We came to visit this powertrail this afternoon to boost our numbers to mount Everest Smile We only needed half the trail and retreated once the goal has been reached. We appreciated the consistency of hides, most of which were in good shape, with the occasional bug and broken lid here and there (some already repaired with duct tape). We skipped one cache as GZ had a swarm of bees around, othwise we had little trouble locating the hides (well, perhaps one or two gave us trouble Smile) 9th of 14 caches found here today. Great to have a son who is on his L plates so he can drive and I can pop in and out of the car grabbing caches! Have done some in this series so am back to try and finish them all off but I suspect I'll be back for the last couple. Lots of wildlife out - flies, hares, flies, a monitor lizard of some sort, flies and more flies! Thankfully no snakes Smile Signed the logs on the finds and placed back. TFTC!

A cool damp morning, particularly for this time of year had us out caching to achieve this month’s ‘Reach The Peak’ Souvenirs.
This series was chosen and all caches were found. We saw a couple of rabbits and a huge hare on the trail.

We’ll give this one a favourite point for the series and because it is Mr sylken’s birth date
Many thanks for the series LíB

On this day the Extreme Reidy's ventured out with the objective to hit the 200 found mark. sitting around the 160's before attempting this trail, we figured it'd go a long way to achieving this goal. we started at Day 1 obviously and stopped and started our way along until we hit a crossroads, the decision was made to park the car and continue straight ahead by foot, returning to complete both side road caches. this did throw out the order but all caches were found, signed and returned for future finders. this was our first attempt at this series and were very impressed with the caches found, we will definitely be attempting other months in the 'on this day" series. thanks for the caches.

22,577. Found with minniek during our Post-Christmas escape to South Australia.

This trip to South Australia was on again off again due to the changing circumstances in the various states we had to travel through. Finally getting a green light from all 3 states we headed off early boxing day. Day 8 of our adventures took us back out into the countryside doing GeoArt (PSA Series, and 60) and other trails (OTD July). This was the next find for the day. All the finds were nice and easy and quick unless otherwise stated. Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one.

Thanks 3LG/LiB !!

Today fitzy _1965, the geokids and I headed north to finish the PSA series, do the ‘It’s a small world’ 60 series and the OTD July series as well as a few extras for good measure.

Started late and finished on dark with a total of 114 for the day.

All caches were found quickly and in good condition unless otherwise stated.

Our aim for today had a couple of different parts, while out caching with ilook4geo. One part was to pick up some of the caches dedicated to Australian Prime Ministers, another part was to celebrate what happened on this day during the month of July (even though it is now March).
There were also a few other caches thrown into the mix as well.
Thank you to each CO for their contributiion to the caching game.

10-Mar-19
Damp start to the morning, but it fined up as the day went on. Out with goingplaces2 to find some Prime Ministers and one cache for each day of July, along with a few others. TFTC.

Some are not as easy to spot. But still good finds. Thanks

Found with Moses on the Move on a lovely Friday morning of caching. All the caches were very similar so sadly the logs are similar too. We did see lots of cattle who were very interested in what we were doing, a few kangaroos, a piggery but thankfully no snakes. Thanks for a fun series.

With the end of the year approaching and being on holidays, I thought I would hit the powertrails to get some of my numbers up. This was a pretty good trail with enough variety to keep me guessing. One was out of its container but I found it a few metres away on the ground.

100% success on all hides.

Thanks for the beaut series, 3LG

I stayed at my daughter’s place after the party at Nuriootpa so I could do July Series the next day. I found them all with no problem except one of them, I almost could not put it back.
Phew!

I saw three muggles while I was there. The girl on the bike stopped and asked me if I was okay, the same with the farmer and the lady in the car. It was nice of them.

Thanks for the challenge.

Thanks 3LG for the cache Smile

We were very happy to find all 31 of the OTD-July series today in very good condition, all with accurate co-ordinates and in great containers! Smile We didn't see any snakes and only one car passed us all morning. The only downside was the very strong winds blowing a lot of dust around. Thanks for this series - as we have with a few other OTD series we have found we love reading the interesting facts that accompany each day! TFTC Smile

Enjoyed finding all 31 OTD July caches on the bikes today. Weather was perfect and we only saw 1 snake and a couple of bunnies. Caches had good coords and we liked how they were a variety of heights so each one was a bit different, thanks for the series 3LG.

Today I decided that I would go up north and find some caches around the north of Two wells and across to gawler.

Main goal was to do the Australian Prime Ministers Trail and the On this date July series. As well as a few more in the surrounding area.

The day was successful with 52 finds and adding 3 did not finds to the list.
