Hi, I recognized today, that my 5 years old daughter had stolen the box. The logbook is still under the stone but might be not useable anymore. I'm so sorry.
Enjoyed walking and caching along the spit this morning. Found caches on the ocean and estuary side. TFTC!
One more than I expected for today. Was in the open so I put a rock to cover it. Thanks.
A nice quick find.
All in good order with fairy oversight keeping things safe .
Thanks for placing and maintaining these caches

First I was barking at the wrong tree, dont know what I was thinking. Then I realised my mistake, and looked at the base of the right tree. Wallah!! cache in hand. TFTC.
Spotted the cute wee fairy door and then the cache. Nice spot and another of the series signed off. TFTC # 17,510
Up in Christchurch with BCD who has a LandSR training course today so that leaves me with a day to cache yayyyyy
After caching around part of the Red Zone I met up with a muggle friend and we had yummy burgers at the nearby Burger Joint before embarking on a wee geo walk. Didn't take long to locate this one which was good as a message came through from BCD to say his course was finished so time to head back to town to target some specific caches on our list TFTC

Mr C had an appointment over here so I suggested a picnic and day of caching after. We had fun on a lovely day with many walks. No herons today but did find a tiny cache thanks TwoSharpe.
Found on a lovely if windy day. Forgot my pencil so will have to write in the log at another time. TFTC Jim
We were in Chch for a week or so visiting spots of interest etc while seeing sons new house a and we took the bus out to this end of the 'spit' at new Brighton Unfortunately we ran out of time and i missed walking along the pier which was of interest to em as we have visited the Brighton pier in England. This was quickly retrieved thanks to the hint and it was soon signed and returned to its hidey hole. we went to this one as the bus went right past us as we sat at the bus shelter !
i took a couple of photos of the beach and of Sumner over the water. which i will log .
thank you for this cache and i took nothing and left nothing.

Thank for this cache, too, TwoSharpe - the last on my brief sortie to the Spit today.
I don't really come to the East side very often; it was a perfect day for some fossicking today!.

Day 1 of my 2020 NZE (New Zealand Experience).
On the day that I had intended to be at the Sussex Mega in the UK, I touched down in Chch for the start of a couple of weeks of touring around the South Island instead. I have been lucky to see a lot of the South Island many years ago, but now I will get to see it through the eyes of a geocacher this time
Today was less about caching than it was about getting here and spending time catching up with a friend, but there's always time to go for a bit of a walk and if I so happen to be walking right past a cache then of course I will naturally be drawn to have a quick search lol!
This was an easy find, and just like my previous find, there was a brand new cache logsheet. So not a FTF, but just happy with the find here. Everything was replaced exactly as found before carrying on with our walk.
Thanks for placing this cache.

Tree has been pruned so I popped a replacement pill bottle in there under rocks. Keep it hid folks!
Lockdown-Walk für heute führte zu nach Southshore. Immer wieder schöne Blicke auf das Wasser! Cache lag leider mitten auf dem Boden und wurde dann wieder versteckt.
Second find of the day. Almost missed it, it was so small . Lovely view from the bench nearby.
GeoFoxy has arrived to stay with me before her cruise so what better way to see our City but by caching - day 3 of her visit and we are in the Southshore/Brighton area caching today
Another of your series found quickly.

What a beautiful spot, paradise. Visited with some trackables while out on a ride with a friend. Enjoyed the cool track nearby. No Herons today but heaps of other bird life. TFTC.
I have just moved over to the South Island from Australia. Hoping to live and explore the country over the next few years and find a lot of caches on the way. Cheers for the hides.

After a CITO event at the governor bay, I got plenty of hours before the dinner so I head to the Southshore to do a cache swipe. Started from the parking lot, all the way down to the tip along the shoreline, and double back to the parking along the east side of the land along the beach. I found 10+ caches on 1 trip. Very nice.
Quick and easy. TFTC!
