Our 2nd mystery find for the day!! Took a little while to find but on finding the cache, the hint made sense!! TFTC!!
A nice and easy puzzle followed by a quick find once at GZThis week I decided to head to Victoria for a few days to target finishing off the Ballarat Geotour and also find the new series in St Arnaud, anything else was a bonus. I ended up finding a little over 300 caches plus a tonne of ad labs along the way. Thanks for the cache
Made a bit of a detour to grab this one on my way into town, cute hide but it was a little damaged and might need some love from CO.
Out and about in the Ballarat area for a day of caching with Sims_family. As usual, we had a list of target caches, and we would see what happened with caches as we were passing by.
We solved this cache in the Ginga Ninja on the way to Ballarat. We were caching in an area we hadn't cached in before, so we wanted to find this cache.
We looked around for a sheep or two and did not see any, we did however see a kangaroo and a cache around the back.
Thank you for this Unknown cache Glanville Girls

Heading up to Creswick and stopped off for this one. Cache was spotted without issue and then the fun started. Took a couple of minutes to spot the required info, but from there all went well. Log was signed, cache replaced and I was on my way again.
Thanks again Glanville Girls....fav point for the fun container.

Thought I wasn’t going to be able to find this one but luckily it was spotted where a previous cacher had placed it safely on the ground. Log accessed and signed. TFTC
Out with Mrs JTreeTrack2 for the afternoon. Headed out towards Pootilla and did some caching while we were out.
Another clever cache by Glanville Girls.
Thanks for the cache and your efforts

The weather has gone from ️to ️ time to head for shelter. But always time to grab another cache.
I stopped to see what caches were around and normally I steer wide of mysteries but there was a couple near each other that caught my eye. I opened this one up and seen straight away how to solve it. That doesn’t happen very often so ….. game on.
One mystery solved quickly, second step took me a lot longer than it should have but I finally cracked it.
This one get a from me.

### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there Glanville Girls,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).

Found this one with Algae . Trying to fill our calendars for the year. It’s a cold wet one today, and we were scared about getting wet
Found
Day 13 of a Victorian/ South Australian road trip with gwd.aussie working towards a distance based challenge. Back in the home state heading homeward bound picking up the distances we missed on the way over.
Taking a break from the distance challenge to make sure we grabbed this cache for gwd.aussie.
Thanks Glanville Girls.

After finishing the GeoTour and waving off quiet1_au who had to get back to Melbourne, we had a few more hours before we had to depart so we made our way towards some solved puzzles, this being one of them. It took us quite a while to find the cache as it wasn’t at the expected level and needs a bit of TLC. Luckily we could access the code and open the cute cache and sign the log.

Another great cache and puzzle to get here. This one needs a little maintenance, it has fallen off its perch and may need a little glue. Thanks for the fun.
Working on my mystery month challenge!
We made a caching trip up to Ballarat specifically to target some of these solved mystery caches!
This was a fun cute little puzzle that didn’t take to long to solve and then it was just a matter of heading out to the cache.
Once I got to GZ I could see why all the favourite points! This was such a cute little cache.
Unfortunately the cache we found on the ground and not in its home. The combo of the log had also fallen down into the cache so made it a bit tricky to work out, but eventually the log was signed.
The container is so cute, and still in great shape. The logbook was nice and dry. TFTC

We have headed to Ballarat to attend doctor appointments and in our spare time head out to areas that we have not cached in to find the many geocaches that have popped up in the forest areas. Most of the roads were acceptable, some geocachers were on walking/bike riding section which hubby hiked on and I drove the car and would pick him up along the way. All geocaches were found and were in good condition. SL TFTC
A little bonus after a morning of bush walking. We were able to solve the puzzle whilst humming along and got to GZ today. Some farm work nearby meant that we needed to be speedy in the retrieval. A nice home for the cache and quick sign and replace before the rain came pouring down. TFTC.
Day out caching with sassieold55, we quickly spotted the hide and had the log signed. There was a couple of happy birds chirping while we visited. TFTC
With some forced annual leave from work to keep our outstanding leave days low I ended up extending the Easter break and coming to stay in the Ballarat area for a few days mainly to complete the Geo Tour since I missed doing the last one at Lake Eildon. I also had some solved puzzles, and plenty of adventure labs for times when it was raining. I also targeted a couple of virtuals and some whereIGo's as well. Even my buddy Fleabag- popped up for a visit one of the days. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable few days and managed to complete almost everything I wanted to.
This second day of my trip started westward along the avenue and then up around the north of the freeway for some solved puzzles and more Geo Tour caches.
What a great nicely constructed hide. A favourite from me.
Thanks Glanville Girls for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

I solved this a few weeks ago before coming to Ballarat for yesterday’s event. Today, instead of chasing the new Geotour caches I planned to find some of the puzzles we’d solved on Zoom sessions in recent weeks, especially those on the 2019 Victorian Cache of the Year award list. This one was quite inconspicuous to the point the The_Evil_Muggle had been within a metre of it earlier in the search and could almost have been knocked on the head with it if he’d turned in the wrong direction by it. Luckily it didn’t happen and I got to find the very appropriate and well built cache. Thanks for a great puzzle and a great cache.
Found with Cybergran V and her Muggle Hubby on our great adventure to Ballarat for the grand opening of the new GeoTour.
Another nice little puzzle and great little hide. [^]
The puzzle was made harder by the c:geo app I use but we got lucky with the field puzzle that could use just a little maintenance to make use of cache pages attributes again and to keep potential "squatters" out (something has come unstuck).
TFTC Glanville Girls. I'm loving the theme I see here and each cache just makes me smile.

Thanks Glanville Girls for this easy puzzle which dalerious and I solved before Muggle Hubby brought us over here to the Ballarat GeoTour launch. Arriving a day early gave us the opportunity to find a few caches first. We all loved what you had done along here.
Added another favourite point to this one.

Out with bogonghazy for a rare day of caching. After completing the Goldfields Eureka track it was time to head home and find these puzzles which were solved during Covid. A great construction and puzzle. Thanks Glanville Girls and well deserved fave.
Out and about with Sorceysal today attempting the Goldfields series. This was one of three that SS had solved, and we had just enough energy left after mostly walking the whole day, to do these on our way home. A very clever hide with a little twist left in it's tail.
Thanks Glanville Girls, another cache that deserves a fave point from me

Day two of carkisser and JSando escape the kids. Puzzle was very quickly solved. The find not so easy. Jumpy GPS with the weather, coupled with a good dose of cache blindness made this take way longer than it should. Once found the window was left wide open and opening mechanisms were tight and difficult, so we utilised some trusty WD-40 and had reasonable access, though it may need a follow up visit by the CO. A fave pt for the fun and unique hide. TFTC.
With Covid 19 restrictions being lifted we had a plan to meet up with maccamob in Creswick but we were also going to grab as many adventure labs as we could along the way and a few solved mysteries.
We must say that this puzzle took us a little while to work our way through but then the penny dropped and it turns out that we were making it a lot harder than it needed to be. We have had this solved for awhile and as we were driving so close by there was not way that we weren't going to stop and are very glad that we did, We came in from the wrong side and didn't even spot the cache as we were looking for something a bit different. Once we did locate it we happily added our name to the log and a favourite point to the cache page.
Thanks Glanville Girls for the puzzle and the great hide.

We took an afternoon drive with Neisha07, Boo09 & the geo-puppy to Ballarat to grab a couple of things then detoured home to grab the Glen Park series.
We all loved this great cache. Door is quite hard to open at the moment.

Glen Park certainly has some interesting real estate. We visited this home back in February, but sadly could not gain entry. Today we were happy to add our name to the log and post a FP.

Mystery Find #797**
I headed out today with SteMicMitSar to Ballarat to attend an event and also some of the caches that have been nominated for the COTY Awards and also some particularly old caches. Steve had already found this one but stopped here for me to make the find. Another quality hide and deserving of a favourite point.

30 Days, hath September, April, June & November, all the rest have 31, except February alone, which has 28 days clear & 29 in each Leap Year!
A rhyme we learnt way back in Primary school, has taken on a whole new dimension since we began Geocaching!
With the puzzle solved - visited GZ but could not gain access to the log - CO advised.
Thanks for the hunt anyway Glanville Girls.

Upon searching for new caches by the Glanville girls we realised that we forgot to log our find such a cute cache
Thanks for the cache once again you have gone above and beyond to create an interesting experience for the cacher. Thanks for the cache and another favorite for you.
Mr jiwilly solved this one some time ago and had been on our to-do list for some time! So today we made a point to attempt a lot of the "solved" puzzles on a gorgeous sunny Sunday morning! We really liked this one! Very creative and well crafted! Considering the singer of the song and the fact that Mr jiwilly is named the same (to his disgust!) Mrs jiwilly gives it a FP just for that reason alone! Include the fact that it was an awesome cache too! Thanks for the cache Glanville Girls, as always, an amazing effort gone in! TFTC, TNLNSL, CIGC
A few of us had been caching in and around Ballarat today as well as the events and CITO. We decided that even though it was dark and fairly cool, we would take a detour on our way back to Melbourne and try our luck with these caches. We are so pleased we did. They are great fun and well thought out and constructed. Thanks for the effort that you have put into them. They all are deserving of favourites from us. Thanks for placing them for us to find.
I had a great time with Geofriends to finding your cache Glanville Girls, fav from me thank you so much for placing it.
A day out in Ballarat with others resulted in some great times and as always, good finds. A few people in the car were targeting caches for different challenges, but I was just along for the ride... and perhaps the CITO. Thanks for placing the cache Glanville Girls, and for the puzzle. Yet another favourite point
Caching day with Geofriends after CITO, thank you so much for placing it Glanville Girls.
On a forecast damp dismal and not many degree day I met up with the ever obliging Bushfire and Flynn230103. After attending the events at Pykes Creek we used the remainder of the day caching Anothe quality caching experience and another favourite point TFTC Glanville Girls
Today I went out with Bushfire and Au fiat to chase some caches and to do some events along the way. Bushfire called last night for a pick-up in the morning, and of course I was ready. It was really cold, about 11 degrees, and after the first hour I was starting to regret my decision to wear shorts. We went up around Ballan, Creswick and Ballarat to do these caches. Anyway, thanks to all the owners of these caches, they were all excellent, and sorry for the generic log, I just have so many caches to log after today.
Very nice cache, these are very unique

Being home on holidays I've finally had some time to work on some mystery caches as I'm not normally very good with them. With help from a friend who showed me some more solving techniques I've had another look at the Glen Park series and finally something has twigged in the old grey matter and I've worked these out (although I did know what to do with Marble Manor, just too lazy to do it!)
So today with the geofamily and geodog along for the ride we've come out to do these well regarded caches.
Finding this one proved elusive at first, with the gps sending us on a wild goose cache, sometimes sending me at least 15m away in both directions from where I eventually found it. The door was a little stiff at first but with gentle persuasion it came open without any damage.
Thx GreenvilleGirls for putting out these great Mystery caches. FP for each of them!

Having a caching afternoon with Benjay21 in the countryside just north of Ballarat. Another interesting container - Thanks and a FP given.
Solved this one espectially for today and wasn't dissapointed. I know they are for kids but they are good all the same!
The issue with the window has been fixed to prevent any unwanted inhabitants.
In Ballarat for the day to attend a couple of Events and then add some of these caches to my tally if I can.
I am having a mixed day of finds and DNF,s but worked this guy out a long time ago and as I was in the area it was the day to stop and have a look.
It was getting late in the day but I soon found what I needed to and bingo the door opened and signed before returning everything to as it was before my arrival.
A well thought out cache and it gets another F.P. from the ageing Bushfire.
No time left to grab the other two but hopefully next trip.

Due to the poor weather it was quiet caching day with [@itsonlybarney](http://coord.info/PRJWE36) and the geokids.
Found cache easily, definitely a cache to admire, as you can see the time that the CO has taken to construct.
The "window" appears to have fallen off and needs to be repaired to prevent any unwanted house guests.
FP worthy. TFTC.

Today was a quiet caching day, interspersed with rain showers and shopping. A few interesting caches along the way.
Cache is in relatively good condition, however we suspect that the 'window' has fallen down and needs to be repaired to prevent any possible house guests taking up residence.
Otherwise all is in good condition.

After managing to gather the required information and armed with what we hoped was the correct information we finally managed to head out to see if we could make the find, log retrieved and signed and replaced, thanks for the awesome cache and the fun

Today, I headed back to Ballarat to attend the CITO event at Union Jack creek tree planting but first I had another mission and the was to find a few more puzzle caches so that I could qualify for the 1000 Unknown cache challenge.
It was onto this one next, once in the GZ area I did make my way to the cache the hard way be circling around it before spotting it, once there I had what was needed right in front of me and the logbook was so signed.

This was our fifth find for the day.
I certain that +Wife would be happy to live in a cottage like this if it was also surrounded by gum trees.
Much better than city living.
Thanks for the cache Glanville Girls.

With a CITO and a Parkville precursor event in Ballarat this afternoon being great incentives to head west, a full day of Geocaching was planned. Some of that plan even happened...
Second visit in this series, and I was glad that I'd pulled the phone out of the car to take a shot of the cache, as it came in quite handy for another task.
Two for two... Another cache that fits its puzzle really neatly, Glanville Girls. Cheers.

DAB and I planned a last minute cache exploring day with the little Na'wals. The plan was to make our way through Creswick doing a little 4WDing and geocaching, targeting a few puzzles we had solved and a few others too. DAB and I worked together to solve this one and after working out what to do, we had co-ords to locate the final. Another fun cache and not too hard solve for us. The geo kiddies enjoyed seeing this home made cache

I got an evening call, asking if I was busy on Saturday. Seeing as I had no plans, I decided to join Na'wal on a road trip. We had a handful of solved puzzles to collect, so we packed the car and hit the road. We had the little na'wals in the back seat, keeping us entertained for the whole trip. We found a good mix of mysteries, trads and multis as well. Thanks to all of the CO's for creating and maintaining these hides.
An enjoyable puzzle, led us to this clever hide. Another one the kids loved. TFTC

Heading out for some targeted caches after a roast dinner at Mum's we set out for Glen Park to add 3 new real estate properties to our portfolio in the company of wozzle68. Like the latest edition to the area, these fun puzzles were solved the day of release making the open house inspections easy even in the dark.
Thanks Glanville Girls for the fantastic effort put into your series.

Great Cache except for the spider that jumped out at me and caused me to throw the container Container and spider back safely in Cache
With the neat puzzle sorted, I headed to GZ to see what awaited, and was not disappointed. It is an excellent container indeed. There was a gentle breeze sweeping across as I added my name to the log and popped everything back for the next finder.

Found as Nicnax with PapaGrouch, SciFiRulz and Dippa46. I walked right past the cache without seeing it, buttons for eyes, just as well there are some real eyes around. Loved the container, blended really well. Fav Pt TFTC
Found as Nicnax with PapaGrouch, MazzyMay and Dippa46. We really enjoyed the construction of this one, well done. TFTC
TFTC. We had solved these puzzles for the Mystery month of caches however we had completed the required number and now removing puzzles from the solved pile to the found pile. We were returning from Melbourne after a weekend Christmas with the children and grandchildren, a short detour from the road to Maryborough and cache was quickly in hand. A superb construction and worthy of a favourite point.
Oh how wonderful! Love, love, love this one. Thanks so much for the time and effort you put into this cache ........ a def fav. TFTC
A great cache find whilst in the area and a fav point from me - well done on the construction of your hide, it is wonderful!
Out caching today with buddies in between events on the lead up to Christmas.
I was accompanied by the lovely micaparamedic who'd come to Adelaide to see me, and then we drove to Victoria so that I could attend a number of events, have Christmas, spend time with friends and of course to do some caching!
Thanks so much for the cache Glanville Girls!
