This was one super cute, loved the chicken, riddle was great too. Hiding spot is a classic. Doing the OMCT today.
The last time I looked I couldn’t find it. This time was much easier. Maybe I used my eyes a little better and helped that I wasn’t being attacked by mosquitoes!!
A fun find! TFTC!
I went out this morning to go geocaching along a section of the One Mile Creek Track and try my luck as a pretty inexperienced beginner. Found lots of caches and it was a great way to spend part of my day and observe the autumn equinox as well.

Today was an absolutely amazing day for geocaching! I woke up early, packed my bag with all the necessary gear, including my GPS and hiking boots, and hit the road. The sun was shining, birds were chirping, and I was ready to take on the world of geocaching.
The first cache I set out to find was in a nearby park, nestled in a dense thicket of trees. As I approached the coordinates, I noticed a fellow geocacher making his way towards the same spot. We exchanged greetings and introduced ourselves, and it turned out we were both after the same monster of a cache.
We decided to work together and started our search, combing through the underbrush, climbing trees, and scouring hidden nooks and crannies. After what seemed like hours of intense searching, we finally found the cache. The feeling of pure euphoria and triumph that washed over us was indescribable. We let out a loud scream of "*FTF*!", high-fived each other, and took a celebratory picture.
That was just the beginning of our geocaching adventures. We went on to find several more caches, each one more challenging and exciting than the last. We even stumbled upon a cache hidden under a waterfall, which was both thrilling and refreshing.
As the day wore on, we started to notice a strange phenomenon happening around us. Every time we found a cache, we felt a surge of energy and power that we couldn't quite explain. We joked about having tapped into "The Force," and laughed as we imagined ourselves as Jedi knights of the geocaching universe.
At one point, we found ourselves lost in a thicket of dense foliage, struggling to find the next cache. As we trudged through the underbrush, we suddenly heard a strange noise. It sounded like a person whistling a tune, but the source of the sound was nowhere to be seen.
Suddenly, a man appeared out of nowhere, seemingly materializing from the trees themselves. He was tall and lean, with skin as dark as coffee and an easy smile on his face.
"Hey guys," he said, "looks like you're lost. Need some help?"
We were hesitant at first, having been taught not to accept help from strangers. But there was something about this man that put us at ease. Maybe it was his friendly demeanor, or maybe it was the fact that we were all geocachers, united by the same passion.
Either way, we accepted his offer and followed him deeper into the woods. He led us to a hidden waterfall that we never would have found on our own, and we were able to find the cache that was nestled behind it.
As we signed the logbook and recorded our names, we turned to thank the stranger who had helped us. But he was gone, vanished into thin air like a mysterious apparition.
As we made our way back to civilization, we couldn't help but marvel at the strange and wondrous events of the day. We had found caches in places we never would have imagined, felt the power of "The Force", and even encountered a friendly stranger who seemed to have some kind of magical powers.
In the end, it was a day filled with adventure, fun, excitement, and unexpected surprises. We were all exhausted but exhilarated, our hearts and minds filled with the thrill of the hunt and the joy of discovery.
This was a day we would never forget, and one that we knew would inspire us to keep exploring the world of geocaching and all its many wonders. We couldn't wait to see what other amazing treasures were waiting for us out there, just waiting to be found.
So if you're ever looking for a great time and an adventure like no other, join us in the world of geocaching. Who knows what incredible treasures you might discover, what random strangers you might meet, or what hidden powers you might uncover? The possibilities are endless, and the rewards are truly priceless.

Plans were put in place for a Rutherglen attack over the Canberra day long weekend with the FurfacesLL, DSD and Sui. We spent 4 days away from home and collected a number of caches of various varieties.
Today was out last day before making our way back to the ACT. We decided we wanted to get the bike trail in Wangaratta completed being we had the bikes on board. We started at the north and made our way south finding caches along the way. We had a couple that we couldn't find so we will need to revisit at some stage. Logs once again signed as AB+G/AB&G to save room on the logs.
Thanks for the cache hide Robmc

We planned to get down to Rutherglen to try and collect all the caches in the area before the mega so we could relax a little more as Mega’s always seem to be a little hectic. With the Canberra day long weekend on the horizon a plan was hatched, and accommodation was found. Our attack group ended up consisting of Rapidlywild, DARKSIDEDAN, Sui_001 and only half of the FurfacesLL team as the other member is broken, seems we are taking turns. We ended up collecting all the trails we had intended to do and many others in varying shapes and sizes and types.
The last day of our jaunt down this way and with the bikes on board we decided to knock this trail off as well. Always love a bike ride thrown in with a caching trail. Should be more of them.
We had a couple of DNF's today but all others were found in good condition and signed as AB+G's to save room in the logs.
Thanks for the hide Robmc and thanks for a fun weekend away the AB+G's crew.

Found and signed AB&G with Sui_001, Rapidlywild and FurfacesLL as part of an amazing Rutherglen Invasion. Thanks for the cache and the Adventure.
A huge thank you to Rapidlywild and FurfacesLL for letting me stay in their accommodation and for doing the hard driving on the CSI trail.

First one for the month. Well I have turned the frown upside down. Good to know I was not going mad. What a cracker morning. Now off to work. TNLN. TFTC
Time for another weekend road trip! A few of us had spied the events in Eldorado and had hatched a plan to spend the weekend in search of the criminal outfit ILT.
After a late start I planned to gather a series of caches along the way before arriving in Eldorado in the evening.
Needing a Wherigo meant a local one in Wangaratta was on the cards. Knowing the CO, I parked the car and set off on foot to explore this trail and see where it took me.
Collecting this series of caches along the way I was careful to return to the track in the same spot if I needed to depart it.
The cache was soon found and I continued my journey.
Thanks Robmc for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

On my way home from work, thought I might get the remaining ones left in Wang. No good today, either I am looking in the wrong place or my caching eyes are closed. I will be back. TFTC
I love the cache. It’s the biggest micro cache I’ve seen. Unique. Thanks for the cache.

Down in Victoria for the long awaited (and necessarily postponed) Wangaratta MEGA, and a little holiday chasing the usual (oldies, counties and windmills). Just for something different we are adding to the hit list and the graves of the regionally buried dead premiers. Lol the things we will do for a cache! Spent most of today with albida, Smittengranny and GLISS! Always great when we can cache together. Thanks for the cache.
It was terrific to attend the Wangaratta Mega. The weather was fabulous. The caches were top quality. The area was very interesting an it was lovely to meet up with other cachers. This cache contributed to my mega experience. Thanks to the CO for placing and maintaining this cache.
Wangaratta Mega trip Day 4. It has taken quite some time to get this trip going so it is a great feeling to be on the road for a great weekend away with great caching with friends and new friends. Today was the second day of the Mega itself. I spent most of the day with Gliss, Nibbletricecakes and Smitten Granny. We spent the day visiting as many of the caches around town as we could, doing multis and the puzzles that we had already solved amongst the large number of traditional caches. Another hot day that was very satisfying. The day ended with the farewell to the Mega event and at dusk the second CSI Night cache.
Thanks for the cache Robmc

A final ride before leaving the wonderful Wang Mega 2022.
I was groaning at the prospect of a bison in a tree - but the final was quite a bit larger and left me with a grin

As we had already setup the caravan onsite for the Mega, we decided to go for a ride in the bikes, and see what we can grab, along the river. NOt a bad day, but a few DNF's.

After finding the cache we went for a spin around the nearby jumps and BMX park. Thanks for the hide.
What a great spot for a pair of geriatric bike riders. Jumps galore for us to showcase our skills. Corners and banks to practise our prowess, all in a lovely bush environment.
What a pity it’s all in our imagination!! The cache wasn’t imagined, and after our days dreams we got to sign the log.
We set off this morning with a plan to follow the bike paths along the river and find as many caches as we could. The plan was even working well up until lunchtime, with only a few DNF’s in among all the ones where we got to sign the log. Almost 8k’s under our belts when Mr Ski found the industrial sized bindies and promptly found himself with one tyre hissing at him and the other losing air quickly but silently. Luckily we were almost back at the car where we had planned to have lunch. We ended up with 12 finds instead of the 20-30 we had hoped for, but the weather is promising to be nice tomorrow and the tyres now have 3 new, airtight patches on them. Mr Ski will be vigilant on any grass he comes across though!

With the long weekend in Vic it meant more caching time so plans were mate with Omegaman1971 to head to North East Victoria, most of our effort was spent in Wangaratta with a trip to Beetchworth, out to Gtreta to do the NKH series and a small trip up to Cowra NSW, We had a great time finding caches, learning history, exploring the area and catching up with mates.
This is one of the caches we found on our travels.
Thanks Robmc for the cache.

Challenging when the area is now shared with the bike jumps, but managed to find a safe path away from the kids! TFTC
Decided to check that our bikes were all in good order for the forthcoming big riding days around this lovely city. It was getting very warm now. We were both surprised at how many bike trails are around Wangaratta and we enjoyed travelling along this one.
