Logs
Finally found this one after no luck last time we were here. The paper is soaked so very hard to write on. Will need to be replaced.
Have only done a small portion of the tracks on this side of the valley. Had a great walk in the sun.
Decided to take a Wee short cut through bush to get to cache.( As not familiar with the tracks seemed to be going in circles)

Back at Centennial Park to finish the other caches after running out of time yesterday. A bit quieter on this side and glad for lots of tree cover in the hot sun. Took awhile and was literally at the last hint object I searched in the area TFTC
Time to go for a walk through Centennial Park looking for caches.
I found it about 4-5 metres up the hill.
Cheers for the cache.

We had a muddy adventure finding this one today the log to record is missing from container
Nice cache which gave me a laugh. Easy find. The track was a bit muddy and slippery after the rain.
Awesome cache, but the log is deteriorating, so is falling apart. But still is a really cool find
I found the cache, started to open it, when I then spotted the other container. After logging it, I was about to take the other one away, thinking that someone had put a throw down in exactly the same spot. I decided to check who had logged it, only to find it was actually part of the cache, so left it as it was. TFTC.
Another good find going from cache to cache with woolwood9.SL: **tm/ww NZ***Thanks for putting this out for us to visit, we enjoyed the drive / walk around!*
Okay, something is wrong here. We found two cabbage trees and TWO cache containers (each cabbage tree had one hidden). One was the well made wooden hiding spot we found at the other caches while the other was an ordinary barocca container. Unfortunately, someone squeezed the bag with the logbook so deep into this container that we were not able to retrieve the logbook. Thus, we looked just the other logbook. We put both container together and they lean against one of the cabbage trees now.

Guttered found the fake one. Had done some research before hand as I have 2 preschoolers with me. But unfortunately I had pre found the wrong one. Ran out of concentration to find the proper one. Next time!
We had a laugh found the “ this is not the log first”! But then found the real log so thanks for hiding fun!
Having found Nick 4 I went back as I knew more of what I was looking for! Found the “you’re close” first so I didn’t give up. And there it was! Log totally fell apart in my hands. Awesome container!
A spot of night caching...how else do you cache in winter when you Work during the day? Pleased to replace the blue face with a yellow smiley after widening the search area slightly and going for a slide on the bank. Tftc
Whipped up a replacement cache. It's not the same style as the original, but hope people enjoy it. Who's going to get the FTF on the replacement?
In Timaru for an overnights family adventure - the main aim being to bike around Centennial Park.....high track a bit of fun! Boys loved it. Searched a wide area of uphill hints without luck - if anything like the others in the theme we certainly didn't spot it....either well hidden or awol....
Hello from the UK. Travelling around NZ for 5 weeks grabbing caches where I can. After using Google to identity hint item, this was a easy find. TFTC
Sadly after a Good search and a careful look at many possible camo objects I couldn't find this one...at this point I realised I may not make it back to the geovehicle before dusk so had to move it...
No luck for today, searched all around the place but couldn’t find it. Will try again some other time.
On the tour with crypto51, Dancing Queen25252 and myself we also found this cache. Very nice. Best regards from a German geocacher. TFTC.
Dancing Queen 25252, Yogiteam2 and myself are on a 4-weeks-geocaching-tour in New Zealand. Many thanks for the cache and best regards from three German geocachers.
A popular track with the cyclists, I had to dodge a few on my bike as I went apparently in the wrong direction. Cheers
Technically geo-niamh found this twice. Ignored on the first attempt and came back for a second go on our return trip. Well done. TFTC
