With the total fire ban in place we decided to head out for a few hours and clean up some of the map.
All good here, cache & log in good condition, TFTC!

Out with one mission in mind - to complete the TbroG series today. Thanks blingg for putting this series together in a beautiful part if the countryside.
I headed out to the back roads of Gidgegannup specifically to see Brocky’s memorial. As a kid I watched him tear around Bathurst in his Commodore.
Amazing to see how indiscriminate the fire was through. Some areas, severely burnt (but now with regrow the) and others as untouched windows of green.
Took my a while to get this one. When I found the grey lead pencil on the deck, I knew I was close.

Picking up some caches during the WAGB with ICNothing and Burns345. Thank you to the COs.
Caching around this area whilst attending WAGB20.
Glad this event is going ahead, geoson and I are making a day of it. All caches found in good condition.

Thank you! Out finding caches to work towards the current souvenir challenge. Also a good opportunity to finish off this series. Happy to make the find here.
Came over this way today for a few hours to try and finish off the TbroG series. I had 25 left, one of which was a previous DNF and appears to be MIA. So the aim today was to pick up the remaining 24. I got 23 of them - with another one seemingly MIA. But super happy! Especially as quite a few of the ones today had not been found for a long time (some over a year) Also pleased I came today as it seems a cycle race is taking place around these roads tomorrow so likely no chance of caching here then!
Individual cache note: From the log below I can tell that the arnott.family must have been following me along this stretch of caches All was quiet when I got to GZ but after a poke around to retrieve the container the ants swarmed from the host. I guess I would too if someone started crashing around my house No problems otherwise, a nice easy find - TFTC

Treated myself to a geocaching afternoon today while the rest of Arnott.family were busy. Found quite a few and am nearly finished my Mystery at the Museum souvenirs. This one was swarming with ants.
A quick find here.
Only 1 day to go and still 30 caches to find to complete my search for Hidden Creatures... This was my second day along this fun series with a nice variety of hides and placements. I started in the rain but thankfully the weather cleared up before the next front. Thank you for the cache and for the series blingg.

Catching up on some very late logging - three+ years late! Found with Neva2Old. Cheers.
Finally got back to finishing off this series. Only had 1 dnf today, so i'll be back to look for that another day. Thankyou blingg for the series and the interesting hides.
We spotted a likely host from the roadside and this one was another fairly quick find. All in good condition here too. TFTC #549
We came up again this way to find the last 20 or so caches of the TbroG series and some others in the area.
Most caches were easy to locate, but a couple kept us going around in circles for a while. No DNFs today, happy days!

Another cool but sunny day so off to get some caches with m4yb. Might even see how we go for a run at 300 in the month of June.
Thanks for the series and the hide blingg

Off to TbroG today with megawat60 and the GeoJazz, with a few other caches as well. NEF, TFTC!
Second round on the TBROG series for Lazarus_68, dezzabills and myself, We spent the day caching together and managed to find all the remaining caches in the series, this was find number sixteen out of thirty four finds for the day. Thanks bling for creating the series.
Out completing this series with geo-buddies.
Thank you blingg for the variety of hides.

TFTC Blingg and thanks for a great series. In company with hhhedy and lazarus 68 we headed around and completed all the caches today. It was an awesome day to be out and it was great to have completed your series. Loved many of your hides and also locations. Thanks for the outstanding time and effort you put into making it a great series.
I had a couple of hours to kill so I thought I would do a few more of your series, I should complete it one day. No rush:)
I found 14 today and they were all in reasonable shape, some I see you have just maintained.
Thanks for hiding them all.
Oh, and that bought up my 1500th GC cache.

Far be it for me to pass up the chance to go caching when offered So I packed a picnic & PP1 & I headed for the hills to attend to some unfinished business. All of the Tbrog we attempted today were found & in good condition. Love the interaction between cache names & location. TFTC
pug002 found it. Made an early start as weather promised to be hot, which it was. TFT hides only 2 DNF's will be going back as we were rather tired when it started to heat up. TFTC's blingg
Hi blingg I found your TbroG – Bank dry and healthy. Also, found a long red HB pencil! SL TFTH.
Headed off early this morning with geobuddy Mark, but with no set plan as to where we were going, just northwards, and hopefully away from suburbia. On the way up the freeway, we discussed options and the area around Kalamunda/Mundaring looked promising, possibly even a bit north again. Heading out along Roe Highway, we though we would take Toodyay Road, then loop back through Parkerville, Stoneville and surrounds. As usually happens, we soon forgot the plan and just followed the gps from one cache to the next closest and before we knew it we were well into this awesome series of caches. We had the best day of caching that we have had for a long time too - some beautiful scenery, a good variety of hides, some easy and some more challenging, and great compay too. The only thing missing was a cold beer and a pub meal to break up our day, so nothing for it but to just keep on caching. We didn't complete the whole series though (geobuddy's man-flu was beginning to rear it's ugly head again), so we decided to leave the ones in the centre for another day. Great day out all around blingg, so a big thank you for all the work that went into getting them all out there for us to enjoy.
Hi there blingg. We found your cache **"TbroG - Bank"** at 2:13:00 PM today.
This was our 52nd cache find in a caching run of 60 Finds & 1 DNFs today. (So this now makes our find count 15167.)
Today's cache run was to make a start on the TbroG series of caches (and of course any other caches we passed along the way too).
We thoroughly enjoyed today's cache finds, and gave each one a favourite point (for the hide, the parking area, the inventive camouflage, or the adventure).
Please excuse our boilerplate logs, we know it's not really a good excuse, but it's really difficult to craft individual logs when we attempt so many similar caches in a day.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** Container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
** Left**: A Smiley Badge (if the container was big enough).
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

We are on the final straight, heading for the highway. This stretch was surprisingly busy, especially with motorcyclists. Thank you for the cache blingg.
Quick find after short walk from parking spot. Thought this one might ba a safe! but alas it wasn't. Rain has stopped Tftc.
There seems to be a break in the rain for a while, so we are happy to be about and searching for a little longer . the trees seem to be bleeding a lot of red gum at the moment, so be careful which tree you lean on for support when digging around in the area . Thanks for the cache!
Another Friday morning, another caching trip to the hills. Ended up with 20 finds in 3hrs while focusing mainly on the TbroG series.
Most finds were pretty quick with coords spot on although one or two took a few minutes to track down.
Loving this series, I think one more sortie into the area souks be enough to finish it off. TFTC

Teamed up with SVKR_WA today to make a start on the TbroG series picking up a few others along the way as well. It was rather miserable weather wise to begin with but fined up later on. A lot of variety in the cache containers kept us honest with most being found without problem.
I was the one to come up trumps here after a short search.
blingg I found your cache at 12:25pm, this was the 50th of 61 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 3532. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Out today with Granett to make a start on the TbroG series, plus a few others. We had a bit of rain, a bit of sunshine, but the day was good.
Plenty of wildflowers, and a good variety of cache containers. Most co-ordinates were very good.
We ended the day with 61 finds and 2 DNFs

I had an RDO today and I was in need of a caching fix so I decided to head to this area . My main focus was to be the TbroG series and some of the other caches which were close by [^]. I had a fantastic time out here today and a big thanks to all the CO's for the effort in placing the caches!
blingg - jinta29 found your cache TbroG - Bank. This is my find #5733 and find #8 today. The cache is in good shape and we replaced it as found. Thanks for placing this and bringing us to this spot!

Decided to head back out to try and finish this series. Another successful day, finishing with 49 finds in 5 and a half hours. We have loved doing the series and enjoyed the many varied containers and had fun trying to guess where they may be hidden using the cache name as a possible clue. We have had 2 dnf's and we will return another day to hunt them down.
TFTC blingg this is find 1368 for us

This one was a quick easy find on a nice afternoon. Lots of motorbike riding muggles cruising around. Signed log and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache.
Enjoying a holiday in Perth with tmann421 and collecting a few caches along the way.

After dropping our geo-hubby's off to do the Wooroloo series, Mrs iluvtrekking and I headed off in a clockwise direction to do the TbroG series. Due to it being a dry day we were able to complete the whole series but it was a long slog with only a short break at the Gidgegannup Bakery for a coffee. Most containers were found reasonably quickly with only a couple of PAF utilised to give us a perfect score for the day. Thanks blingg for a great series and the tour around the back country roads which was a highlight.
Hi blingg, we found TbroG - Bank today. All was in good order so we signed the log and replaced the cache as found. Thank you.
After a long mountain bike ride this morning I had the afternoon free for caching, and headed back out here to pick up where I left off yesterday afternoon. I managed 36 finds in 3 hours and no DNFs again today, woohoo!!
This one didn't take me too long to track down.
Thanks for the cache and the series blingg!

Had left the farm early so decided to stop off and collect a few TbroG smileys on the way home. After my DNF at the last one was happy to find this one and collect my 5th smiley of the day. Onwards and upwards from here. TFTC blingg

As we are rapidly running out of sunlight we are trying to get as many more done as possible, yet another sneaky hide TFTC
Took a drive out here to tackle this series. Got about half of them done before time ran out. Great mix of hides. Thanks Blingg.
Out with Barnzy12 this time on a Wednesday as I needed to move my days around this week for work.
Headed up the hill to parkerville, mundaring way and cleared the map of green dots to replace with a yellow face
All caches were found easily and it ok condition, logs a little damp in a few however nothing to unusual in winter.

TFTC! Out again today with Cravo10 up to Parkerville and the surrounding areas to complete a bunch of Park and grabs, another section of the mighty Kep Track series, the TbroG series and everything else we could Inbetween.
We metup in Parkerville in the cold cold of mornings out this way!! How do the locals do it?!?! And grabbed a couple of simple PnGs until it warmed up enough to not have to hide in the car!!
We then set our eyes on a bunch of the remaining Kep track series of caches, a truly remarkable achievement by local geocaching legends jade jasmine. Think we have only got a few of these caches left to do now, but most of them are Northam way and I'm not sure when we're getting out there anytime soon nearly had a couple of DNFs on some well placed caches.
The TbroG series had only recently been published, and having liked the COs most recent efforts in the Julimar Wander and tourist drive 359 series we knew we had to tackle it quickly.
We had no problems locating all but two which took urns bit longer than it should have. Thanks for another epic series Blingg.
The parkerville history caches were great too showing us a little bit more about this place we only read about in the fires some years ago.
We had a funny moment at a firnsy cache today water feature, where we both had attempted an old trick if finding, signing and replacing the cache whilst the other person was still impeaching. Unfortunately or fortunately we had found two nanos, one each and were in the process of signing when John asked me if I had the cache and I said yes and he said how and I showed. Funny caching tales.
All in all a huge day out collecting 60-odd caches found and many tall tales fold. Thanks to the local COs for a large number of well maintained caches. Thanks

Day out caching to complete this series with my mom (ooh yeh). Quick find TFTC
Headed out with the geodaughter Redlipsandunicorns for a day of caching. Our main aim was to complete the new TborG series which we did and also managed to get 9 FTFS which was quite surprising since they came out early last night and we had to drive 75 kms to get them. We found a good variety of containers today with a few that took a bit of searching to find. Ended up with 49 finds and only 1 DNF so we were very happy with our caching day. TFTC blingg
