Riding on my sneaky red bike finding sneaky caches. Farmer saw me leaving this one. The red rocket was faster than his red tractor
After considering available or alternate access points for the shortest approach to GZ, re-read the warning sign at the closest and determined I was good to make the dash however still cautious for private land owners eyes. Only ones that spotted me were the curious calves as I grabbed the very exposed cache.
This is our 2nd day in Nowra. We have driven through Nowra a number of times on our travels north away from the Victorian winter, but this is the first time we have actually stopped here. We are having a great time exploring the area and seeing the sights thanks to our own tailor made geo tour. What better way to get to know a place than thru the locals knowledge. So thanks to all the CO's that have hidden caches for us to find.
Parked in the obvious spot and then it was a short walk down to the cache. Found on the ground beside the tree so we put it back where we thought it should be. Lots of muggle cows across from GZ!

Nice little area, smell of farm life nothing better. Park at end of street and walk up
Even though its a public road someone has claimed it as private property and i dont really feel like dealing with them
Another day spent down in the Shoalhaven area. This time I visited North Nowra, Bomaderry, and Shoalhaven Heads. Made a good mark on the map - finding nearly all of the caches attempted today. Once again, I met up with Bonfire7 and we had a great day outdoors! Thank you to all the Cache Owners for an enjoyable day trip.
Notable mention: Since the container has been relocated, it is now situated about 100 meters past a gate with a "Private Property" sign. The gate isn't locked shut, but it's important we aren't trespassing here.

Bit sketchy with the private property gate but we braved it. Dodged a fisherman and found it.
My 2nd visit to this cache, but first with the new co-ords. The gate was closed with a private property sign (see photo)
After a miss last time, an easy find today and much easier to get to by car now as well as all has dried up a bit. Found the cache, but no logbook inside, replaced it.

We searched all around GZ and came up empty-handed. There is lots of debris from a recent flood event.
Well, I was quit puzzle as I arrived at GZ. Searched all over the place before starting calling for help. After being directed to the right spot by two different cachers I had to call it a day. The area looked freshly flooded and freshly mown.

Having attending the Event today were grabbing some caches down Nowra way, We had to wait for a man in the car to leave before staring our search. Soon located the duties done. TFTC

Arrived to find a van parked right at GZ but no sign of the occupants, and no sign of Farmer Brown. The Sun was at the right angle so saw the cache as I approached, covered a bit more. Signed, left the trackable for someone else. Thanks.
FTF yeah. Rushed out when i saw this one. Busy setting a a few new caches of my own . Keep an eye out. Wont be long. Thanks for the cache
Found it. Was a race to come here when we received the email. Cullum68 found it. Great hide. TFTC.
Nice day quick dash out to find this new cache but cullum68 was too quick this time thanks for the cache
heh, found within 60 minutes of the email, and I was 4th...
Slick work people. I arrived at the spot and had a talk to the farmer who wondered what the hell I was doing. I asked him about fishing and he told me it's good for worms here, it's crown land, and used to be a wharf for the town that was here.
I still think he was a bit suspicious though, however seeing as I was fourth that may explain it.
Over the fence and back again, looking in holes then finally back to the spot that the gps put me on, had a better look, and it was there. As far as my gps is concerned, the coordinates are right
took the duck for a ride, will release soon.
edit: I didn't realise the duck race finished on August 20th, I've returned it so a more enthusiastic cacher can take up the challenge!
thanks RSB1B2
