The container has gone missing again. I will look at an alternative location for this cahce.
An unusual spot that looks like it is on private property but isn’t. Great camo, thanks.
Found with shaneo58, Doing a round trip around Lake Macquarie. after a late start. Second time round. both last time an this time the coord led us to the middle of a fenced driveway, this time there was a hint to sit, I'm sure the owners appreciate that people sitting in the driveway, finally made the find, with GZ 15 metres away.
Log signed and cache replaced as found.

I could not find the original container to replace so have replaced container with a new one and moved to a more stealthy location. You should be able to use your vehicle as cover now. Please put back as found. Happy hunting!

Loved this hide. Unfortunately as previous finder said the container has seized tight and I couldn't undo to sign the log. Took photo for proof of find. TFTC
We have travelled up from Sydney’s Northern Beaches, staying for a couple of nights in a park cabin at the Lake Macquarie Big4 Tourist Park in Mannering Park, to continue with our caching adventures on the Western shores of Lake Macquarie. Our previous visit to the area was in March/April 2018 for the OZ GeoMuster 2018 Lake Mac Mega Event, where our family’s chief puzzle solver had managed to solve (unassisted) a good portion of the Mega GeoArt puzzle caches that were on offer. And this new visit will hopefully see us complete most of the missing pieces of that Mega GeoArt, thanks once again to our family’s chief puzzle solver’s (unassisted) puzzle solving efforts. This was the 15th of 23 finds for the day, and 65th of 73 finds for the weekend.
A super quick find of a very familiar type of camo, but once again this one blends in very well in it's "aged" state. Unfortunately that ageing process has made it very difficult to open and, as barefootjeff had found, we also had to resort to a TOTT from the geobag to open the container. Signed the log sheet and then replaced as found. No WD-40 in our geokit, so hopefully it's not too seized by the time it's found by the next cacher. TFTC PurpleCacheEater.

Find #3413
In the area today looking for caches with the fingerprint or footprint clues in the current Mystery at the Museum promotion. I quickly spotted the hide but, like the previous finder, discovered it was rusted too tight to open by hand. Luckily I had my tool kit in the car so I took it back there and went to work. With assorted tools and some wire, I was able to open it and prise the slightly damp and rust-stained log out. When reassembling, I rolled the log as tightly as I could so it now shouldn't be quite as hard to get out and reassembled the container to be just finger-tight. Maybe the next finder should bring some WD-40 to free it up a bit more.
Many thanks for the hide.
Many thanks for the hide.
The girls droped off today, one due to feelling slightly off the other needing retail therapy, the boys went out to get the caches on the other penninsula. Another good afternoon no DNF's today, now to head home and see the damage to the credit card.

We set up camp at Mannering Park and were well positioned so we could head out and do this cache series. We teamed up with the Snakepiters and enjoyed the find. Thanks to PurpleCacheEater for hiding this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
We read previous logs, so had some idea of where to look, but nothing was obvious. Eventually we found the critter on the ground. We then needed tools, a) to open it, and b) to get the log out. Replaced it where we thought it should be. Tftc!
Being there. I really don’t like to look suspicious so close to houses, specially if it’s just me sneaking around. Tried, but as soon as a neighbor arrived I gave up straight away.
Thanks anyway PurpleCacheEater, I guess I would favorite this one by the comments.

Out having some caching fun with my Poppy, Calypso62. We stopped the car right next to this one. I found a bottle first and wondered if it was the cache. Poppy suggested I look more closely at the big metal thing and I found the cache. I liked this one. Thanks for hiding it PurpleCacheEater.

Now that's a cheeky little hide. I wonder if the locals know about it. Luckily, no one around today! Thanks PCE for another Gwando/Summo cache.

Decided to grab the puzzle in this series as I had worked it out, then while we were here decided we’d grab the rest of the series. Found at the end of a lovely day’s exploring and caching with Liv_123. Quick park and grab here. Tftc.
Had several hours to kill between morning activities and closing for the Mega so of course headed out for more finds, teaming up with Bonfire7 for this short series of PnGs.
Last day for us at the Mega. What fun we have had. Meeting new people (like TassieTrekkars) catching up with old people. Tonight went off with a bang, but today we had unfinished business. We had a list of at least 20 more caches to find. We are not leaving the Hunter without more smilies!
We scratched our name on shiny paper in pink. Thanks purplecacheeater

Found whilst in Morisset for the Mega with Mr Roo - many puzzles solved before we came, so many puzzle finds found while here. Love the scenery around here. Glad I didn't find any leeches or ticks... Thanks!
2nd day of the geomuster with Tankengine. Today we headed around the lake grabbing as many caches as we could. We had a relaxing day. Grabbing the labs and also some puzzles and some trads. TFTC"S

Second day of the geomuster event in Morriset, but officially the first day? well at least I made it to the opening and enjoyed all the people around and the chats. Slept in my car overnight and today went out for a lot of caching and different caches! Today I went all around the lake with very different experiences, from hot walks to quick grabs and hard puzzles to easy finds. Great day!

15,591. Found during the OZGeomuster 2018 with minniek and Family - mostly signed as MFF.
Well the Mega is finally here ! We drove up yesterday and set up camp at the Showground. Out bright and early for a big day's caching and this was the next find of the day. As with most of today's finds this was a quick find. Signed the log, replaced the cache, and headed off to the next one.
Thanks to PurpleCacheEater for the Summo/Gwando series !!

Headed up to the OZGeomuster Mega from Goulburn. Arrived late Thursday and got an early start Friday morning. All puzzles solved prior and caches quickly found today unless otherwise mentioned. Signed log as MFF for myself, fitzy_1965 and the geokids (B0tmun, Lovetherabbitohs, DeathKiller & my_name_jeff_1)
Find #1903
We had the morning free so dropped back to the Gwandalan area, we managed 7 finds between showers. We would have found a handful of trigs as well, if the GPSr could read a zipfile, or maybe if I unzipped it first!
We had the little cul-de-sac to ourselves, and spotted the cache quickly. We took it back to the car so we could carefully extract the log and sign. Samuel stealthily rehid it while I turned around. TFTC!

Went for a drive down this way to try and find a few caches that have alluded me. I was muggled out last time i looked. This time we drove by grabbed the cache and moved on a short way to sign the log. Then we drove by again to drop it off. TFTC

TFTC! Very clever. Found with family friends on the October long weekend. Lots of fun!
I was surprised when I arrived at the end of the road to not see a way down to the foreshore where I was expecting the cache would be ... but after reading the cache description, I realised I was right at GZ. Had to wait a minute for a tradie to leave his vehicle before I could check out GZ but soon had the cache in hand. Being so exposed. I did however take the cache back to my car to perform signing duties, before replacing it where I found it. Thanks for the smiley PurpleCacheEater.
Local resident in his front yard again so kept on driving. may not come back for this one. Not very keen on caches overlooked by so many front yards. Thanks anyway PCE
We're out geocaching for my birthday. The whole tribe is here including the Geodog. TFTC.
Found after work on my way to dinner. Unfortunately not a whole lot to see from out here. But it was as far as we could go! It seems someone is cleaning up the garden, so they might not like us geocachers stomping through it so much.
Thanks for the drive and cache!
Thanks for the drive and cache!
OK, I can see what others are worried about. I parked right next to the boat and could see no-one at all in the late afternoon, hope they weren't watching me from behind the curtains. It took a few seconds to retrieve the cache, log it in the car and return it, but if it is not there next time someone was probably keeping an eye on me. Thanks PurpleCacheEater for the hide..
**FTF** a quick find thanks to good coords. With all due respect this seems like an odd placement - it's in full view of multiple houses and there's little reason for anyone to be loitering about in this area. I hope it lasts - and that there are 'tolerant' neighbours who know what is going on. On to the next one - TNLN TFTC
We came to this one after #6. What a difference. As garbageman mentioned its in view of the houses here and one of the residents was working on a boat in his driveway with GZ in full view. Although we could see it there was no way to grab this one without giving it away so we left.
