Logs
With the day's travelling done, it was time for a pre-dinner walk for some steps and caches. This was the first of the latter and once at GZ, it wasn't long before I was signing the log at 16:40 and off to the next one.TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks OZREG.
Nice Saturday stroll collecting some Vic caches for our logs. Thanks for this nice find.
I was on my way home to Melbourne after spending a few days in the Snowy high country with the MX-5 Club... and took the opportunity to stop off in the Wodonga area to find the caches I needed to help me qualify for the **WCW - The 80/20 Rule Challenge**.This cache was my first stop after dropping off the Hume Freeway... it was interesting to wander through part of the old rail yards... a place I traveled through by train several decades ago. Thanks **OZREG** for putting this cache here.
#4322 A quick find at 6.40am. I wonder what the cyclist thought I was doing at this time of day. Cache was well hidden and what is was that metal thing anyway? Cache is in perfect condition. Thanks. Cheers from Canberra.
Bee has lived in the area for nearly 50 years and never walked along this track!
Thanks for taking us there!

Rutherglen Mega Road Trip
Day Four: Around Albury and Rutherglen again
Weather: At last, it doesn’t look like it could rain at any second.
I’ve heard something about a challenge for 10 finds in every LGA in Victoria. I haven’t verified this, but it sounds feasible. So with Indigo well under control and Towong stitched up yesterday, the gaze turns to Wodonga. This was one of eight caches found on the High Country Rail Trail done with two car hops. I would have loved to have done more.
Thanks for the cache and series OZREG.
It’s officially a mega!

*Found on the 15 Jan 2023 @ 11:20 am.*
*Cache find # 14023.*
I headed out on a road trip to concentrate on 3 particular LGA’s finding enough caches in each so that I will finally qualify for a particular challenge cache.
I was passing by this one so I stopped, it was long before the cache was found and the log was stamped.
**Thanks to Wright_Stuff for placing this cache.**

Claim my adopted out cache as a find so as to not have unnecessary green icons throughout Wodonga on the map. Good Luck and enjoy "N & M"
Finished work early so popped out for a quick cache before heading home. In good condition. SL at 15:50pm.
I stopped in to Wadonga to grab some lunch and petrol on my way back south from NSW.
I targeted two caches in a series within walking distance of each other.
Nice sunny day - perfect to be outside enjoying the fresh air.
Not time to complete the trail today, but good to get two down.
Both caches found without problems.
Thanks for the cache OZREG.

Quick find while waiting for my meeting at Wodonga. Unfortunately log is disintegrating. Thanks for the cache.
Wahoo finally get a smile here.
Three times the charm, each time I have been to find this one it has been missing.
So today after work off I go with done_wright, with the new co-ords in hand, located very quickly - log signed and replaced.
Thanks OZREG

Previous logged members informed of missing cache container. Now replaced. Cheers... Reg
Couldn't find it. Looked under concrete plate and metal plate and there was nothing. Thinking that it was taken.

Spending some time in the area - another afternoon on the hunt. Quick find here on my walk today.
Thanks TeamOZCAT for entertaining me at this location.

Found cache out in the open dismantled with rain water in the lid. The log is in pretty bad shape. Probably best to replace. It’s all sealed and hidden again, where I assume it’s meant to go.
Doing a little cache tour this evening. Unfortunately geo parter isn't here but oh well. TFTC. cache in fantastic order.
Found with Sebass and AKM... Signed as Kayak Cachers! We did have a much larger group, but they all bombed out with punctures! Those 3 corner jacks are everywhere! - I think the council needs to pick them up! I also received a puncture, but managed to repair it, and ride back to the start, collecting at least some of these. Thanks for the cache it was a nice ride while it lasted!
Suscoe had a day out around Wodonga today.
It was sunny with clear blue skies and it ended up being quite a warm Spring day.
Lots of good spots to visit and a good range of caches were found.
Thanks to OZREG for this hide, a local dog was barking loudly.
Interesting to see the tumbled glass being used on the walking / bike trail.

Out and about caching in the Albury area and decided to target a few more of the easy to access caches in this series. They were all relatively easy finds with good coordinates. Thank you for all the work that's gone into the hides. Hope to come back in better health and finish them at some point
Like the last one, soaking wet. We were not able to sign it. Nevertheless, tftc Katzakas and Krystov
Found it but it's soaked and unable to be signed, the container was partly full of water
In between showers just filling in time! Imagine it’s temporarily abandoned given all the development going on in Wodonga. Quick find TFTC
Most rail trails that we have already done we have found that they can be very busy, today we were in luck and not one muggle was seen. SL TFTC
Another find on the run back - a familiar hide for this trail and a new logsheet. tftc
