The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Based on recent logs & activity this one is most likely missing.
CO confirmation, either way (here or not), would be appreciated by future searchers however CO doesn't appear to have been active for almost 2 years.

Gave up when it got dark. Checked the tree with the cool leaves but gps kept bouncing a bit saying I was at the cache, close by, the usual bounce. Changing map to satellite view was showing that I was at the right garden bed, but needed to be over to the side a little bit.... where the tree stumps are. Checked logs when couldn't see it in amongst the leaves or branches. Even tried the base of the tree. Reached out to the previous finder but didn't hear back and so logging the DNF. I'm sure that the Cache is still there and that I'm just not meant to find it today, and I even had spare log book with me.
I have a photo of where I was looking and happy to send it to co to get verification.

Wow! What a nice park. Will definitely be back. Cache located, but forgot to bring a pen. Oops! Thank you
I had a couple of hours to find a few caches while my wife and her friend were catching up.
I parked close and a short stroll towards the search area. There were a couple of muggles doing exercises but they were far enough away not be of a concern.
I spotted the cache as I walked up to the area. It can't get easier than that.

Found on a quick caching trip after a morning coffee at the Town Centre. TFTC
We loved this cache, we ran (with the owner) to the end of the bride and started our search, Lincon got very close and bailed. Ness told him to return to the spot and eventually made the find. It was very fun!
Found it, thank you for the cache, we added a new piece of paper as the other was disintegrating.
Quick walk across the park, attracted the attention of two Maltese Terriers who yapped at me for about 5 minutes until the Muggle owner emerged along the track and called them away. Found container, log felt dampish? Put it in the sun in a safe place and walked around the park for 20 minutes and then replaced. TFTC
Lovely day for an early morning walk where a nice quick find was made. Thanks gracieebell for the neat hide & TFTC
Found a few weeks ago with my friend Tarshie on our Saturday day out. Headed for the wrong bunch of trees at first but the GPS set us straight & we soon had the cache in hand. Lovely park.
Couldn't get the log out and the paper is wet. Will need a new one! Nice spot though!
With a beautiful day already under way, how could I not go for a morning walk. Going by the satellite view of the area I was expecting to see something big in the park but after seeing nothing but wide open space it appears it may have just been a dirt road for construction elsewhere. Which was a great relief.
No one around besides the birds this morning so it was quite a peaceful wander and find.
Cheers Gracieebell

Thank you Gracieebell for placing a new cache out and adding some excitement into our day today with a FTF chase. After noticing publication of this cache we hit the road and arrived to see another couple of cars in the street but couldn't see anyone in the park. Dashing across the grass our heads were in GZ direction and we didn't notice another colour matching car (to ours) pull up behind us. When we arrived at the cache location it was a matter of looking up or down. Not having remembered the hint I looked down while another looked up. Nervously we opened the log to find it clean while the newly arrived geocacher chatted with us. We are happy to claim joint FTF at 1:48pm with DiamonJS, JooJoo57 and Kronski75. Thanks so much for brightening our day, giving us an opportunity to meet a fellow geocacher, and the joy of an FTF. Happy New Year Gracieebell!!
Joint **FTF** with DiamonJs, Aussie Liahona and Kronski75. After already claiming another FTF in the Palm Beach area we thought we may not make it to this one in time. No one viewed as we arrived but as we spied the cache we also spied Kronski75 arriving and were very happy to share the FTF. Shared some stories about snakes before heading back to the A/C comfort of the cars. Thanks gracieebell.
Joint *FTF* at 1.48pm. The race was on and we only just made it, then was joined by another cacher and a joint signing was done, hi fives all round. TFTC

I checked my emails at lunchtime today to see this new cache had been published. I don't live too far from here so decided to brave the early afternoon heat to try and get my first FTF.
As I got out the car I saw three other people quickly walking in the direction of GZ - they made a quick find and were signing the logbook as I arrived. They generously allowed me to share the FTF - my first one after finding nearly 500 geocaches!
It was great to catch up with some fellow geocachers and hear some stories about meeting snakes in the wild whilst geocaching
