Thanks for the Cache ZACAAT,Passing by on my way home after a DNF near the Silvan Dam, what I needed was a little success to finish my Friday afternoon Cache run. So I tentatively had a go at this one. I have never successfully found a "You Pick" cache. On finding this one I can understand why, well Camouflaged and well hidden. I spotted this one as the GPS gods cad me spot on in position.Regards from Victourer
Whoops, a bit behind on logs here! A Fathers Day Trip up to Silvan Dam/Dandenongs was delayed as MMelb was busy until later than expected, so only time for a couple of caches before it got dark. This one was a nice easy find. TFTC AngeliqueAnja - GJMMelb
I used to pick fruit in the summer out here over 30 years ago. Makes me feel old. Took a short detour on the way home from Monbulk to grab this one which is surprisingly well concealed. TFTC
Found 7:30 am
A quick find, quickest so far in this series. Good to see a cache with some reasonable items within it. Will be back soon to do more caches in the area.

Was out today to try and finish the I Pick - You Pick series … caches have been there a while now .. most OK a couple wet but nevertheless I managed to make my mark .. thanks Team ZACAATT for placing the caches
Nice hiding spot, people going past probably thought I was off for a bush pee lol!
Signed log, excellent condition.
Signed log, excellent condition.
This was such a cool lil cache with some great lil swaps had a couple tradies walk past while we were sitting in the bushes and all they said was “that’s a nice spot” lmao I love Australia. Thank you for the cache!
I dropped off my son for a scouts walk tonight and I found myself with 90 mins to spare before I had to pick him up - caching! This series was within distance so I headed off quickly. This tricky little guy took me to find in the fading light - TFTC!
A little time to enjoy the sunshine after finishing a job early nearby.
Quick find neatly tucked away.

2 Finds, 2 DNF's ... This find wraps up a some what successful morning of caching... FLL
Nice find! dont pat the horses opersite the owner is a bit grumpy and doesnt want his horses patted!
Dry and well hidden. Some room for parking just uphill. Empty except for log, now a few kids swaps.
Another sadly unloved cache. No contents- just log. Did what we could to brighten it up but this seems to be happening more often lately
The easiest find in the series. All up, found 6, missed 3. Will bring the geofam back next time to help find the remaining 3 - an pick our own berries. Thanks for bringing me to this area, and TFTC
I raced Geokid to this one. It was my turn to find one. Nice quick find. We are enjoying the walk. It’s really cold though!!!
Short drive to this one from the others because the side of the road is not pram friendly and the geokid is still whingy when it comes to longer walks . Even better, she was the one who spotted it first! Thank you.
This one was a quick park and grab following two difficult hides. Sweet relief. tftc
Have been wanting to do this series for awhile. Finally today was the day. No muggles & very little traffic. Thank you ZACAATT for the series of great hides (even if we did get rather muddy after last nights rain). TFTC
Out for a drive, we stopped here to buy some beautiful fresh, juicy raspberries. Thanks for bringing us here ZACAATT
Popped over to this area today - grabbed a few caches on the way.
On our way back to Upwey we passed this series so grabbed a few of these too.

Had a free Saturday on the long weekend so was able to get out and grab a few caches. Having spent the morning along the Moonee Ponds Creek Trail with another cacher I decided to strike out east once he had to head off and attend to other non-caching matters. I had seen this series some time ago but had never been out this way to give it a go until today. After a few finds nearby and having diverted up to #4 I came back and pulled in on the right side of the road to check this one out. A short search and I had the cache in hand here. My 16th find for the day. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache and the series Team ZACAATT.
I got in so much trouble here. I searched one section thoroughly, ilukaperi searched elsewhere. We both searched here there and everywhere for quite a while whilst muggles across the road obviously wandered what the hell we were doing. Anyway, finally ilukaperi searched where I already had searched and of course found it. Of course.
With SuperPop down visiting for a few days even with the hot weather that descended upon us we still wanted to grab a few caches and we chose this little series which worked out really well as most of the hides afforded some sort of shade while we were searching and made it feel not quite as hot.
Most of the finds were right where the GPSr pointed and we were able to locate them fairly quickly only having trouble with two of them. Each of the log books now contains our names except for 9 & 10 which were Dnf's
Many thanks for the series Team Zacatt
Below is our favourite recipe using this beautiful fruit.
White chocolate, orange and raspberry cheesecake slice
INGREDIENTS
250g packet granita biscuits
125g butter, melted
500g cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup caster sugar
200g white chocolate, melted
2 eggs
1 teaspoon orange rind, finely grated
2 tablespoons orange juice
150g frozen raspberries
Orange zest, to serve
Select all ingredients
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160C/140C fan-forced. Grease a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan. Line base and 2 long sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edges.
Step 2
Process biscuits until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add butter. Process until combined. Press mixture over base of prepared pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, process cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add white chocolate and eggs. Process until smooth. Add orange rind and juice. Process until smooth and well combined. Sprinkle 1/2 the raspberries over biscuit base. Pour over cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with remaining raspberries.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes or until just set (cheesecake will wobble slightly in centre). Turn off oven. Cool cheesecake in oven for 1 hour with door ajar. Chill for 2 hours. Serve sprinkled with orange zest.

First find by a geo-kid for the year! The cache was in quite an obvious spot, so we have hidden it a bit better than the way we found it. Tftc angelique_anja
I love all types of berries, especially Raspberries. Here we got a good view of how the berries are grown these days under vast netting. I walked down beside the road rather than bushbashing the 50 or so metres from where we could find a safe parking place up from GZ. The cache was in good condition.
Found it! Last one for the night! The GPS had me at one spot but there was no cache. I looked again the GPS wanted me to go a bit further and then I spotted a stick somewhere it shouldn’t be and I found the cache! TFTC SL Thanks for the series, I’ll have to come back in daylight for the last 2 and in picking season!
Stopped in the fog, gps took us past it then back again. Liked this one better than the last. TFTC

It seems to be a popular day for lawn mowing out here. As I arrived a farmer was on her ride-on, but it was away from GZ and on the other side of the road. I LOVE raspberries.
Thanks Team ZACAATT

Another super autumn day was just crying out for us to cache so decided to have a look for this series. Lots of muggles around #1 so we'll try those on the return trip. Found this one with little trouble. Log signed all OK.
Found on 22 Apr 2018 at 1:01 pm.
The plan this afternoon was to head out with Fleabag- to get a few more in his 15km zone, do the berry picking series and some more dandenong meander caches as well to cut down the list of our outstanding solved puzzles that we hadn't searched for yet. A couple of really tricky ones today but ended up with no DNF's out of 22 finds.
The next one on the trail and no problems here. I made the find pretty quickly.
Thanks Team ZACAATT for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Being away from geocaching for a few years means there's now all these caches near home that I haven't found, including this series!
Went out for a late afternoon search with DaD0n and a friend of ours, to see how many of this series we could do.
Quick find, walked around a tree and knew I'd found the cache.
Great cache and great series.

After a really yummy lunch Dippa46, EmmaSunshine96, Shortstop00, Mum, sister and I headed out for some exercise and fun. Truly, I am not sure who is dragging who up hill and down dale but Shortstop is a gallant assistant for his old granny, I think this is the one where he helped me up the bank, to the point that I nearly landed over his shoulder. So funny..... Soon had the cache in hand. TFTC

What a great day for a walk to try and catch this series!!! We've been looking at this series for a while, and decided to just crack on and get it done. What a perfect way to spend Christmas Day afternoon with the family.

Spot on co-ords and a nice logical hide. This was near Sir Paz winery that we have visited in the past and bought a fair bit of wine from them - excellent chardonnay!
Thanks angelique_anja.

Suscoe was enjoying a delightful Sunday afternoon drive.
We had decided to do this little trail a while ago after meeting the COs at an event in Werribbee.
Glad we did today.
Not many cars, sunshine peeping through the clouds and a splendid area full of berry locations for an in season visit next year.
Thanks to ZACAATT for this hide.
We do love raspberries.

Coming through from Seville we came upon this trail. Unknown to us before today it was a lovely short drive through the countryside. Thanks for this cache.
Find #1654. One if our favourite places for a hide on this road. I thought it was at the front but Geohubby found it at the back. Thanks angelique_anja for the fun series.
We found this cache today at 11:50am as number 3 of 18 on our Picking Berries and More - April Afternoon. The co-ord trouble from the first couple of caches were now behind us and we were able to pick this one up very quickly. Thanks from D and HA B-A.
After having a look at some flowers for our wedding we decided to go caching in the local area TFTF

The geo kids and I were up visiting family and couldn't resist finding a few caches within the area before returning home for a relaxing afternoon. We made a detour out here to do this series with a nice morning out. I parked the car as close as I could on the grass and we went for a quick walk. The cache was found without drama to finish off our caching morning with 8 found and 1 DNF with the puzzle untouched as I thought we needed clues inside the containers, didn't read the notes, oops. Signed and replaced as found.
**Thanks for placing this trad cache angelique anja**
**Cache container and log in fine condition**
**Took nothing, Left nothing**

Continuing the series, this one was a much quicker find than the first two. Looking forward to tasting some of the local produce as we find these. TFTC.
The search took a few minutes but found much quicker than the first two in this series. TFTC
It was time for some R&R, that's Rebel and Rossta caching time, We headed up to the Silvan area to start off the day with the picking series, before picking up a few other local caches. We had a fun day finding caches, sorry for the log delay but I moved house and started a new job and the excuses could go on a mile, finally got a new lap top so catching up. Thanks angelique_anja for the cache.
**# 16117** Found on our 2017 summer escape to Vic trip.
Today we went for a drive around the Pick your own series.
A good morning of caching and lots of muggles roaming around today.

A pleasant drive in the rain here today to pick up the 9 x caches in this series. Found this one with the Garmin quite easily.
Thanks for the placement.

Ahhh raspberry. What other fruit packs such an intense and delightful burst of flavour in such a small package? It's hard to beat.
Thanks for the cachine Team ZACAATT. We were having trouble stopping safely for the other few caches so maybe at a quieter time we will find them.
