Had a good search under torchlight for this one. No muggles this late at night after I enjoyed a lovely (and slightly tipsy) 800m walk along the beach from the Venus Bay caravan park.

We were staying close by for the weekend but the weather was so wild that we didn't have a chance to come look for this cache. We were heading home and as the rain had temporarily stopped we headed out for a look. It took longer than it should but we found out in the end.
Thanks Gonefishen07 for the cache.

Out for a beach walk with a friend. Checked to see of there were any caches nearby. Happy to find this one. Introduced my friend to this addiction. TFTC
Took us a little while to find but finally did.
We won’t forget this one in a hurry as on our way back up the steps geohubby took a tumble and rest of Easter Sunday was spent in the Wonthaggi Hospital emergency department.
Just be careful going back up those steps.

Quick find after a nice beach walk with Razbash Adventures. TFTC, lovely location.
Found this one today with one of my geokids. We did a nice loop from the shops to beach 1 to beach 2 then back on the road. TFTC.
App didn't show a road or a track but they were there so we took them and found the cache at my first hunch. Love the cache and the view. Thanks.
Out with Daff today doing the touristy thing and collecting a few caches. I was a bit off colour today and I think my GPS caught the same sickness. I spent some time looking and it was hot today and eventually resorted to a call to the CO for some more info. After that it was an easy find. After that we decided to go to the pub for lunch and a cool drink.

I agree that it is an appropriate place for the container the scroll is in

We were staying with friends at their holiday house in Venus Bay. Last year when we were here we'd found all the beach ones so I was surprised to see two "new" ones for us to find. It was pretty hot already so we sent geodaughter Stormgirl13 on ahead to find the cache and then we walked down to share in the glory LOL. Thank you for replacing the other one and for the cute hide, love the container
Blowing a gale this evening when we came to find this cache, good thing it was a quick find once at GZ. TFTC
An interesting cache! Quite an appropriate hiding spot for the container. Thanks for hiding it!
With my teenage children sleeping away their holiday, I ventured out this morning to grab a few more caches on a relatively muggle-free day. Cute little container! T4TC!
Found at 12:03 PM GAFF1.
Always like to come over this way to view the lovely surf beach. Interesting to see that the pipi limit has been tightened up and that the University of Melbourne is conducting a study on the movements of the pipis - maybe to decide whether to continue to allow the taking of them?
Thanks Gonefishen07.

Well Beach No' 2 certainly gave us a much warmer welcome than Beach No'1.
After an early start this morning, as we hoped to put a few smiley tokens on the page 38 map in an effort to complete the Victorian Country Road Atlas Challenge before it celebrates its 10th anniversary of placement later this year.
Our thanks to Gonefishen07 for placing this cache.

Number 21 of 22 for the afternoon. Dropped some scouts off at the Prom for an overnight hike and cached our way back to our accommodation at Walkerville. We managed to turn an hour trip into a 7 hour caching adventure!!
We were hoping to get a second to find on this but the Fam of Five found it sometime today before us!!
Nice little hide that we found straight away with good coords.
Just had time to do one more before running out of daylight.
Thanks for the cache.

This was another great little hide. We opened the log, and scanned it. DAMN, Famofive beat us to the honour of second to find. Ah well, 3rd to find is not too bad.
Thanks for the fun and adventures we had for the afternoon.
We managed to replace 2 containers for the day, find 22 caches, take a stack of photos, and make many memories.
Thanks again

2nd to find after a failed attempt at Beach 5- we searched for AGES...but it was placed after we looked. Yay! This one made us feel pretty good! Cute little camo too. Thanks!
Figured I'd give this a go to get a FTF, and I was successful. Had to call geo husband from the car to give me a hand. TFTC
