Making the most of the Sunny Spring weather by hitting the trails around Murray Bridge. I spent most of the day in Kinchina Conservation Park. After finishing up there, I had a little bit of light left so I did a small circuit on the Bindis Playground trail. All good here. Thank you DoubleHelixClan, for placing StunkyPanda in the Shadows for the geocaching community.# # #15254 # #
Parked up and went for a walk around the area today collecting a few caches in the area. All caches found are in good order. With two events scheduled over two days, one a tailem bend and another at Mannum the following day I decided to make an overnight trip out of it. Just over 100 finds for the two days cleaning up the map as I went. Thanks for the cache
Found it! Set off today in the general direction of areas I have yet to make a start on (Murray Bridge, Monarto, Mt Barker - all a sea of unfound caches on the map)! Quick find here, signed the log after apologizing to the sleepy lizard I disturbed. TFTC!
In all our travels we would not have even thought to travel to this location.
(HaHa). In your dreams, these cachers do.
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

Today I get to meet two of the DHC children (through their cache-sakes), both now teenagers. This cache also hasn’t been found for a year. TFTC DoubleHelixClan.
Out for a walk with the dog to clean up this side of the road this week.
Turned out to be more of a walk than I expected and I think we covered over 10kms.
On my way to Dungbeetle Dan cache I didn't think I'd be passing the one.
Cache quickly found.

Today with COVID-19 requirements still in effect, but fitness still being promoted, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I decided to head to Murray Bridge Hills Trails for some mountain biking in Kinchina Conservation Park. We parked off Old Princes Highway / Tower Road, and so approached the area from the south along the Jailbreak Trail. I had never been to this area mountain biking before, and so my first impressions were it was really soft and sandy, and some areas of really rocky segments. From there, we did part of the Jailhouse Rocks Loop, crossed over Maurice Road, and rode part of the Getaway Car Loop. There were some interesting views of nearby Mobilong Prison, including sounds and announcements that could be heard from our riding around. We then rode the Rocky Gully Link, and from there, we should have started heading back south, but I pushed on to a few target cache types, like the multi-cache. There was also a nearby EarthCache, and those are generally always enjoyable completing together to enjoy the location, and discuss the questions/answers.
We rode a little longer along the Lavendar Federation Trail, before finding a tunnel to go under the railway, and we headed back, joining the Cypress Hill Trail.
The new Cypress Hill Trail (looks like it opened in October 2019) was really fun and some sections quite flowy. We rode that to its easterly end, and then came back under the railway across the stepping stones, going up rocky valley, and then tried to ride the direct route on the Jailbreak Trail back to the car.
A fun and exhausting day out, riding 16 km in total. It was a planned half-day of fitness, before the rain rolled through an hour after finishing up.
A nice hide here just next to the nearby trail, so at least we didn't need to wander far to find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks DoubleHelixClan for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

I've been meaning to tackle the Kinchina series for some time now and today was the day. Really enjoyed the walk in a scenic area. Thanks for the cache and series DoubleHelixClan!
Thought we would take a quiet Sunday morning walk through the Kinchina Conservation Park, however had not expected it to coincide with a 75km/50km/25km trail run from Monarto into Murray Bridge. When we weren't making way for runners to pass we found a few caches including this one. TFTC.
Great find. Nice walk. Glad it was winter.. not sticking my hand in there in summer
Hi there DoubleHelixClan.
We found your cache **"StunkyPanda in the Shadows"** today and this brings our total find count to 21954
We spent the day caching around Mypolonga, then the Kinchina Conservation area (trying to avoid an orienteering group). We ended up finding a variety of container types and sizes on our journey & found 18 caches (& DNF'd 0). Thank you for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic wandering around Australia.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

On such a lovely warm and sunny afternoon we needed a leg stretch and so we decided to some and search for the caches in the Kinchina Conservation Park. This one, our sixth in the park, was soon located once at Ground Zero. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
A few caches this afternoon with Jack.
Disturbed some kangaroos near here.
No pandas today, just a cache.
Thank you DoubleHelixClan for putting out and maintaining the cache

A lovely winter's day with bright sunshine and about 15 degrees. I couldn't resist going for a walk to clear out this last section of the parks around here. I decided I would follow the loop in a clockwise direction.
After making a narrow escape i decided to follow a different track. A kangaroo track. They have plenty less height than me and I had to duck and weave my way though until I finally came out on the rocky gully link just shy of the cache which I quickly located.
**Thanks DoubleHelixClan for this cache. **

We were very happy to be able to spend the Adelaide Cup holiday caching in the Monarto area. We really enjoyed walking in the Kinchina Conservation Park and picking up a few caches along the way. We took a direct route from 'Gnomeo Rocks' which was an interesting walk across country. TFTC
found with bluewrentit. well this is a long walk if you do the track on track series first and slowly cache your way here. Took a more t3 route from the last cache to get here.quick find.
From the previous cache next to the Railway Bridge Tunnel to this one is easily 3 star T material, not just the climb but the growth to avoid aswell , loved it, good exercise [^] A quick find of this one with sir_spectre at 13:47 on 25/2/18. The log within is dry. TFTC DoubleHelixClan
Out with Debandy hunting big game cache around the Monarto area. The weather was perfect, a slight breeze blowing at our faces. My GPS locked on to the unsuspecting cache and then there it was under some rocks. I squeezed the enter button and with an inaudible electronic wherr I added another notch to my caching belt.
Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the cache!
Decided it was time for a walk to regain some fitness again and with the mild weather, this hill looked good for some exploration .
Found in the obvious spot - strange marker nearby [B)]. TNLNSL.
Thanks for one more DoubleHelixClan.

It's funny. On the outside, I was an honest man. Straight as an arrow. I had to come to prison to be a crook.
On a warm morning,
the stiff northerly wind was keeping the flies away
So I was really enjoying the stroll across the woodlands.
Here in she shadowlands,
I found no bamboo,
but a geocache was lurking

Despite the weather we decided a afternoon stroll around the park would be a good way to stretch the legs, continuing along roo trails we heard voices a head and soon found a couple of geocachers having a search at GZ, great to catch up and have a chat but with time constraints w eneeded to move along on our short hike hope to catch up again another day ....TFTC DoubleHelixClan
Found during a brief visit to the area with Crane2. Went cross country before stumbling onto the path again. Met up with Froghoppin for the next few caches. TFTC
Met froghoppin out cleaning up the caches they hadn't done in this area. Mr F was the correct side of the rocks and I was the wrong side. As usual we took the hard way in! We did actually cross the path though! Cache #2714.
We had a family BBQ to attend in Murray Bridge this evening so we spent the early part of the day turning a few boxes into smiles.
Firstly we apologise for the genetic logs. They do not detract from the quality of the caches that we found here, and the variety of cache containers that were used.
We were serenaded most of the time by bird song which contributed to our enjoyment of the walk on this coolish day. We found all the co-ords to be pretty spot on by our GPS bar one but in saying this the few meters that it is out is quite acceptable, it just had us looking a little harder. We found an old house and heard the people at the jail enjoying an activity which sounded like it may have been a game of football. The walk was not hard and we returned to the car without once needing to take a rest stop.
All the caches are in good condition with loads off swag.

Returned today after stuffing up the entry of the co ords yesterday. I know this park very well so I knew exactly how to access this without having to go cross country. This is an interesting connecter ...... another 200m or so the track forks.... heading back to the road in one direction while the other heads down the hill to the Lavender Federation Trail. Nice cache ..... I felt it before I saw it!! Thanks DHC for the hide!!!
Sometimes it is an easy Trek into a cache, and sometimes we go cross country and it proves to be an interesting bushwhack. Today I had an interesting Trek in. TFTC.
Yay saw this pop up and decided to go for a walk and try and beat cp to a ftf!
And here i am at 11.52 ftd with the prize in hand! Im sure i went about it all wrong because i went cross country and only saw a path when i reached gz but who cares! Im here!........ now to work out how to get back.......

Well done to the.bakers ....... for what it's worth, we also went cross country when we placed the cache and only found the path by accident!
Well I stuffed up here ... in such a rush to get out to these new ones I entered the wrong co ordinates ...... bugger!!
