Had a quick look as it sounded easy, but turns out we couldn't find it. Thanks anyway
As we made our way through the outback finding caches and having a great time
we found a range of caches some day with Team Cracker, Felix II and firesafe on the way home.
Thanks to Alicecaching for placing the cache for us to find.

Uh oh !! [:o]
The cache name sounded ominous !!
I've spent a lot of time in Big Green Sheds !!
I doubted that with a lot of time on me paws today,
I could resist a wander through the Big Green Shed ,
after finding this cache
Cache found
Woo Hoo !!
Big Green Shed time
Yaaahhhhhhhhooooooooooo!!
And that neatly filled another hour of me day

Found by Mary & David at 1405. We too enjoy green shed shopping, but a good idea for Mary not to go to the garden section today. Picked up a pathtag from the cache. Our thanks to Alicecaching.
We are staying in Alice Springs for a few more weeks after
attending the Red Centre Experience. Today we 'had' to spend
some money in the Big Green Shed so we grabbed this cache
while we were here.
Thanks heaps Alicecaching

Found on a great 4wd caching day with dghoffy and granville86a as part of the temporary caching team TTSS (Trans Tasman Swiss Squad). Sadly it was our last day caching as TTSS during the Red Center Event, but we had heaps of fun, with lots of caching and not so much shopping.
Thanks Alicecaching for the hide!
Thanks Alicecaching for the hide!
Geocaching has taken me on many adventures over the years all over Australia and overseas. It has also introduced me to a brilliant and diverse group of people, many of whom are now close friends.
Today I was lucky enough to be out and about so I targeted this cache.
Sorry for the late log, but thanks for adding to the adventure!

Caching in the Alice Springs and Eastern MacDonnell ranges region for the long, long weekend all thanks to the Red Center Experience geocaching event in Alice 13-17th April 2017. My apologies for a generic log, but I'm notorious for not logging my caches. I am just trying to get up-to-date so someday I can celebrate milestones again. cheers and thanks to all for their efforts to make the hide findable and most in a location worthy of a visit without geocaching (but I'm glad I got a smiley too!)
TFTC. Found as part of the Red Centre Experience Event. Found with Mr Cupcake and Guz's Travellers,
Hi there Alicecaching - today is Monday - the last day of the event here at Blatherskite Park. After the Farewell event we decided to head out for a few caches that we had missed a few days ago south of town. We had an enjoyable day with some shopping thrown in before heading back to the park for the evening. This is my find #4518 - thanks to Alicecaching for this cache.

Day 4 - Out and about tidying up a few town centre caches with Jezza_theGeoKid and burgo78 - TFTC
Don't know what sort of forces surround the Big Green Shed but they play havoc with our iPhone - couldn't even get close to the cache with it. 24 metres jumped to 123 metres....across 46metres......further 80 metres.....back 17 metres. Finally frustrated beyond belief, the GPS and MrG were grabbed and we arrived at a spot MrsG hadn't been to in the iPhone wander. If the Big Green Shed was this hard to find we'd never get to shop there! TFTC Alicecaching.
Found along with todays travelling convoy, caching our way in and around Alice Springs. We signed the logs as EMSGPS - Earthbound, Mica, Sharkiefan, GeoTurtle, Papillon and sully. Thanks to all the CO's, we had a super day, lotsa fun and laughs, and the smileys were a bonus.
A quick drive by. It was difficult to stop Mr Shifter from going into the big green shed.
Thanks for the hide Alicecaching.

Easter Saturday at The Red Centre Experience - morning caching with the Venn Family, Patrol14 and Echocage1 to finish off the AA Series we started yesterday. That task completed, we settled in for an afternoon of caching with joojoo57 around the town itself.
That leaf litter has almost mulched down into soil! Almost tempted to go into the big green shed and get a shovel.. Only kidding[:o)]

Day 4 in Alice and the day was mostly spent in and around town. Thanks to all the COs for the wonderful hides and showing us around your lovely city.
Team ICE on a two week geocaching trip in Australia. Our main target was the Red Centre Experience at Alice Springs but of course we did some caching in other places too. We drove from Adelaide to Alice Springs and then back. We saw lots of interesting and beutiful places like opal mines at Coober Pedy, Ayers Rock and Kata Tjuta. Our rental travelled almost 6500km on gravel and tarmac roads. The weather was great, only on last day we got some rain.
All the caches logged as Team Ice, T-ice or Tice with kapeka, laalaa and Hiltsu. We had a great trip!
We spent three days caching around Alice Springs. This is so different area than bushy flat desert around it. Lots of beautiful places to see. Truly Red Centre Experience for us.

We had fun with caching few weeks here in Australia ( South Australia and Northern Territory ). Lots of geocaches and many sort of them too. We saw awesome places, weather was good all the time and people were friendly and polite. Caches were pretty similar like in our home country. Of course there were some exeptions. Nice and huge country!

Here in Alice Springs for the Red Centre Event. Out with Geo-friends going here and going there finding all the hidden caches. Had a great time locating. Apologies for the generic log, however due to the number of caches found, this was the best way to log. To all the CO a big thank you, it was a memorable time visiting Alice Springs and the surrounding areas. TFTC
This one took us quite a while to hunt down. In the end Orrsome Family tripped over it. TFTC

Well this was the biggest crowd we met at a cache today. We had to queue up to sign the log. Met the contingent from Finland here, out here for the Red Centre Experience.
Found on a big day of geocaching with Team ABC (Ashley13, Aussieben and us) while at the red centre event. I'm enjoying seeing around the area and appreciate the caches here. TFTC.
I have been extremely behind in logging our cache finds.

Went out for the day with GeoHuntorz & Team Red Roo which resulted in a great day out and no DNFs.
We all had 4WDs so nothing was going to stop us today.
Good Friday is great for geocaching so we used this opportunity to find the cache where a great many people gather all over Australia
So we started the search and for the life of us we couldn't find it.
Then much to our relief a car of cachers pulled up, raced straight to the tree and dug up the cache.
We all signed the log and replaced where found with not so much dirt over it just more leaves.

On the road to the Alice Springs Mega with LuckyL10n and Albida33. We arrived in Alice Springs to pick up fitzy_1965 to complete our group and set about the fun of attending the event.
We spent the next 5 days caching around the region enjoying the area and finding a lot of the local caches. A great spot to visit and well worth the effort to get here.
Thanks for all the caches and fun in grabbing them.

We attacked the NOAS series as a group after leaving the Alice Donerstag 2017 event.
the group consisted of Alansee, Goblin Dust,Hearse68, Gonefishen07, Phetlern, Liz and Bruce, and ourselves.
We had a great time with a fun group of people collecting those well placed caches as well as finding a few other placements along the way, this being one of them.
There are many of these big green sheds that we have visited to find caches but we don't mind one more.
Thanks Alicecaching for placing these for our enjoyment.
To save room in the logs we signed the log as **ASB**, Alice Springs Bunch.

A pair of very helpful tourists on motorbikes were parked near the GZ. They gave us some very helpful direction when we arrived. While they weren't geocachers themselves, they had seen three other people looking for the cache we were searching for. This made for an even easier find. Thanks for the hide.
Out with Vik to chase down some smiles on day one of Red Centre Experience! Had a nice trip to the north of Alice collect as we went. Thank you for placing and maintaining these caches for our enjoyment!
