Same as previous, I had no time to do the trail as intended. It actually took a couple of minutes with the resident kookaburras laughing at the silly man yelling at his GPS. But I eventually made the find, cache in mint condition

The kids asked last night if we could have a look at the map for some caches to find today.
They had a quick search of the area and asked to head down to Karnup for a bit of a bush walk.
With the sea breeze starting to take the edge off the day we gave SirFancy a call to see if he wanted to join us.
All caches were found without any issues and the kids enjoyed the walk along the train line too.
A fun start to the year had us grabbing 7finds and 0 DNF’s.

"Just About Done ???" - well I think that I was just about done with borderline heat stroke. This time my GPS sent me to the wrong side of the path. Mr Luna Maya eventually found this one. Nice cache. SL TFTC Kyzabra , onwards for the long walk to our car.

Staying in the area for the weekend we made time to find a few caches before heading homeward... Just about done??? Well so we thought, except that there was no mention of walking through a puddle that was 500m long Surprised

It was quite the adventure & the kids thought it was great... I was not so excited as the feeling of mud between my toes had me thinking I would be attacked by giant leeches Razz

In the end, DangerMouse09 made the find of the cache before the long walk back to the car! TFTC and our adventure Kyzabra... Think you can lift the T rating just a little Wink[^]

Found at 3:54:00 PM.

It has been a long time since I got out and about for a cache run. Today the weather was magnificent and I had some free time so I grabbed my GPSr and headed out for a wonderful walk in this part of the world.

After a longish walk dodging some good sized puddled I found this little beauty as the mozzies found me. I think they won, but I got the smilie!!!

Thanks for the cache Kyzabra, it was cache number 2238 for me and was number 14 in my run of 16 for today's geocaching effort.

Cheers Cool

We thought we would grab this one whilst in the area, now we are down to two non smileys in this area. I like this area, the Geopooch always enjoys the run. Once at gz the hiding spot was spotted and the signing duties were taken care of. We left Rex the tb to enjoy this bit of bushland till he found his next travel partner. TFTC Kyzabra.

These caches have been bugging me for a while, they come up close to my home, as the crow flys, yet quite a distance by road. Today was the day I decided to go for a walk and grab these.

Caught the train down and met m4yb at Warnbro and we hit this series for a lovely walk before heading down to Mandurah.

This is a great series for kids and newbies and was most enjoyable to have the walk around this area.

Thanks for the series and hides and now smileys in this bushland Kyzabra.

A beautiful winter's day, picked up megawat60 from the train for a bit of SOR caching.
Another quick find here.
We have greatly enjoyed finding this series, and the bushwalk was very pleasant today.
TFTC!

In hindsight could have done this loop on the geo-MTB. A few sandy patches but otherwise rideable this time of year. It was a most pleasant walk with interesting caches, pleasant wildlife (roos, birds and lizards) and somehow I picked a day the mozzies weren't interested. TFTC.

This was a great series for after school fun with geokids. The diversity of vegetation is amazing! Thanks for bringing us here and for some great caches! Left a TB and took a TB! Loved this natural frame on our walk. (If you do this set as recommended it's just before you leave the train line). TFTH!

07-May-17
Found this one on a great day of geocaching with old buddy urch in the driver's seat. Was a bit of a cook's tour starting out in MS Land before heading over this way. No problems finding this last one, even dropped off a trackable to continue it's journey from here. Thanks for the smileys and the exercise Kyzabra

07-May-17
This certainly was a well named cache!
It was an enjoyable walk around this section of the park, getting to know the area quite well now.
So all that was required was the near 1km walk back to find the car.
Thanks again for the series, the exercise and the cache, Kyzabra.

A great series here and I really enjoyed the variety of containers [^]. Had a nice walk of about 40 minutes which was good exercise for the dog as well Big Grin. All coords were spot on too Cool

Smile After a month of staying away from traditional caches a review of my find count found that I had slackened off a bit in keeping up my daily averages Big Grin. With a trip to power trail heavy Adelaide planned for later this month I decided to pull finger and try for a massive April Smile. I decided to head to this area to grab the smileys on offer and a big thanks to Kyzabra for placing this container out here for us to find [^].

Kyzabra - jinta29 found your cache Just about done on 3/4/17, 6:05 pm. This is my find #6395 and find #9 today. The cache is in good shape and we replaced it as found. Thanks for bringing us to this location and adding to the wonderful spirit of this game!

I had just got in from shopping when I noticed there was some new caches published not to far away. I quickly loaded them on the GPS and headed out the door and made my way to this one first. As I pulled up I was joined by PP2 and webblyWA. We decided we might as well join forces and we continued getting all of them together. I was totally under dressed for caching today as I had thongs and a t-shirt on where everyone else had sand shoes and rain coats on lol...(this is what happens when you rush out for FTFS). A nice little series to do especially as it was a lot cooler today. TFTC Kyzabra

Joint {*FTF*} with what I am calling us Team P.O.W and while we may have done things in a strange order and method we got things done. So no, I'm not just about done but who cares when your chattering away.

Had a spare couple of hours today so after heading into the city to buy a present I decided to check my emails and have seen that I missed a bunch of notifications an hour previous so loaded up the bunch of them by kyzabra and headed off, when I got to GZ and checked the map I remembered seeing a few archived caches along this route so loaded them into the Phone and made my way around the regional park collecting both series of caches, special thanks to Kyzabra for the new series and discovering the old caches, which are in pretty decent shape of you had rough hands to get them open, next cacher bring a butter knife to help get the caches opened, which I just did with some brute force.

I met up with some other cachers at the series which was nice to chat to you all.

After completing the loop track I was tired and went home for a sleep before Cravo rang and asked if I wanted to grab the new batch of SWH caches to which I agreed. Good day out with nearly twenty finds. Thanks to all the COs
