Somehow couldn’t find it not sure if I’m just severely blind or it’s gone missing I even looked everywhere on the ground however... I will be back for round two I will not let it get the best of me
Quick trip across in the ferry from Hobsonville.
Busy little corner. Had to be discreet. Signing a nicely camo cache

Hopefully this cache will unlock the vault! Our eldest found it without sitting down on the wet surface TFTC
Cache and gem found full log to follow
I after my work meetings in Northcote were done for the day, I headed out to see if I could find a few more caches and gems to progress the Mystery at the Museum quest. By now it was dark so I found the cache by feel. Luckily I felt the right place first time. TFTC, Biggles.

Found this very familiar G2 construction at a very familiar intersection. Too bad the cafe was just closing. Tftc
A little evening walk. It was allready getting dark, but with a litle lamp i found it quickly. Not many muggles at this hour
I had a blank space in my calendar today and an urge to get out into the sunshine to stretch my legs, so popping out to geocache seemed like the logical thing to do. I had tried for this cache a few weeks ago, but the area was cordoned off with tape, so I decided I could come back another day.
I grabbed a quick coffee and a pain au chocolat at the cafe, pretty good, and then decided to retrieve the cache. There were a couple of muggles at the nearby table, but they were paying me little heed. I had a quick look and spotted the cache right away, retrieved and signed the log. It is all in good condition, nice camo too.
Thanks for the cache and giving me an excuse to try a new cafe. #819

A lady from the nearby cafe knew about this cache and observed us and had a chat. We found it on the ground, apparently it ends up there sometimes

After a nice breakfast at the nearby cafe we had a look for this one.
As we ate breakfast the muggle population began to increase so we almost decided to leave it for another day but were fortunate that things had settled down a bit by the time we had finished.
We spotted the well hidden cache after a short search. Thanks G-2.

Good cammo, took a few team members to find this after a delicious breakfast in the cafe.

Chasing down caches for the Creature catch. Popped out this afternoon to see what we could find locally. Accompanying YorkshireKiwi83 for a few finds this afternoon. The place is cordoned off for new grass, but the owner of cafe was there and we carefully stepped out to where we needed to be. Clever camo. SL. TFTC.
Todays challenge get within reach of finsing the turtle this weekend. Last one with Derby&Joan and this was cordened off, however the business owner knew what we were doing and let us sneak in so long as we stuck to the edges, soon had cache in hand. TFTC
I must be getting braver in my old age . . . . found, signed, returned and off for another find . . . . . such a beautiful day today . . . . . thanks for the hide
Time to go to Beachhaven dodging the showers this morning.
It seems a private area though that is a public looking seat.
Cheers for the cache.

After completing some home chores in the morning we decided to reward ourselves with a few caches in the afternoon. We set off from home with Beach Haven in mind stopping for a few easy and not so easy park and grabs. Had lots of fun today exploring some new parks, beaches and bus stops and enjoyed the many different hides from the CO's today.
Parked up and walked across the road to this one and happily put my hand right on it in the logical place, spied the cache neatly camouflaged and sat down at the convenient seat to sign the log, was noticed by a lady in the cafe as they closed for the day, she must have known about the cache, as per previous logs. TFTC!

I had my hand on the container for thirty seconds before I found the cache. Very typical of a G-2 hide. TFTC.
Decided that this was our next area to go and collect caches today.arrived at this one and were quickly greeted by the lady from the cafe who asked if we were looking for the cache.after a brief chat it wasnt long before we were signing the log.good camo as usual.
Cleaning up the caches around Beach Haven late this afternoon to increase our finds for this calendar date.
The cafe was closed, so we were able to search freely. We expected the cache to be within reach, so initially dismissed the actual location. But we soon found the cache once we checked there. Thanks.

Jenny and I found this cache during a two day stop over in Auckland before travelling on to tour North and South Island, New Zealand. Log signed and cache replaced as found. tftc. Greetings from the UK.
Ventured into Northern territory with Merlot58 to claim an FTF from the Northerners just down the road. I had previously been to search for this cache, but there was a woman sitting outside and was staring intently in my direction, so I decided to leave it and come back. Was passing by today with Merlot58 and I made her stop as there was no one sitting outside. Felt a bit conspicuous searching and we were muggled by a cafe employee, who at least knew what we were doing.
All quiet at gz today due to the wild weather. Another great camo job here. Daily cache sorted.
Mr TW and I were on a mission to turn the last 9 unfound caches on the shore into smiley faces. This was 9/9, cafe was closed and we were able to make a quick find with no-one around. Finished off the day with an ice-cream. TFTC
Catching up with the long lost teotocchi and we ambled down to this one to have a look. Wasn't sure if we were supposed to be out or in to begin with but we were soon busted by one of the owners with a big grin which confirmed our suspicions and the sneaky cache was soon in hand. Nicely done here - TFTC
Once again teamed up with McCuthen Cache Clan for an excursion into the "Land of the Northern Jafa" to see what we could drum up in the way of cache finds. Our more recent attempts to locate caches have been excellent but usually before the first hour was out we were wet to the skin (and remained that way for the remainder of the day. Today we were hoping for better weather, and apart from one heavy shower managed to acheive our goal.
Setting off from Mr McC's at 4am we were working to be home at a reasonable hour (according to our respective wives), and we even managed this, along with locating 62 caches for the day, so all in a success for two southerners. Signed as "MCD" or variation there of.
I will apologise now for the "copy and paste" logs but yes we did have a great day out and enjoyed ourselves and a big thank you to all the cache owners that put in the effort to keep the game (obsession) going for the rest of us.
Thanks for the placement, thanks for the cache

Out on a late night cache run, starting with an event and ending with an event. We signrd the log as HOAC. Thanks for placing this cache and making our night enjoyable
Sat down and realised we were being watched by a guy in the local cafe. Discretely picked up the cache and sat back down to open the cache and sign whilst he wasn't watching. Good camo, thanks
With a bit of a break in the weather and cabin fever setting in, Jag50 and I decided to get out and grab a few caches. A couple of muggles sitting nearby took no notice as we snuck in to search and quickly found the cache.
With a break in the rain we joined up with Merlot58 to collect some caches on the North Shore. Not many muggles brave enough to sit outside in the inclement weather, so we took a seat and soon had the camo'd cache in hand. TFTC
Out and about for a spot of caching fun this morning. I thought I would have a wonder around the local shops here and collect this hide along the way. The neighbouring store was closed so I was able to search with no issues. Didn't take long to scrounge this one up. Grabbed some late breakfast/early lunch before I returned back to the car. Cheers for the cache placement!
Took us a little bit of poring over the description and hint to think of where this one was. Actually looked at the cache and put it back not spotting the hide, very sneaky. The owner of the patisserie came out to speak to us as she had been wondering what people were doing so we thought it best to tell her who the new neighbour was so she wasn't worried about the middle aged people loitering with their phones around her store.
All good here, tweezers helpful for extracting the log and camo designed to befuddle, which was no less than we were expecting from G--2. Very good, thanks for the cache.

Not the easiest on a busy Saturday morning, but in a quick quiet spot managed to grab it.

Glad it was this tree as the cafe was pretty busy, took a seat and signed, didn't stay long to actually take in the beach haven feel as the light disappears so quick and I have more caches to find, thank you
I tried one spot the other day but couldn't locate it. Returned tonight with my daughter to have a better look around in the dark while waiting for our fish and chips. Great camo. TFTC
After a FTF just down the road, I thought I'd follow piggies lead and venture a bit more into Beachaven. Stood by the fence watching the road works for a bit, nice easy find, cheers.
Came all the way out here for this new Glyn cache !
Lovely looking food in the cafe but have just had a late breakfast .
Tried not to look too dodgy as there was a couple eating a meal outside .
Lucky for the seat ....don't think they noticed me ...phew...
Cool camo .....I have one similar waiting to go !

Fave point coming up...
Classic camo, old school style with finesse. Need a rest after this adventure-maybe a flat white or chai latte? Not a hope at the FTF as down south for work. Could get some FTF's as the CO has indicated more 'In the Haven' to come. WE WILL HOLD YOU TO THAT

As an aside, this equals our most caches in a year. Still 6 months to go sooooooo It HAD to be a G2 / Glyn the only one cache to do so cheers G2

Thanks Glyn, Trust this will go well. Now I wont bother you for every cache you place within a 25K radius of this! Only one problem, I am stuck in Wellington for work so no chance of a FTF Well done Gorby. Ill be back
Quick find here tonight with Gorby for a joint [FTF]. Very nice camouflage indeed - wish I could make caches like this! FTF #2103 TFTC!!!
While I was sitting at home, I was thinking when some more caches might be coming out. I didn't have my FTF for the month to keep my streak going (40 months now) and I needn't have worried, Glyn to the rescue yet again!! So a whole heap came out at the same time, some near Hamilton which I dismissed at this late hour of the night (about 11pm). Then I get a call from FMZ, no surprise there heh heh heh! So he came and got me and we're off like lightning to this cache first. We planned to try to get the easy ones first and see how we go for others requiring a bit of a walk. It's pouring with rain, it's dark but at least it aint cold yet.
So we arrive here and I didn't bother loading the GPS since there were only 2 trees to search and FMZ found the very nicely disguised cache in the 2nd tree we searched. I signed us in and back up with the brollies and off to the car! Thanks Glyn, there's my {FTF} for July sorted.
