I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Been very wet and recent plantings. Could have been removed. Check all obvious places. Maybe I missed it
There has been planting work down here very recently (freshly turned earth sods attest to tgat) and so I think this cache is lost
Tftc. We found it and put it back. The cabbage tree in question isn't looking very healthy though
Decided to book the caregiver for Junior cacher.....first time since the Covid-19 lockdown starting August 2021, and headed down here for a cycle and to collect a few caches about......
Continued on around the lake seeing more dead fish baking in the sun making the smell stronger........
Had to travel in this clockwise direction as we were cycling...as per the sign at the start....
TFTC.

Last find for today at Lake Ngaroto. I just need to find the Green Duck and I have them all.
No trouble with this one, we went straight to it and nice to see a decent sized container

The weather was still holding out, will be a nice walk around the lake in the moonlight.
no probs with the find, nice and quick.

Came for a short walk before it gets dark, in between the rain showers. This is a nice sized cache here, TFTC
A surprisingly wobbly boardwalk made the journey to this cache more interesting. It was a quick find after waiting for a pair of muggles to pass.
I've always wanted to come here as both daughter and son rowed here but I always seemed to be working when they rowed. On our bikes today. The initial boardwalk was floating and quite boggly on our bikes but manageable despite the number of muggles. No geotrail here but all good. Thanks for the placement Iammrwalker.
That was one shakey board walk, a quick search at GZ soon revealed the cache. The lake was busy today with yachting and rowing. Thanks Mr walker for the placement.
Another one in the series found. TFTC. We have enjoyed our wander around the lake.
We overtook a young family on our circuit of the lake and were glad that we were able to find this one quickly before they caught us up.
Good find here fairly quickly for us tonight. Great to be back around the trail, certainly a lot of work done since the last time I was here.

A pleasant mornings walk with rain holding off. Nice quick find and a nice sized container. Dropped off a TB and picked one up.
Time for myself after 3 days of homeschooling M14. I didn't know there was such a nice walk around the lake! Beautiful weather and not to many people on the track.
I was searching by the wrong one but there are not many options! Nice big container.

Thanks for hiding iammrwalker!

TFTC, picking up in reverse today, attempting to get all, missed a few due to muggles, what a shame will have to come back.... Lovely walk or run depending on what your vice is. Loving the large caches that are available here!
My second find of the circuit, after crossing the swampy head of the lake. Want sure how firm the ground was going to be, but it seemed to be nice and dry. A nice quick find. TFTC
We were quite unsure if we should step into the grassy area. Nesting birds? But a quick find. TFTC
The Freezer Mice strike again!
Out for a quick trip around the lake with the kids to grab a couple of caches on the way.
A pretty quick and easy find.

I've done the track around the lake once before, 5 years ago, when the predecessors of the current caches were in place. I have to say that I liked it better back then, the path was narrower, more trees, etc. Now everything is cut open and there's a big car park to attract s-loads of muggles. Still, it gave me the opportunity to do the loop again with new caches. TFTC!
Found as a part of a previous group TanjackMüley, now WanderingSparrow. Now I'm continuing on my own. TFTC
Having old coordinates programmed into my gps we searched the wrong place for a good few minutes. Thanks for the cache.
We have been planning to do this series for a while and decided this beautiful Saturday would be the perfect time. We started with this one after temporarily abandoning our search for the first in the series due to high muggle activity around the carpark.
This one was a lot easier as only a few muggles were walking past. Nice container and swag.
We dropped a trackable to continue its journey.
Thanks iammrwalker.
