Out for a day of caching. Looked and looked and could not find it being very mindful of the resident bees. Went and did a few other caches and then returned again and soon had the cache in hand. TFTC.
Out in a beautiful winters day with iluvtrekking grabbing some finds. Love the rural back roads. Thanks 3LG
We came back finally to complete the cross after a dnf ages ago. Found it so quickly, can't understand how we didn't the first time. TFTC
Big day out with weredunn4, on the bikes targeting the Magical Unicorn series and a few others we may come across

This one was a little scarey.. the resident bees in the bottom of the tree. Luckily it is up high on the opposite side. Tftc found with littlewhyle5
A cool damp morning, particularly for this time of year had us out caching to achieve this month’s ‘Reach The Peak’ Souvenirs.
This series was chosen and all caches were found. We saw a couple of rabbits and a huge hare on the trail.
Have made extra notes at various caches if needed.
Many thanks for the series LíB

Out on the trail. We're enjoying the variety of hides and exploring the area. Thanks 3LG
Found by Mary and David at 12:07. Ridiculous mail service these days. D remembers when the postie came twice a day! Our thanks to LíB.
On this day the Extreme Reidy's ventured out with the objective to hit the 200 found mark. sitting around the 160's before attempting this trail, we figured it'd go a long way to achieving this goal. we started at Day 1 obviously and stopped and started our way along until we hit a crossroads, the decision was made to park the car and continue straight ahead by foot, returning to complete both side road caches. this did throw out the order but all caches were found, signed and returned for future finders. this was our first attempt at this series and were very impressed with the caches found, we will definitely be attempting other months in the 'on this day" series. thanks for the caches.
Found it on the 2nd go. How could I not see it the first time!? Right there...in front of me. RIght in front of my eyes! Happy to turn a DNF into a Found it! TFTC!
Need another pair of eyes for the last 4 on this road. Didn't want to dig in the brush in case of snakes.
22,584. Found with minniek during our Post-Christmas escape to South Australia.
This trip to South Australia was on again off again due to the changing circumstances in the various states we had to travel through. Finally getting a green light from all 3 states we headed off early boxing day. Day 8 of our adventures took us back out into the countryside doing GeoArt (PSA Series, and 60) and other trails (OTD July). This was the next find for the day. All the finds were nice and easy and quick unless otherwise stated. Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one.
Thanks 3LG/LiB !!

Started late and finished on dark with a total of 114 for the day.
All caches were found quickly and in good condition unless otherwise stated.

Thanks for the cache and the series, a lovely holiday Monday out in the sunshine. Bees were at this one
So after 28 days of quarantine after I arrived back in Australia from the UK it was definitely time for a big caching day out.
Spent a while in hotel quarantine solving the newish Anna Tommy series so this seemed like the perfect group of caches to head to today. Added in a few trads to make for a full day of caching.
In the end found 55 caches and 2 dnf for the day. After doing not much for a month I was cream crackered by the end of the day.
It was a glorious day for caching, perfect winter day with sunshine and blue skies.
How did I miss this the first time? The bees put me off! They are still there but the cache was found. TFTC LiB great to convert this prior dnf

Out and about with Felixll today gathering a few of the unfound caches around Gawler.
At the end of the day Felixll returned to the camping spot and we completed the July leg of this series before heading back. TFTC LíB, we appreciate your efforts.
This cache was found on our Geocaching road trip from Perth to Millicent for the GeoVenture2020 Event.

Took a bit longer on this one, bit hard to get the log out. Good little challenge to mix it up
Love the series and style of caches, thanks for placing these out.. well that one was definitely harder, we even had to return to this one for a 2nd look! If it wasn't for the zip tie I wouldn't have spotted it! TFTC
On the way to Canberra, detour and doing OTD July.. like the style .. signed the log and thanks for the cache and hide
Our aim for today had a couple of different parts, while out caching with ilook4geo. One part was to pick up some of the caches dedicated to Australian Prime Ministers, another part was to celebrate what happened on this day during the month of July (even though it is now March).
There were also a few other caches thrown into the mix as well.
Thank you to each CO for their contributiion to the caching game.

So, you'd think a small rain storm would not worry a cacher... True this, unless the wind and the log meet up together and the same said cacher is last seen runner up the road like a thundering rhino in hot pursuit of a piece of paper..... Log retrieved and surprisingly dry so dutifully signed and replaced. TYFTC SLTNLN
Found with Moses on the Move on a lovely Friday morning of caching. All the caches were very similar so sadly the logs are similar too. We did see lots of cattle who were very interested in what we were doing, a few kangaroos, a piggery but thankfully no snakes. Thanks for a fun series.
Easy find unfortunately it was full of water. Replaced the log as it was paper mache and sealed in a plastic bag for future uses. TFTC

With the end of the year approaching and being on holidays, I thought I would hit the powertrails to get some of my numbers up. This was a pretty good trail with enough variety to keep me guessing. One was out of its container but I found it a few metres away on the ground.
100% success on all hides.
Thanks for the beaut series, 3LG

I stayed at my daughter’s place after the party at Nuriootpa so I could do July Series the next day. I found them all with no problem except one of them, I almost could not put it back.
Phew!
I saw three muggles while I was there. The girl on the bike stopped and asked me if I was okay, the same with the farmer and the lady in the car. It was nice of them.
Thanks for the challenge.

We were very happy to find all 31 of the OTD-July series today in very good condition, all with accurate co-ordinates and in great containers! We didn't see any snakes and only one car passed us all morning. The only downside was the very strong winds blowing a lot of dust around. Thanks for this series - as we have with a few other OTD series we have found we love reading the interesting facts that accompany each day! TFTC
This one did take a bit longer at GZ but of course once we found it we wondered why we hadn't seen it quite quickly.

Enjoyed finding all 31 OTD July caches on the bikes today. Weather was perfect and we only saw 1 snake and a couple of bunnies. Caches had good coords and we liked how they were a variety of heights so each one was a bit different, thanks for the series 3LG.
Today I decided that I would go up north and find some caches around the north of Two wells and across to gawler.
Main goal was to do the Australian Prime Ministers Trail and the On this date July series. As well as a few more in the surrounding area.
The day was successful with 52 finds and adding 3 did not finds to the list.

We commenced filling our OTD calendar two years back, July is just our 5th month.
If only we could slow the pace of real time a little!
As with our other months, the cache notes were intriguing. The containers are innovative and keep everything secure and dry.
Thanks to '3LG' for another enjoyable series.

out with jacknor for the afternoon and in to the early night time. Jacknor was targeting 50 hidden creature points. He got his aim. All the caches in this series where found and all in good condition. Also the 2nd time i have found this month as the 1st round of july otd was burnt out in the bush fires.
out with sir_spectre after he finished work in the afternoon chasing hidden creature points. all caches found for july.
Found with FUF009.
Today was Day 7 of our 8 day SA trip.
On the agenda today was a bunch of OTD series.
This was the only day we didnt make our target.
The August OTD series took twice as long as expected as it ended up being more of a 4WD road which meant we had to go slower.
I still ended up with 105 finds for the day.
Lots of driving today.
We started out from Tarlee and ended up in Adelaide.
Again we enjoyed the diversity of the countryside. SA is a wonderful state.
Apologies for the generic log.

Day 7
The only day our plans did not go as according. We had a 6 months of OTD's on the list but the Roads for August were a little rougher than expected and slowed us down quite a bit. Never less we still got OTD June, July and August and a couple of others, and finished off the day in Adelaide were a couple of urban grabs were made. These still got our days total to over 100 and makeing for another fund day in SA.
Found with sharkiefan
A Big week was planned to travel around South Australia, staying in Minlaton, Tarlee and Adelaide. We cache along a number of Trails, managed to grab a few off the beaten track, some well known caches and the odd one that
came up on the map as we were travelling around.
It ended up being a massive week of 2960 odd kilometers travelled, with day find counts of 25, 256, 361, 318, 66, 205, 104 and 76 (yep thats 1411 for the 8 days)
1062 micro, 238 small, 60 Regular, 45 large, 3 Virtual and 3 Other.

[:X] We found one cache that didn't meet the criteria, found three containers on the ground not in their cubby hole and one container missing its location but otherwise, a great system where caches should not go missing in the long term. [:X]
