A caching trip from Canberra, ACT to Cape York, Qld and then around the gulf to East Arnhem Land, NT.TFTC. Ants have taken over this cache.I emptied them out but don't know for how long.
Finally found on second visit. Did not write on log as these older eyes just couldn't
A beautiful road to this cache. Soo green

I guessed on approach where the cache might be and I had guessed correctly. Cache and log are good. However my Garmin was about nine metres out and preferred S 17° 02.449 E 145° 44.261.

We think we found where it should be but can’t be positive? Recently whipped snipped so thinking it could have been taken
Container replaced. Thanks for hiding and for giving us the opportunity to explore.
Found, but only a small portion left, no log. Maybe been hit with whipper snipper. Will send photo to cache owner.
Inevitably on a long trip when many geocaches are being found, some get missed. Unfortunately, at the time, this was one of them. So, although out of chronological order, I am logging them today for simplicity. So my apologies for the generic log and the out of date sequence.
Our trip commenced on Friday November 28th and concluded on Tuesday December 22nd. During that time, we visited caches in Maryborough, Childers, Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Sarina, Mackay, Bowen, Townsville and Cairns, with other places in between like Proserpine, Home Hill, Ayr, Ingham to name just a few, with many wonderful single stop caches along the way.
Our party consisted of myself, hatzofff, grannysmith1947, and on occasion, youngoldfella.
Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC, Travelling Sister.

Day eleven with travelling buddies, hatzofff, grannysmith1947 and RoddyC of my road trip from the Gold Coast.
A special detour to find this one as Mary MacKillop caches are one of my favourites to find.
Nice new log to sign was great, thanks CO's.

I went on a week long trip to Cairns to escape the Canberra region and do a little diving and some exploration with caching to keep me busy. The warm weather was refreshing after the Canberra winter. As usual after flying up there was lots of walking but it was great to be out. Day 9. After my second boat trip and some amazing diving I had another two days to explore. Today I went up the Giles range to Atherton. A nice dry day today and some good caches today.
Thanks for the cache Travelling Sister

Could not find This one had us stumped, as we knew what and where to look for, as we had received some hints along the way today, from fellow geocachers
Staying nearby and first chance to grab a cache this morning. A nice quick find. Signed the log and returned to where I found it. Thanks Walter Helmut & Travelling Sister. All good with this cache
Quick and easy find on this international geocaching day with minniemousejojo. Tftc
Frustration plus. Logged caches last night, so I thought, only to discover something went awry and I have to relog all my GC caches.
Today I had borrowed my granddaughter's zippy little car so that I could grab some smilies. This was a quick find after lunch even though I thought that I might have trouble as I approached GZ as I could see there was a huge amount of work being done in the general area. It didn't affect the cache, so thank you both walterhellmut and Travelling Sister. The log now bears my initials SG.

Hello again Travelling Sis and helper
Today's Mary Mac sighting was out back of Edmonton in FNQ
The Mary Mackillop skool here is huge !!
And with all the construction happening,
its getting bigger yet !!
So with suburbia sprawling on one side,
and cane fields on the other,
I soon found this cache

We just spent our holidays in QLD and visited this cache. Thanks to the hint and good coordinates, the hiding place could soon be found. [^]

Cache found OK but log book requires replacing. Left a signed clean sheet as a temporary measure.
So as not to be to obvious I waited in the car while hubby walked across the road to find the cache. There was only one place that it could be and it was there. SL TFTC
