Unfortunately I think this one is missing. Checked the obvious place, then a few more places that matched the hint, and then the wider area, but didn't find it.
After a tasty lunch at the Cafe in Gulf Harbour, we came to pick up this last cache in the park, for us.
Will walk to the waterfall... never been here before.

Having finished my bike ride around the outer track, and refueled on coffee, I decided to go for the few caches on this track, this time walking.
I found the cache in the obvious place. Thanks for putting this here.

With the gps jumping around, was out of the canopy before it measured less than 14 m, then it was a case of retracing our steps. Good hint, easy find, when the gps played the game. Lovely bird noises, tuis and the ever amusing crashing of wood pigeons!!
Found whilst out with mum keylev and a group of Team SEAC. Had lots of fun today.
Thanks for the cache.

So today a crowd of 14 Team SEAC members encompassing 10 different caching names travelled north to the park and attempted all caches in the park. Logs were signed SEAC to save space. The weather today was perfect. Another nice quick find with so many people looking.
Team SEAC organised a cache finding outing to Shakespear Park and this was number one for the day. Was running a little late & following in their footsteps at this stage. Quick find. TFTC
Out with my geocaching buddies from Team SEAC exploring Shakespear Park. All logs signed Team SEAC.

Headed up this way today after one of our group suggested (for the fourth attempt) to take a walk around the park....as we had camped up here a few times before, we jumped at the opportunity, plus it was an opportunity of catching up with the group after being locked down by Covid-19.....parked nearby, and headed into the park. Many eyes make quick finds....

Team SEAC was out in force today with a mission to knock off the caches to be found in Shakespear Park at the end of Whangaparaoa. This had been on the cards for quite a while now but had always been thwarted by either COVID or bad weather. Today was our fourth attempt at getting the crew together and claiming this area.
Not long after starting along the Heritage Trail, we wandered through this lovely wooded section. Upon arriving at GZ we all spread out a wee bit as the tree cover made our GPSs jump around a little bit, but with everybody looking, the cache was soon in hand. (Log signed as Team SEAC to preserve log space)

A visit to this park was originally planned for June 2020 but the weather thwarted that event, it was rescheduled for Aug 2020 but then lockdown and restrictions meant we were not allowed to gather or cache, it was planned again for Jan 2021 but only a couple of the crew were available but many wanted to do it so we said we would find a better time. Today was that day, finally!!
They say good things come to those who wait and boy was this worth it....great weather, views, caches and of course the company!
I love these wooded areas to wander through.
Thanks for the cache.

The Team SEAC group were hitting Shakespeare Regional Park. We had attempted this 3 times previous but were thwarted with COVID lockdowns and bad weather. NEITHER were an issue today as we were greeted with an amazing day and a LARGE proportion of the Team SEAC members turning out. The kids were in full force with B4Dawn diligently pushing B4Dawn VERY Mini cacher ALL the way around the park in a buggy type pram! All logs signed Team SEAC to save log Paper.
Carrying on around.

A nice hide thank you. Ï have been staying on the coast so thought I'd come and get a few more caches today on this lovely walk. Hoping to get in a nice swim also
A nice quick find thanks. It is nice walking in the shade!
Time for another trip to the North Island for Ms_KR and me. Wellington and beyond here we come. Today we toured around Whangapararoa, Plan B. Plan A was to drive the Ara-Weiti Road, but is only accessible for residents as East Coast Road is CLOSED over that junction.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

What a perfect place for a cache! Had a family of muggles in front of us so we had to dawdle here and there. Thanks to the CO!
216. After locating the correct cabbage we then located the cache. Stunning walkway. Even saw some Tui’s.Quick easy find here. TFTC
The elder future finder and I are enjoying the good weather this morning before it turns to rain this afternoon to find some hides today. I was able to convince the future finder that we should check out the nearby waterfall (but no further) and we stopped to find this hide along the way. I tried a few places that matched the hint while the GPSr took some time to settle down. It took three passes but I finally came up with the goods. Cheers for the cache placement!

Have been lucky enough to see the parakeets on our way to this cache. A quick find and on we go. TFTC
Out with @WildTulip for some caching in this park in which I haven't been in years and my sister not too long ago but only along this stretch of bush. Quick find by my sister. Turns out, despite the weather not being all that nice this morning, lots of people are visiting the park so had to be careful to not attract any undue attention to ourselves as we loitered to find, sign and replace caches today, especially here. Thanks for placing Team Welsh!
We had only meant to come this far but we all were enjoying the walk so made the decision to continue on and see how far we would get. Guess what - we found this just off the path. TFTC # 16,105
On a geocaching expedition from Nelson. Way back in February Isis58, no.13 and I planned a trip to Auckland for the planned Mega event. When Covid struck and the country went into lockdown we decided to wait and see what happened - - that was less hassle than trying to get refunds on our flights anyway. Well, of course the Mega event was cancelled but luckily for us, flying was an option again by Labour Weekend. We changed some of the details of our trip but decided we would fit in as much caching as we could. We were joined by Mrs SoBad. We visited some amazing places, fitted in some walks, came across lots of people - - lots of traffic too. A huge thank you to the COs for hiding caches which presented us with puzzles to solve, took us to great places, were cleverly camouflaged, were cunningly hidden - - sometimes in plain sight - - all of the above and of course an equal thank you for the ones that just gave us one more smilie. We really really appreciated them all. Thanks !
Such a nice walk to here that it was a quick decision to carry on. The cache was found quickly between other walkers passing. This log and the others on the walk were signed as INSS.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Enjoyed the walk with inss Great area

Found this one with a group of friends, Cachers.
I, Line_Moh, Danverkruus and Elviraxx, we met at the the park for a day of fun, tracks and caches, and we had all of that, plus swimming (some of us) and pizza in the end of the day. It was a very good Sunday in an excellent place.
I spotted the suspension place and then Danverkruus confirmed that cache was there, but he was afraid to put his hand there, hehehe

Find number 6575. Decided to do a couple of days caching in the area. With an emphasis to try to clear the Dalmatians. After parking up in Riverhead and riding the bicycle from there. I only got a few done before the batteries on my GPS went flat and when I lost phone coverage I had to change plans. In the end I ended up with 29 caches today and spent the night at Murawai. Day 2 was. Murawai, Dalmations and then onto Orewa for the night. Another 50 caches done.
Day 3 was Shakespeare and Stillwater. 29 More caches before heading home to Hamilton. Enjoyed the walk along this trail. Some amazing trees and stream pools to look at.
Thank you for the placement.

Not having 2 metre long arms, we had to step a little off the path! GPS settled down and we soon had it. TFTC
Technically I had to take one step off the path to find this cache, but was able to replace it basketball style without leaving the path! As we were logging here there was the most wonderful birdsong. The trees nearby take your breath away too.
Auckland Geocaching Meetup (signed as Auckland Meetup) event day and conveniently the last opportunity to get the mystery at the museum caches. Knew where it would be, so made a quick find. TFTC
We were in the park today with the "Meetups" group for an epic adventure around the park. Signed logs as "Meetups". Climbed the hill from the beach carpark and we are well on our way around the park. Covered 13km today. Enjoyed the bush walk through here. Quick find. SL. TFTC.
Went out for a walk around Shakespear Regional Park with a friend today and took the opportunity to grab a few caches in the area, while watching all the cute new born lambs. Took a walk up the waterfall track and made quick find of both caches up here. TFTC!
Had to be in this place, just had to go for a dig. Nice bringing our mate who teaches little ones. Maybe she could introduce geocaching to her ‘kids’.
While we were transfixed by a large wood pigeon right off the path the geo kid found the cache!! Our 200TH so a very special one for us. We have had such fun getting to #200 can’t wait for many more.
Well I do like finding quick caches while walking. Seems to be quite a busy track. Tftc

Our first geocaching expedition in New Zealand, while visiting from UK. What a lovely place and wonderful weather. Quick find
We’ve returned to Shakespear to collect a few more caches today. We did 6 and really enjoyed the walk completely different from yesterday. All caches other than the one in the car park found quickly. TFTC
The first day of the new year - and the first day of our annual family holiday, this year in Auckland. One of us had been to this peninsula long ago, and new the view at the end to be something worth visiting; so, after leaving our packs at the holiday home we headed up here to get to the lookout in the last of the evening light.
On the way we managed to get a few of the local geocaches, which was one more satisfying element to the walk.
Thanks for the caches!

Auckland Day 3: Shakespear Park and some miscellanies.
One more day before heading off to the next destination, so decided that today will be the day I go for a little exploration of the Hibiscus Coast, particularly Shakespear Regional Park. The park was as scenic and nice as advertised and had a decent number of caches for the taking. All good fun, before heading over to Orewa for a late lunch and back to Auckland to prepare for tomorrow’s trip.
The following is the specific log for each cache:
Nice easy find on the shady little walk. It was a good opportunity to educate my parents on what a cabbage tree is. TFTC!

Back to where we started our walk but this time the fellow cachers were not in sight so we had the place to ourselves which lead us to a nice quick find.A great caching afternoon thanks for all your hides we will be back.
Cool little track, been good walking about today. This cache was well placed

We decided to go for a stroll today around the park. We have not been up here before and as it was a spontaneous decision I hadn't downloaded any of the caches onto my phone or mt GPS. I did manage to get this one to load.
The weather was stunning and the walk was lovely. Upon approaching GZ I spotted where the cache was right away and quickly signed and replaced.
Then it was off to the waterfall, through a field full of sheep and then back to the car.
After that we headed down to the marina and had a curry. Such a lovely day. Thanks for the cache, I will have to come grab the others at a later date. #809

Caching with TheMexiKiwi and liketips as Glee Team today and after an initial DNF we were hoping for better things here.
Plenty of people out here today which wasn't surprising given the weather, but all quiet as we approached GZ which was appreciated. Nice quick find in a likely looking spot and away we went. TFTC
