Heading out for a hunt on Father's Day. This is find #6 for the day. Great camo! Tftc
Interesting camo, very clever! Nice quick find at GZ.Note: we started at 6 and continued up the road to 1...loved the series and the effort that went into this!Thank you Team Binningup for placing and maintaining Yalgorup Lakes 5 for us and others to find and enjoy!
Bit of a day trip out from where we are camping at Logue brook dam. Thanks for the hide
Found this on an arvo out with Geodog R and enjoyed the drive even though Geodog wasn't happy about not coming for the little walks Tftc ️
Today we took an afternoon drive to the Myalup area. This had been on our radar for a good few weeks and today was the ideal day with temperatures only in the high twenties it was perfect weather to explore. We were certainly impressed and intrigued by the chain of salt lakes that are a feature of the area along with all the bird life that they attract. We were also intrigued by the constant sound of crickets and certainly saw several of them too. Then on to the beach side which was quite blowy and choppy but refreshing none the less. All in all a great afternoon of geocaching and exploring in another beautiful WA location.
This is our third cache of the day. It is a pleasant drive along the road next to the lake. We parked up here and took the short stroll into the bush which was really nice with the exception of avoiding several groups of frisky ants . The geocache was soon located ,we then continued to walk to the edge of the lake taking in the vista and taking lots of photos. TFTC

Great Camo, geoson found it with se help. Thanks for taking us to this stunning view!
Found these two caches on our way back from Rockingham to Busselton in the rapidly dimming sunlight. First was a quick find by geo-daughter, second by geo-son. Don't know what mum would do without her hunting pack
Thanks for hiding and maintaining these caches Team Binningup - a welcome break in the drive home!

Its dark and Im a middle aged woman walking the bush on my own in unfamiliar surroundings and guess what ??? I have LOVED every moment of it! I love pushing my boundaries and tonight was one if those moments. I need to come back during the daylight to see the lake I can tell it would be beautiful. Good thing is I found the cache. Heres a fav for your great camo
Loved the cache container, hadn’t seen one like it before. So many birds. TFTC
What a spectacular location a huge flight of swans and ducks took off over the lake as I was logging. Thank you for bringing me here Team Binningup. A favourite.
Hi there Team Binningup.
We tried caching north of Bunbury today & found your cache **"Yalgorup Lakes 5"** at 10:51:00 AM .(This makes our find count 23628).
Thanks for placing this cache here. Over the years, Geocaching has taken us on many adventures and to lots of wonderful destinations all over Australia. Without 'caching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic wanderings. 'Caching has also introduced us to a diverse group of like-minded people, many of whom we now call friends.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 3m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Nothing.
Thank you Team Binningup for adding to our adventure.
Regards
Ian & Penny

We were out and about today in the south west doing a few caches.
While the weather held stayed fine.

Easy find for a cacher. Muggles would probably just ignore it.
In good condition. Lake looking very nice tonight with only a light breeze. Will definitely return in Spring.

On a rainy day day trip we had never ventured this way thanks for bringing us here TFTC
The jinta mob has been a bit lacking in cache finds lately so Mrs jinta decided that a weekend away was in order to try and grab a few caches while exploring this area! We headed towards Bunbury grabbing a few GCA caches along the way and had an absolute blast collecting caches this weekend. Fave points will be awarded when deserved, thanks for putting this cache out. Cheers and TFTC.

Heading down to my WAGB campsite a little early and stopped off here to pick up the Myalup caches on the way. Great way to break up the drive and stretch the legs, and the lovely locations of these caches is a bonus too Really nice drive along this winding road picking up the 6 caches alongside Yalgorup Lake. I had the road all to myself and every GZ was deserted as well. Perfect Lake is looking splendid too, lots of birds seen (no roos though). All caches were nice easy finds, no problems at any of them. Thanks for placing these along here, unlikely I’d have made the detour otherwise! Took lots of photos too TFTC
Souvenir hunting has started.
Rach and I decided today since she was free we'd go caching no matter what the weather. It started of with heavy rain, thankfully I had two umbrellas, then we had moments of clear weather and some sun before a light sprinkle of rain. Not too bad in the grand scheme of things.
After getting a FTF on a GA in Harvey we headed to Yarloop, grabbed a few caches there and a few more on the way back to Harvey before a few around town and on the way home back to Bunbury
Had time for these two Yalgorup caches before heading home so Rach could get kids from school. A quick find by Rach when we reached GZ. Great views

Great camo. Great place to investigate the lake. We wrote our names in the sand under the water and they stayed in the clay. Geokids thought that was awesome
Day 3 of the Southern Adventure with pommieparkin2 and megawat60.
After our night in Collie we hit the road towards the Coast. We enjoyed the walk and the find. TFTC!

Afternoon caching with S'n'N. We'd both never been to Myalup. After having no luck with number 6, this cache was a quick find. TFTC.
Found this one on a beautiful autumn day out and about with a very old friend of mine, showing him the ropes of geocaching. He isn't convinced that it is something he would ever get into, but he can see the attraction and realizes that it is something that I am very passionate about. Besides, don't have time to bother with negative muggles anymore, lol.
No problems finding this one. I spotted it as soon as we arrived but I stood back and asked muggle friend it he could spot that which didn't look quite right. He was suitable impressed with the hide and his skepticism in the game was assuaged a fraction. Thanks for the smiley and for bringing us to such a great location Team Binningup

Out and about with B12 to find this cache, now getting the chance to log the find online TFTH TFTC
Had a huge day off planned with Cravo10, so decided we should head down South of Mandurah to cleanup some new series of caches that have been published and clean up the caches on the journey between Mandurah and Bunbury so that we can have a caching trip to Bunbury soon that doesn't involve too many stops on the way down so that we can actually cache out Bunbury and Busselton in the coming months.
Our first stop was the John Tognela walk trail caches, which included one archived cache found in great condition, lovely walk and special thanks to webbly wa for replacing the first one that was clearly lost in the fires.
We then tried for the ponder this series by Jinta29, which was going to give us some huge amounts of months unloved, found 8 of the 9 in the series, with a DNF on number one which gives us 48 months of unloved.
We cleaned up the OOH YEHs heading south caches on the way down which were all nice quick finds with good co ords. I wonder how far this series will end up going? Hopefully all the way to Bunbury
We then headed to grab the new yalgorup five caches that were recently placed, all found in good order and were in such a lovely area that I'd love to explore more, hopefully you can place a few more caches in this series and we can come back and spend more time exploring the area.
We then continued back towards Mandurah caching up a storm grabbing everything along the way that we could, including trying for some archived caches that are long gone, so we weren't all that successful on that front. We found a good variety of caches today and was good to finally make another huge dent in the Mandurah caches so we won't need too many caching runs down here to keep the area clean
Thanks to the local COs for their hides and we can't wait to come back to the area, we had a great day. Thanks

Decided to head south with the hubby to grab the 5 Yalgorup lake caches. This was a very good camo job on this one that took me a few minutes to spot. A fav point for this one TFTC Team Binningup
*STF* Had to venture up to Treendale for an appointment so decided to go a bit further to grab this find. No real defined track into gz so zig zagged around the shrubs. Well done to ftf'er finding that camo in pitch black. Thanks Team Binningup
