Well, that was fun. We began searching from where our GPS zeroed out and failed to spot the cache. Found a clue in previous logs, which led us to the right spot and at the right angle to spot the cache. Thanks, MazzieMay for another fun hunt.
Killing some time before work, this was a nice quick find, not having a pen with me I did manage to find a pencil in the car but with a damp log it was not the best written log. Thanks for the cache.
Couldnt sign off as log book is very wet. Definitely took than then needed haha great find C&G
After some systematic searching the cache was in hand. Made a little more difficult by the puppies being very interested in some animal bones in the area.
Out on a caching spree with Haz101, thought we would try somewhere different! Gosh, that took way longer than expected!
A nice find for a Saturday arvo. Took a little longer then expected but fun none the less.
Out today with jlc15 cleaning up some ill forgotten green dots. Nice to make a smile. Nice hide from ftc
Find # 13341In Ballarat for the usual doc checkup. But before that came around, I had time to kill, so I targeted a few caches around the outer Ballarat areas. This short off the road trail I've had Mt eye on for some time but it's always bn busy with traffic. Today it was quiet on the road so I done a few "park n grabs"Quick logical find. With only a couple of toots while out of the Ute.TFTC MazzyMay
Another find with Nelzarama as we headed along the Link Road. As for the topic...I certainly didn't know any of that. When I first saw the name a while ago, I was thinking about well known cowboy...so there ya go, something learnt again. Thanks for this one MM...
Caching with Sol De Lune today. Headed over to this GZ and made the find. An interesting reading in the cache page about the voting process of the African Buffalo Thanks for the cache
Time for Mr. Lazy aka JTreeTrack2 to catch up on some logs. Sorry to the cache owners for the lag. I have enjoyed finding every cache I have found and appreciate all the effort that has gone in to placing and maintaining the caches. Hopefully I will find more caches and give a more timely and personalized logThanks again for placing the cache.

It was finally time to find a CITO in May and an event to help me complete another challenge I was working on as well. So a car pool with OzHockeyChick was the go and we had a great day despite the on and off rain and freezing cold wind once we got to Ballarat.
After the lunch event and the CITO we joined up with RoamingHowie for a few finds, then an ice cream break in town and then a few more finds until it got dark and then we headed back home.
We all wandered around for a couple of minutes here until it was spotted.
Thanks MazzyMay for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

It was the final day of my Great Ocean Road - Road Trip. Today it was off to Ballarat via the Caravan and Camping Show. Then off to the local events, no doubt followed by some caching on the final journey home.
We all searched for a bit for this one, widening our circles and then refocusing again. I eventually spotted this one from the right angle and the log was signed.
Thanks MazzyMay for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

Some good friends had decided to head to Ballarat for a few weeks so I decided I needed a break and joined them, we had a great time out caching as well as sharing stories and laughs around a meal or two. I really love the area of Ballarat there is so much history and I am sure it has the largest population of Oak trees in the Country.
This is one of the caches found today.
Some caches logged as RASP rebel acts &Ski pair.
Thanks MazzyMay for the cache.

With work encouraging us to take some holidays and Mr SKI having quite a few weeks up his sleeve it was time to take another short break and do some sightseeing and caching in parts of Victoria we seldom visit.
This time we decided it would be Ballarat. There is a wide variety of cache types and quite a number of Adventure Labs to do, so the area is quite attractive. And that doesn't include the historical and interest aspects as well.
We organized to meet up with some friends while there so we would have the opportunity to do some joint as well as solo caching.
We have already had some great adventures on a few challenging caches that generated a lot of fun and as usual always good to find some pre-solved puzzles.
All logs signed as SKI Pair, RASP (Rebel Acts & SKI Pair or SP depending on size of logs and availability of space.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache MazzyMay.

Sorry for the late log and a generic log. A combination of some heath issues making me not able to look at the computer for any length of time and a mishap with my phone that has caused me to lose my list of saved caches.
Found on a trip out with AusFox;.
Thank you for the hide

It was a chilly start to the day, but it didn’t stay that way. A perfect day to grab a few smiles around Ballarat with SimsFamily.
I was surprised to see so much unloved at this cache. After a quick search the cache was located.
Log signed and replaced as found.

I was starting to think the bulls had a mutiny as I couldn't find the cache container on a routine maintenance run. I was about to replace the container when I spotted something familiar on the ground. Oh goody, new log, replaced in position, now good to go.
Another fun weekend assault on Victorian caches with Trigger_Fish where many caches were found, many miles were covered in the geomobile and some miles were walked.
I hate looking for micro caches at the best of times but my caching partner enjoys hunting for micros at night. Go figure.
Thanks for the cache MazzyMay.

I was surprised at how quickly I was able to spot this one sometimes bison tube in trees can be very tricky thanks for bringing me here
The last day of winter and the sun is shining! Glorious day for caching. Quick find here. TFTC
This one ends the Mystery at the Museum for us FINALLY. We thought it was a good idea to do this one on dark but boy we were wrong, not only did it take us ages to spot it was so wet and icy cold, we literally could not feel any parts of our anatomy. As always we were ready to give up and then I heard Mr Cacher say those magic words "Found it" TFTC it's definitely a night of caching we won't forget ️
Found on our way to Ballarat to attend Cam's Birthday Geo-Event. Chook spotted this one after a short search, but Chunk had to do the retrieve. Glad we did it this year and not in 3 years time when we will need the climbing gear TFTC MazzyMay
Wet on inside, but waterproof paper resilient! No O ring.
A very nice & quick find here. Luckily

Found this one on a really chilly May afternoon! Ventured out and stopped by to grab this one. Wind was blowing a gale out there but located GZ (spot on coords as always!) found cache and signed. Log was wet but able to sign with a quick dry down. TFTC, SL
Went for a walk with the CO and found this one so I thought it a good time to log it. TFTC.
Up for the Friday night tea event and braved the cold afterwards to find a couple on the way back to the motel.
Nice and quiet on what looks to be a fairly new road so found somewhere to park and off I went in search of GZ.
Found this one relatively quick which is unusual for me.
Thanks MazzyMay TFTC.

Firstly, apologies for the lateness in logging.
Despite my tardiness, you can be assured I enjoyed each and every cache found and not found.
Apologies if this is a generic log, my memory is good, but not that good.
On this day I was out with Sorceysal and Tessie the geodog
Thanks again MazzyMay

With a message from bogonghazy that he was free for the day, it was another opportunity to get out and about and find a few smileys. BH was red hot today and definitely had the caching brain in gear. Another quick find. Thanks MazzyMay
Walking along this wide nature strip, we felt sorry for Bob the geodog as the grass is tall for a small dog. Still, he made it without complaining at all, allowing us to locate and sign the treasure.
Found whilst out and about with SussVulture today. Found some awesome cache hides today x. S & V seemed to have there eyes on today snagging most of the finds.

Tftc buffalo bill was very sneaky at hiding. But for him in the end. A bit of rustling in the grass near by. Would have been rabbits.
The cache notes for this cache are certainly interesting, who would have thought to study this phenomenon. SL TFTC

Found. This took a little while to spot, then I wondered how I missed it for so long. TFTC
Found by Mary & David at 0935. Most appropriate to have a bison for the hide, for the name and for the We saw many herds during our various trips to the US. Just as well the log is 'rite in the rain', as the bison is missing its o-ring and letting in water. Our thanks to MazzyMay.

Today I headed to Ballarat to attend a CITO event and find a few unknown caches so I can meet a challenge of 1000 puzzle cache find, with both of those tasks completed, it was now time to find a few other caches around Ballarat, the big problem now that was before me was the bands of rain that kept on sweeping through the area.
There was a river flowing between me and the cache, after getting around that I was soon at GZ but that was like a big swimming pool with all the water that was laying around.
I managed to spot the cache and then very carefully was able to retrieve it and sign the log.
**Thanks to MazzyMay for placing this cache.**

After an early morning Event to finalise the Hidden Creatures tallys, our mission was to capture some of the many caches which continually seem to pop up around Ballarat.
We always take a few deep breaths, when we approach a cache by this CO.
What a laugh - female "voting behaviour" deviation of gaze less than three degrees, buffalo captured, log signed and we left together!!
Thanks 'MazzyMay' for another great placement.

A day visiting Ballarat to attend a couple of events and find a few caches. A quick find along here this morning. TFTC
With a forecast of a sunny day, BettyBoo3747 and I decided to go to the freezing area of Ballarat for a couple of events. We indulged in a few caches and lunch before the CITO.
We kept our eye out looking for herd of Bisons, but only found one.
The paddock near by was fairly cut up though, so maybe they had already voted and moved on before we arrived.
Thanks, Robmc.

Heading to Ararat for the day we made a slight detour to clean up some of the MazzyMay caches in the company of wozzle68. The cold wind was whipping through us out here but luckily the sun was shining to make up for it. These type of hides are typically hard for us but today Mr Triton was right on top of it and adding our name to the logbook.
Thanks MazzyMay for Buffalo Bill .

Finally we managed a quiet time and were able to see if we could add some smiles, as we passed this area we decided we would try, in between a few cars we headed off in search, the youngest member of our team made the find thanks for the cache and the fun
Sometimes hinting with a torch and accurate co ords can be a bonus for these ones.. tftc
