route that was mostly determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS.
On our trek we found a variety of wonderful containers - and ended up finding 20 caches with 0 DNF's. We awarded almost every cache in the run with a favourite point for the ingenuity and effort that has gone in to the placement of each one.
Thanks for placing this cache, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found this cache around 3m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** Just another mint tin cache.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Perfect weather for caching, we created a list, packed some lunch and set out in a north easterly direction. This is one of the green buttons on our map, which we were able to convert to a smiley face. We looked for this one without success last year, so it was good to add our name today.
Thanks Mrbiff247 for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

I was out west with Biggles Bear today with the aim of starting at Cobbledick Ford and ending up with four of the legends caches. However, we did start off with a few along the way before our chosen start point. Once again, a nice quick find here.

Returned to see if we could find this cache that was elusive to us on our previous visit. Geohubby did not take long to seek and find it - don't know how we missed it the first time?? Such a lot of green algae on the pond today. No one playing golf nearby either!

While staying in Keilor with a friend for a couple of days we decided to get out of the high traffic areas to go caching. We noticed there was a nice selection of caches out this way and returned here to do more after our time here yesterday. Lots of creative hides and thanks to Mrbiff247 for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
I scared two maned ducks when I arrived to look for this one. It was a quick find for me in a logical spot with the coords not too bad.
The GPS sent me back and forward a bit, but eventually had my hands on the cache. TFTC

An easy find. Cache is a little damp and covered in mud. May need some TLC and a more water tight container. Maybe out of the way as the water flows down the hill might also be a good idea.
Took nothing, left nothing.
