Nice quick park and grab. Log very wet. Great camo, blends in well. Many Thanks.
Tagged along when the crazy crew 11HPG11 & C&D said we were leaving Hamilton at some ungodly hour for a long drive in search of a few lonely, unloved caches. As we wind our way back to the Tron, it doesn't take much for someone to persuade the driver to detour for a few drive-by hides (& hopefully coffee or 2... ). After a very long day, thankfully it was a nice quick find here. TFTC
When Cats&Dragons suggested a wee day trip to grab a few caches in this area, I cleared the diary and set the alarm! We set off at 3.30am to get there with plenty of time to find this and a few other caches. We teamed up with Kiwi69 and collected HKCB along the way. Good to get the old HOAC team back together for a crazy mission.
On the drive down we got to see a bit of the damage caused by Cyclone Debbie. A lot of water around!
Called in here on the way back from finding some caches that hadn't been found in a very long time. Thankfully these ones were nice and quick and not too much of a walk. Thanks for the hide.

On this day I was in the company of Kiwis69, 11HPG11. We had dropped HKCB off at Opotiki to make his way back with the family so it was a case of collecting a few as we headed back home bound
We left Hamilton at 3.30am with the principle objectives for the day being H.1. along with Wiukawa Wander, both of which had not been located for a very long time.
We were unsure what to expect here but after a little searching Kiwis69 came up with the goods which meant that we could continue on the homeward journey
Thanks for the placement, Thanks for the cache.

Heading away for the weekend with the family and detoured to Te Puke for dinner and too grab a couple of caches. While CB was dealing with a smelly nappy, I took the dog for a quick walk up the road to this cache. There was a game being played at the park and I thought I might not be able to grab this one, but the location of the cache hide me from the muggles and I was able to make the find. Thanks for the hide.
Funnily enough I sat in this exact spot about 2 weeks ago.. Didn't even cross my mind that it could be a good little hidey place for a cache! Log was damp but still able to write on it.
Given away by the suspicious pile of parallel sticks (now removed). Muggle activity minimum and easily averted by the shoelace gambit. TFTC.
Had to head to Tauranga today so thought we would do a bit of Geocaching on the way home as these new ones in Te Puke had been beckoning for a while and every time we have been to Tauranga recently we have used the toll road there and back and so missed Te Puke.
Mr S spotted this one as well. Chorus muggles along the way under the trees but they took no notice of us. We have found caches here before, guess they have been archived.
Thanks queendj92.

A quick find due to the multitude of parallel sticks covering it. These are not required so made it a little less obvious. Coords were bang-on.

Great wee cache for little Dominic-John and Aidan to help big Dominic(John)-Aidan find. The honours for finding it went to little D-John, and little Aidan took great pride in covering it up again.
Thank you for placing this cache for us all to find

Out geocaching with Gran'ma and Um'pa ---- and I was the first to find this one for us all. Thank you for the cache.
Very pleasant sunny Sunday and a great day to go geocaching, with everyone away on their summer holidays. Quiet and peaceful. Caching heaven. Cache is all good. TFTC

Another FTF hunt to Tauranga this time, and again beaten to it, decided to carry on caching for the afternoon as we had not been here for caching reasons for a long time, got a haul of 20 for the afternoon/evening.

Heading to edgecumbe for a day with the Grandies and need to go to the supermarket so came this way rather than the motorway. I remember other caches here but this one all good. It is nice to remember our roots. TFTC
Up from the other Bay to have Christmas with family. Had some time spear before a bike ride in the afternoon. Nice to see a couple of new caches in Te Puke. Parked in the car park at the courts and walked under the trees to GZ. In a short while I had cache in hand and log signed. Had to wait a couple of minutes to put cache back as a few cars were coming from both directions. Nice hide. Cheers.
3.45pm - Made a phone call to the Squirrel to ask what he was up to and found out he was close by so met up to find this cache. Quick search and find and time to head home. SLTFTC
On a caching adventure with the dog...
The mobile rang as we were setting up to find this one... It's quite hard to run the iPhone gps and talk at the same time, so one thing had to give... It was Gap (of Fap and Gap) on the line, and he was not far away... We found this one after a short search, and signed it off before heading our separate ways. Nice to have a hide in this area again. TFTC.

Was excited to see another cache in Te Puke. Congratulations on your first hide...a great little hiding place. Tftc
Stoked to find this GC, It was actually dedicated for my son and i found it on his grandfathers birthday two days before his, love you son
On our way to Tauranga, we went via Te Puke for this cache. It turned out to be the day of the float parade, so there were plenty of muggles. All good tftc
The second time we have come through and the Christmas parade was on. Quickly found between the line of cars. Cache all good. Found on a caching trip with frewilys
Saw this one pop up the other day and thought I'd wait for my friend to come over before finding it. been out to dinner and did a PnG on the way home. TFTC
After a visit to the doctors for my daughter who had cracked her head on a sign, who is fine now after a feed. I thought I might swing around and check this out. Quick easy find. Nice surprise. Congrats on your first hide. tftc
I remember the last cache that was here - [Howzat?](https://coord.info/GC4C0X6) - but was archived back in May. None the less it was nice to be back. Cheers queendj92 TFTC.
Had to be very careful of muggles as cars very rarely park along this street. In fact I saw someone recently wandering under these big trees when I drove past. Hmm now I'm wondering if it was the CO sussing out the hide
With all the strong winds we've been experiencing lately I was not surprised to see a rather large branch on the ground near another tree. On looking up I noticed a branch with leaves that looked like they were becoming dehydrated. Will ring council tomorrow for an inspection to preempt any issues.

Dear John, a funny thing happened when we were almost home from our weekend away. We received incoming notification that there was something unfound in the local area when we were one block from home.
We headed back towards the expressway and on towards Te Puke and as we pulled up at GZ a black car took off. When we located the hide and unrolled the log, we were pleasantly surprised to find it was still blank as we had expected that the occupants of the car had beaten us to it. FTF #594, congrats on your first hide TFTC.
