Logs
Reperio 07:45The fourth and final day of caching around the Yass and Goulburn regions, and with a little time before needing to head home, I hit up some of the ones closer to town. While the fog was thick this morning, it soon lifted and it was fantastic to have some beautiful sunshine after 2-3 days of rain. With not a lot of movement around town this morning, most of the caches were found muggle free. A great day to be out caching. Caching with barb2e and SmittenGranny on a blustery Monday morning. TFTC *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*

Sydney to Adelaide cargo runDay Two: Goulburn to CorowaWeather: grey and rainy and wet underfootThis trad was mixed in with all the elements I was chasing today. The Mulwaree is running! Thanks for this hide team_lewin.
Found 20/07/24. Was exposed, probably due to the strong weather. I put it back securely, but it might be washed or blown out again.
A nice, straightforward find here today with plenty of parking right next to the cache. Container and log are both in good condition. Thanks, minniek!
A quick find here. Nice to pick up for some numbers. Generic Summary of today:Did some logical loops of Goulburn before heading to challenge caches and the Towrang Stockade.Snack situation: Grabbed a Breakfast wrap from Cafe Grit and it was great! Had a hungry jacks mcflurry on the way home, it was essentially a cup filled with icecream with oreo dust overflowing. Had to stand outside of my car to eat the first half of it.Public toilets? Not today, had to do a bush wee.Munzee distractions: during breakfast near the Big Merino.Weirdos spotted: surprisingly noneAnimals spotted (alive): kangaroos, ducks, rozellas, magpies, crows, sheep, goats (both white domestic and multicoloured feral), horses, cows (all colours), and a camel!Weather: overcast, light sprinkles, pretty cool.My main aim of today was to get anything I'd solved, multis and letterboxes. Thanks to the cache owners and for the efforts they go to place and maintain these caches. TFTC!
Find#1935Found today on our first day caching around Goulburn. Me and Shaneo58 are down here to work on some challenge caches near home in the Hunter valley and trying to claim some unique DTs to fill our grid also. After arriving here we made a quick find. Cache and log in good condition TFTC
Slowly making my way to the Canberra mega. Another nice little side trip to a few caches! TFTC!!
On my way to the Mega, leaving Goulburn and on my way into Canberra.Grabbed on my way out of town this morning. Thanks, Robmc.
Our second day in Goulburn and we were attempting the couple of series of caches just south of Goulburn. The day was suppose to be cooler but it warmed up. All in all a good day driving around on a slightly less busy highways heeading towards collector. Some caches were wet, but we were still able to sign.Total Caches Found 15439TFTC minniek
Just a couple more caches before dinner on our last day in Goulburn. SL at 5.27pm #10,322 TFTC team_lewin
Geocaching with IamCoust south east of collector all the way to Goulburn. Stopped twice by curious muggles, one with a possible shotgun in the car, as for the caches, most ok, some damp and some un-signable. A fun cold day out driving these country roads. TFTC
Out for a few caches around Collector on a cool and windy day with Green-Martian. Most were found without issue but a good number of logs were damp or worse. Log signed and replaced before moving onto the next. Any details of note or interest added to the end log. TNLNSL TFTC
Found with sebass19 on a fun day of caching in Goulburn whilst here for today's GGGT CITO. Lovely sunny day. We decided to start our day south of the Hume to attack some element caches. Parked nearby and made a very quick find. TFTC!
Nice stash of change in there. A source of inspiration for swaps. *ka-ching* Now I can get rid of my loose change too.

Great easy cache. GPS took us the wrong way but thought we would get this one while we are around it. TFTC
After some new caches had me lured all the way to Goulburn, I used the remaining daylight to gind a bunch of caches at the south nd of town. Feelt good to put a good chunk of these into smiles and see a few new spots. Lots more to do around town so will need to come back a few more time but made a start. This cache was one of the ones I had the oportunity to do. A nice cache here!
Thank you team_lewin for the nice walk you gaveus!

With a day off from work and a CITO in Goulburn, I made the trip over to for my second ever time caching there. I made the promise that I would return for a proper day of caching and it finally came true. Today’s focus was mainly some solved Multi’s and a few other quick finds to maximise my cache find total for the day given I was limited with time as I needed to be back in Temora by 5:30pm at the latest. After the CITO, Fitzy_1965 and I headed up the hill to collect the ‘Mount Gray series’ caches as he believes that they have run their course. Unfortunately, I will need to return for the rest of the caches that I missed along that are along the same road again due to time constrains. I ended up with two DNF’s today. However, I loved my day out. TB visit on all found caches. I would like to thank all CO’s of the caches I found for allowing them to bring me and the caching community enjoyment. TFTE and TFTC’s!
Our first full day in Goulburn, and what a great day weather wise it was.
We had a number of Adventure Labs in our sight, as we always enjoy them, and different locations put on different slants which gives us ideas for a Lab credit we have to use when we get home..
We tried to pick up any caches we went near en route which becomes complicated, juggling phones, GPSrs and ipad maps for the overview, as well as the car GPS!
We found a variety of caches and hides, generally all in good condition and saw some of the sites of Goulburn.
Our only downside was a flat tyre late in the day, but even then a lovely bloke stopped and offered to help!
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache minniek.

Quick and easy find at GZ. TFTC minniek.
**Our Day**
With the previous day’s constant rain ?? and continued overnight falls ?? our planned 30+km cycling ?? ????? ????? trip down and around the Orroral Valley swamps had to be postponed.
So, where do you go on a beautiful sunny Winter’s ?? day when the ground is too saturated to hike ?? and too muddy to cycle ?? on dirt tracks?
At the 11th hour, our weekend plans were brought forward combining two adventures into one ??very, very long day driving around the north of the ACT. With Contesta and GeoPartner we headed out early seeing, in the gorgeous morning sunshine ??, Lake George that should be full soon if these rains continue. Many paddocks and fields are partly under water ??, livestock ?? ?? ?? ?? ?????? ?? ?? ?? were standing water, and some backroads had in parts turned into streams.
It was cold ?? and very windy ?? in some areas so we spent much of the day running ?? ????? ????? between GZ and back to the warm car ?? for the best kind of exercise! Fortunately, all GZs were quite straightforward and none required extensive searching. Just lucky ?? today!
Yep, the car is muddy but nothing soap and water can’t fix. Home in the dark tired and exhausted ?? but happy ?? for our productive day in great company. Now for bed ?? - after a shower ?? of course!

Catching up with some late logs
An unexpected trip to NSW saw us with some spare time, as we had not planned anything we concentrated on Adventure Labs but not passing by any close by the side of the road.
This is one cache that lives up to its name that is for sure.
WE followed the GPS to GZ and thought bugger. But it turned out we retrieved the cache with no blood shed and happily added our name to the log.
Many thanks team_lewin for a cache that turned out easier than we first thought.

It looks like there's a hole where something was, but had a good look around and couldn't find anything
Working at Clyde Mtn today and collected this to fill a hole on the way. Thanks for placing.
Last cache for the day on my Goulburn excursion. Pulled up next to GZ and made a quick find. TFTC team_lewin
We are travelling to Millicent for the Easter Mega event and enroute we have found plenty of caches to keep us occupied for quite a while. What an awesome selection of caches there is in Canberra and surrounding districts. Today we found your cache. Thanks to minniek for arranging this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Met the WEEO at Maccas and this was the second find of the trail south to Bungendore. Nice one!
This is it then we are off with three Kings for a busy afternoon caching. Thanks team_lewin for placing this cache
One of the many geocaches on the annual Stumble's trip to Canberra (where we stay in NSW) but this time travelling from Goulburn to Queanbeyan via Tarago (pub grub and service is GOOD) and onwards through Bungendore.
Of the 241 caches attempted, 225 were "Finds" and 16 were DNFs. All caches in good conditin but generic log due to the sheer amount of how they blend into each other after a while. TFTC!

This weekend represents The Stumble's annual Canberra trip. We travelled from Goulburn through to Queanbeyan via Tarago (food and service is really good at the pub) and Bungendore.
Out of 241 caches attempted, 225 were "Finds" and 16 were "DNFs". All caches, unless otherwise stated were in good condition. Cache locations varied but those prickly trees were the WORST!! We did encounter a few unique hides which we have awarded FPs for.
We left a lot of swag along the way for the kidlets and deposited a couple of TBs that needed moving on.
To all the CO, TFTC and the (at times) challenges in finding them. Apologies for the generic logs but 241 caches blend in to each other after a while!!

I scratched my head at the obvious location for a while, until I realised that there was one little spot I hadn't checked... Bingo.
Found by Mary and David at 10:45. Left Melbourne yesterday and stayed at Gundagai last night. Delighted to see some sunshine. Plenty of water in the River. "The Towers" property nearby looks spectacular. Our thanks to minniek.
A day trip away to collect a few caches, I was picked up this morning by Tankengine and then off to collect dty73. With the new challenge we needed to find some caches and as Tankengine had all but cleaned out Canberra and the near by regions it was off else where to find them! Dty73 had completely the challenge but came along to keep us company and enjoy some caching too. Up towards Mittagong was the plan with a few along the way, TE had a PQ of caches we all had yet to find, with a few bonus ones that looked interesting as we passed or needed along the way.
Some lovely areas and off course a lot of fun along the way but the arctic wind that blew painfully through was enough to make me moan and winge at times! If beanies are a fashion statement anywhere I was rocking it well today! The gloves I needed but they made rolling the little bison logs almost impossible so off they came and the mild frostbite will recover! (winge, moan etc etc!)
Luckily though most caches were close to the car or didn't take so long to find, a few DNF's but only a couple and the car was SOOO warm and cosy! We stopped and had a welcomed warm lunch, found all the caches we needed for the challenge and of course had a great day too! Many thanks for your cache that helped with our days caching and thanks to dty73 and Tankengine for the good company and enjoyable day!
