Went out caching with my mum today, and this is the second last to find. This one had us quite nervous but it seems the owners of the house have put this cache up. Awesome find! Look for the sticker
Day 6 of my fortnight+ road trip up to Brisbane eand back to Blue Mountains. A leisurely drive up. Avoiding GC power trails. Randomly driving to various spots that take my fancy. Early morning find. Spotted the gnomes and gave them a close up examination. Where can the? Photos gave me a clue, log now signed. Thanks WilcoxWeirdos for this geocache.
We had thought that we found something different from the others turns out it wasn't it but but we were very close. thank you so much this was really fun for me and my family today. We live in Wardell
Found it. We are travelling with a camper from Cairns to Sydney. Now staying on sandalwood van and caravan park. We made a walk to this curious village with three Churches. Nice History in your Street. I found only one coin or TBThanks for this cache and greetings from Dutch geocachers.
TFTC found while on school holidays with grandchildren. Thanks for keeping up the geocaching fun . Definitely a favourite. The rock art was also a big hit .
This cache felt illegal! Haha felt very naughty but what an awesome idea! Youd get to see all the different types of geo-ers out there! Thank you for the find! On our way to the Gold Coast for a holiday. Signed as BB and BJ. Awesome cache for swaps
I really cool cache! We had to be brave and follow our intuition but so worth it! TFTC!
What fun one! If I didn't read the description, I would feel quite uncomfortable doing this. I dropped off a trackable here. Tftc!
Trying to find a decent sized container in the North Coast proved a challenge. So, we detoured here for a fun find. Left three TBs. TFTC.
doing the tourist drive around the hinterland and happen upon this cache.. had to circle the area at least twice before I tried the normally off limit spot, phew ..its there .nice one thanks, Hello from Canberra
Found it hard find but fun. Dont give up. Dont worry about trespassing as the people that live here made the cache.
What a lovely little village- didnt see the second one to compare! Thanks for the fun
Headed out in the geo-car for a few caches today while my sister are at work whim I am down visiting.

Cheeky little find, snooping felt naughty Left Travel Bug HW94PA for it’s ongoing journey ️ Thank you for providing some afternoon fun
Hi Day One.
My son and I New Year trip turn into drive into NSW and beyond. Today was more about driving. I found 9 today with few DNF. Oh well they do happen.
The breakdown was a mystery, community event, traditional, multi and adventure lab.
Day Two.
We carry on heading south down Newell highway grabbing more caches. Stopping for old and some new virtual, plus more non traditional for a challenge. Unfortunately some of those prove hard to find.
I had lots of fun doing earthcache they brought us to some wonderful places.
I found 26 today the breakdown was 3 virtual, 3 earthcache, 5 traditional and 3 adventure labs with 15 waypoints.
Day 3
Heading towards Mt Buller
After early start we started grabbing caches along the Newell highway to get more LGA cover.
I found 28 today with a lot of driving. The breakdown is 6 traditional, 9 virtual, (most I found in a day) 2 mystery, earthcache plus 2 adventure lab with 10 waypoints.
Day 4
Back up the mountain to finish of what I started. I was 5 later yesterday to get the photos.
After that I grab more caches around the Mt Buller Village. Plus I found one old traditional, it is in the oldest 5.
With finds total was 12. The breakdown is 5 traditional, 5 virtual, multi and at not least a webcam.(finally).
After we finished on the mountain we started to head to Canberra.
My son and I had lots and fun today.
Day 5 Canberra
Early start today chasing caches for a challenge cache that I need for my next loop. Considering my first caching trip was fly in fly out. This time maybe little bit longer. Still not much longer need to be home in couple of day.
I found 25 today. The breakdown was 16 mystery, 6 virtual, earthcache, wherigo, traditional. Plus couple of DNF.
Leaving day for Canberra to Yass. I had a few kayaking ones on the list but not enough time for all. I DNF 2 but a CO gave permission to log it. I found the wire where the cache was. Then I headed to a event to meet up Canberra caching community. Two of them I knew from Brisbane who have move back here.
I did some caching around the park then headed to Yass to stay the night.
I found 20 today. The breakdown was 10 mystery, 6 traditional, 2 multi, letterbox and a event.
Day 6, Yass
Early start today I was chasing more challenge caches. Some of these were high. Glad I had my ladder. One was to high for it. Maybe next time. I sign 18 Challenge caches, some I qualify for other I don’t. Couple I need only few finds.
Total finds today was 21 the breakdown 11 mystery 7 traditional and 3 virtual. Plus 17 sign logs but don’t qualify for.
And lot of driving closer to home.
Day 7 Sydney and North we go.
I found 11 caches today, with some old ones as targets. Main thing today are caches for a challenges. Plus virtual.
The breakdown was 5 virtual, 3 mystery, earthcache, multi and traditional.
Lots of driving with couple of the caches, I wish Queensland had more virtual.
Thank you CO for your hides and the maintenance you do. For us to find
Sorry for the generic log.

First day of our first big road trip - 10 days or so from Bris to Melb & back. Wardell was our first lunch stop, picked bc it was close to the highway, lunch time. & had a popular cache.
Quick easy find & as a bonus contained a travel bug to join us on our travels.

Searched signs and gardens can't find much but I'm gonna continue searching for now.
We like the road less travelled, so after staying at Ferry Reserve Caravan Park (which our Navman refused to find ) we went on the old highway to Wardell. Sometimes we had to retrace our steps as the new and old highways and our navman didn't coordinate. Still we enjoyed our slow trip and enjoyed your cache. Particularly as it was a good size.

Visiting Ravenclaw2480 this weekend, and since it's international geocaching day, we had to go out and find one! We liked looking at the houses, it's quite a nice street
Thanks for the cache! It's the first time I've found a cache in that kind of hiding spot

Hello WilcoxWeirdos, happy International Geocaching Day from Ravenclaw2480 and Moogiechew. We were having a nice day out and decided look for your cache. Well hidden with lots of lovely swaps. Thanks for the hide
Tnln tftc SL. Loved the cache, knocked on the door but sadly no one home. Fav point given.
We braved a trip down to Ballina for Christmas with the family so in between snorkeling, eating, playing stupid games, watching bad TV, I headed out to pickup a cache or two.
This one had me stumped as it looked to be on someone's property and I always feel a little awkward in this situation, so I knocked on the door to make sure it was ok that I search and I wasn't some weirdo. Jody (the CO) popped out to say hi but I needed a clue as to the location of the container (I would never have looked in there), but the hint makes sense, just think what most people have at home but is missing from every house in Wardell.
Thanks!!

Our annual holiday trip to the Mexican state of New South Wales to catch up with outlaws and other family members. For me it is a chance to get in some caching in areas I would not normally get to. Today was my chance for a nice drive Iluka to grab a few caches, do the new adventure lab and grab a particular old cache for the area.
On the way down I had a slight detour and went into Wardell to grab four caches. These had a particular interest for their attributes, age and just because I do not like leaving an area with green spots, lol.
The first was a cache outside a house of a local cacher, they seemed busy inside so I quickly made my way to the cache and went on my way. The next cache was one at a local cemetery, this was an easy find. The next was a more interesting cache and one I enjoyed doing for the history and location. The find was easy enough but reading the headstones of this area was very interesting, thank you. The last one was a little walk along a river trail, I found the cache all open and the contents on the ground. I was unable to sign. Noticing the co was living near by I dropped in on the way out to inform them of the cache.
Thanks to all the CO’s for these caches, a great little variety and some great caches. I signed the logs where I could and replaced containers back where I found them. Thanks.

Very cool set up indeed! We were sad to see one of the pieces broken as these dudes were very cool. We were hesitant when checking the correct place as it felt kind of wrong, but once we spotted something that confirmed we were correct we felt more at ease.
Nice job WilcoxWeirdos, thanks!

At 11:30pm we somehow ended up here on our trip home from Dayboro and Queensland. We needed fuel or we wouldn’t get much further and The Driver insists on using only a certain brand which closed at 11pm. Luckily we got the fuel before they closed and our car GPS directly us to think route down a winding road. I checked the app and looked for what seemed to the easiest to do.
Of course I didn’t have time to read all the description before I had to get out of the car while The Driver grumpily agreed to go round the block while I looked for the cache. I followed the coordinates to GZ and was greeted by a few friendly fellows and a structure usually used in a completely different type of geocache.
I snuck a look and saw a familiar container for geocaching, so in the dark, I fumbled around and finally found the way to get into it. I stamped the log and put it away as quietly as possible. I hope I didn’t disturb the residents with my fumbling. A favourite point for the great adventure I had.

It’s been a lovely drive Woodfprd bridge. Thanks for bringing us along the river.
On a trip north to get to Dayboro with Kittykatch and Barb2e. The rain made it very difficult to make a decision on the best way to go but the coast highway is open so this is the way we are going. Looking forward to seeing new country.

What a cute idea for a cache. We could hear some people on the other side of the yard but we were short on time and headed home after a big trip away so didn't call out to say hello.
Moving from Adelaide to Brisbane, jesswrigley and I decided to drive the long distance to make the opportunity a holiday, taking 12 days and passing through Victoria, New South Wales, and then finally arriving in Queensland. We spent the first few days in SA's Riverland, visiting Morgan, Berri and Renmark; and then drove through Mildura in Victoria. In NSW, we stopped at Hay, Parkes, Merriwa, Tamworth, Port Macquarie, and Coffs Harbour, and then entered Qld to stop for a night in Robina in the Gold Coast.
Today, jesswrigley and I travelled from Coffs Harbour to Robina, Gold Coast. We started out the day with breakfast in Coffs Harbour, and then visited Richmond Valley Council LGA driving through Woodburn, Rileys Hill, Broadwater and Wardell. Lunch was had in Ballina, exploring some of the coastline, and then we proceeded north across the Qld/NSW border and stopping in Tweed Heads and Coolangatta to complete an Adventure Lab there. A final drive was then made to Robina. Weather appeared to be mixed today, with a number of intermittent heavy rain showers and dry window durations.
This was a very clever and nice hide. I initially inspected the figurines, until then looking and seeing the cache in front of me. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. It was just a shame that this wasn't a letterbox hybrid cache - a missed opportunity perhaps? Thanks WilcoxWeirdos for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

I am not sure why I could not find it - I think a terrible case of cache blindness, I am sure next time I visit in the future I will spot it straight away, lol.
My wife and I had been on a tourist mission to Byron Bay where we struggled to find a car park. Next we drove to Lennox Head where parking is rarer than finding a Leprechaun at the end of a rainbow (and I have found two) and finally we drove onto Ballina for lunch.
After a lunch on a seat where no one has sat for almost a decade we decided to hopefully find some caches where the beach crowd would not be. Surely in someone’s front yard was not one of those spots.
We stood uncomfortably out the front playing with the lemmings, lemurs of whatever the statues were until Mrs Woodyrothwell started singing a song. It was a Sesame Street rhyme I didn’t know because unless it was Oscar the Grouch, The Count or the imaginary Mr Snuffleupagus I had no idea what was going on. It gave her the confidence to check a spot I had told her to avoid and once we de-anted the cache, out stamp was in the log. tftc

A quick find of a nice hide and then after a DNF at the CO's other cache in town decided to knock on the door and see if we could get a clue for that one.
Unfortunately only their son was home who was pretty sure that one had been muggled.
Drat. Wanted to have all smileys in this little town.
Thanks and a favourite point for this one from us.
