I am leaving the area and couldn't find anyone to adopt this caches, so I am archiving it.
I thought i was looking for. Peice of concrete which I did find, but no tubes found unfortunately
Very disgusting area, managed to find though. Bring my neice along and she screamed at the bugs haha
Found but used shoe to find as looked very grubby here. Location matches the name unfortunately. Anyway, SL TFTC
Quick find after finishing the adventure race today, and on our way over to the dinner event and to collect our prize for victory! TFTC!!!
Had a meeting in the area so grabbed the cache on the way back to the car. TFTC
A geocaching puzzle brought me near here today so stopped and picked up this easy peasy one as we walked past.

I verified that the cache is indeed unreachable while they do some road constriction. I will check back form time to time since the Mega is right across the street and I will be going there often over the coming months.
I returned to the area today on my way to YMCA Camp Adair. So I thought I'd grab a cache or two on the way. So after parking I made a nice quick find here. In this case I had no idea as to what the hint meant... but it didn't matter as the coordinates were spot on. So the log book has been signed and the cache is nicely back in it's spot all ready for the next hunter. The cache is holding up well. Thanks heaps for taking the time to set up this cache along with all of your other ones in this series. As usual I really appreciate your efforts in doing so. TFTC
Ducked behind the orange keep out fencing and found in the first place I checked - only thing I didn't find it till I checked out another couple and returned and had a better look. Motorbikes playing round on the school fields - not sure how well that will be appreciated. TFTC # 14,348
Find number 5568. I was passing this grotty so stopped for a look. All quiet at this time of morning so easy park outside school. Short walk and easy find. All good. Thank you for the placement.
Not at al Grotty here today in the sunshine. Found easily today as the CO was with us. Had fun with the hint. Thanks Agazo.
Time for another wander round while my wife stays with some friends in Pukekohe. This was day 2 where I was torn between getting numbers or clearing an area. In either case I managed to pick up this cache although all the extra fencing in the area did confuse me a little. Everything is all good here, TFTC
Took a while, but got there in the end. If you getting towards or end up in the drain, you've gone too far

Our first grotty find! After 2 dnfs today it was nice to get one at least, though i'm not a fan of grotty locations to be honest! Tftc

Fortunately school holidays still, so not too many folk about. A fairly quick find, bit puzzled by the hint? TFTC
Didn't quite understand the clue but that didn't stop us from making a quick find coords took us straight to it. thanks agazo
A quick park and grab while passing. No one around today so no muggle issues. Another Grotty crossed off the list. TFTC.
Out with my 3 year old in this area, so we decided to find few caches. Had no trouble in finding this one and cache is all good here. TFTC.
Quite funny it was originally placed in the only tree that’s been cut down in the area
I had work this morning, down Manukau way, but when that finished up in the early afternoon I was free to find some hides before making the return journey back home. The rain stayed away until dark so I was able to make the most of the remaining daylight. My main goal this afternoon is to, finally, complete the GROTTY series of hides. I parked up in the car park across the road and crossed over to GZ. I have no idea what the hint is referring to, but it did not matter as the cache was found very promptly. Cheers for the cache placement!
After a bit of a mission with GROTTY 100, it was nice to find some sense of normality has resumed with the GROTTY finds along here, TFTC
After honouring us with an FTF on our first hide we thought we'd end our hunting hiatus by finding an Agazo cache
Down South finding some easy caches for the Hidden Creatures souvenirs. Find 30 more caches to unlock the World Turtle. Surprised to find two pink tubes here. Signed the one with the used log. Will take the other tube back to the missing Grotty 38. TFTC
I have figured out how to get the Council to cut down a tree: Place a Geocache in it!
Now that the original tree is gone, I put in a new cache right next door. Please cover well.

All of a sudden I am finding myself in a big challenge, since I was chosen to find magical "Hidden Creatures" and otherworldly beings in their natural habitats. So what better way could there be to fulfill my mission, than to rummage Agazos famous grotty series? No sooner said than done! This one was an easy find. TFTC. Found together with Greenkiwikids and signed as Piraten!.
Saturday bike trip in the area. Had this idea long time in my head. Todays wetaher was perfect to do it so! Found several caches. Enjoyed all off them. Nice and easy. Thanks for all placements. All good at GZ. TFTC
Today was a pretty GROTTY day to go caching, but we wanted more finds on this calendar date, so what better bunch up caches to pick up quickly than these.
We were not sure what the hint referred to until we approached GZ, and then all became clear. We followed the instructions and soon had the container in hand. Saw 4 or 5 soccer balls floating along in the flooded ditch and wondered where they had escaped from. TFTC, the last GROTTY for the day.

We are out this afternoon learning about Geocaching with our Guide Unit . . . . Mia found this one . . . . . an easy find for us today . . . TFTC
Yay found it quite easily, didn't know there was a little pathway here. TFTC
Was running low on fuel so was very happy to see the hint mention BP, it wasn't until I parked I realised it was not referring to the petrol company. Cache soon located and off to find a real petrol station. TFTC
I had a couple of hours to spare after I finished my work commitments today and before I had to head to the airport and home, so I went off to find a few caches. Another couple of GROTTY caches off my to do list. This one was nice and easy to find. TFTC, Biggles.
Hint led right to cache and was quite exposed. Signed log and replaced. Crammed some bark over cache to conceal. Tftc
My daily Cache today. I parked the car Close and walked to GZ and found it quickly. Nice place.
Thanks for hiding!
Thanks for hiding!
It's funny, when I was sitting in the Wairarapa making my Auckland search list I was a bit wary of caches named "grotty", but now that I've read the explanation I wish I had time to find the whole series!
We found this one late this afternoon after some white water rafting in Manukau. It took a few minutes to narrow down GZ and it was Mr 3Prettys that made the find. Thank you for the cache and I hope we have time to search for another.

First find in NZ in 10 years. Out shopping with sister FACT4, now very much a local, and decided on a spot of caching. This was a good place to start. Tftc
Was in the area collecting a few Grotty Caches before work and this was next. Was looking for the BP station to park at but couldn't see one .... later I realised what the BP meant. Duh!! Anyway, parked up, walked across for a nice quick find. TFTC
School in, but no one in sight, had just re-hidden it when the bell rang and before long kids everywhere, including close to GZ. By then I was back on the other side of the road though.

Today is our last day in NZ we found a few caches not far from where we were staying.
Didn't take too long before we spotted this one. Still quiet a few more Grotty caches to be found, maybe next trip.
Thanks for placing this cache Agazo

Normally out of range without a car, but had all day today.
Like others, found just lying there, but I returned it tucked in the corner, nice and secure.
Thanks for the cache.

THad a free day in hand between a stressful week and the In Laws 80th tomorrow followed by a Expo next week, so this was a chance to grab a few caches that have been sitting there far too long.
So in the company of Mr MCC at 5.30am and setting off we headed north for a morning (only having leave passes to mid-afternoon) to see what we could find in the area before the muggles were up and about and we needed to locate caches in slightly less muggle intensive areas.
Today we managed a total of sixty five finds and only 2 DNF's. Not bad considering we were back home by 2.30pm.
A big thanks you to all the CO's for the effort in placing and maintaining these caches. We had a great day with lots of laughs and fun
Sorry for the repetitive logs. Thanks for the placement, Thanks for the cache

Easy park and grab with RX. Cache was obvious and exposed. Tried our best to use natural camo to disguise but seeing as lots of comments say the same thing I guess the wind and rain keep washing the natural camo away. TFTC
Nipped out tonight to clear a dot day . . . TFTC . . . . hid much better than the last finder had left it . . . .
OMG, so many caches to log, it started to rain upon my arrival here, so I waited it out in the car until it was clear, then across the road I marched and across the grass I marched and into the cache I came. Nice spot chose Agazo.
Fun series of caches and I enjoyed the drive along finding some more of them.

Have driven past this one many times and always had too many mugglers around for my liking... but had managed to pinpoint the likely GZ.... tonight was the need for a cache find for my dot day graph and decided to give this one a go.... arrived at the parking area and all was clear, so off I dash.... found exactly where I thought, sign the log and re-hide and leave the area....

So back to the car i went and low and behold i spotted the sore thumb. caches found soon after.

1.55pm -Today was a numbers day for us with hopefully most of them being drive by caches.
I worked out a route plan, met the Squirrel at Te Poi and made South Auckland our target.
Many interesting array of finds and tasks to collect caches with the odd one not a drive by. SLTFTC

Needed to make another trip to Papakura today and this was close by so thought we would drop in, very close to where I often work but at least it was quiet today. Another Grotty down. TFTC
With Gap (of Fap and Gap)... Short term goal: reach milestone 6000th find... It' all about the numbers, baby!
We haven't cached in South Auckland for a while, and the hide numbers have built up dramatically... Just when you think you've got the geomap looking tidy-ish, there is a mass explosion of caches... Who could resist visiting another Grotty?
A quick find and another added to the collection. TFTC.

I'm going to beat you Grotty caches! like the pokemon saying "I will get you all!" I reckon I'm about 1/2 way though your series now... last day in auckland, time to head back to hamilton this morning, so figured I'd pick this one up on my way south.
