Out and about with dotCache all good and dry but requires new log.Had us looking for quite a while about to give up as workers were coming closer but spotted on way outThank you
Found with icw. I wonder if this cache has some connection with the Beatles' song *Strawberry Fields Forever* which was released in 1967. Apparently as a child John Lennon played in the grounds of the Salvation Army's Strawberry Field children's home in Woolton, a Liverpool suburb. His memories of that time inspired the song with its strange other worldliness in lyrics and music. Tftc.
As previous finder said the lid doesnt fit, spot on . also there now we can move on, TFTC.
Meet up with geo son here and we check out a few after negotiating the road works here. Easy find after checking quite a bit of the greenery. The does not fit the container but log book ok. Thanks for the cache Sparra0907
Not really a microOut with Xambo4u and thought we were looking for one thing. After reading the logs we soon had it in hand. Tftc
On the way down the highway, so to escape the roadworks I dropped in here for a quick find. Thanks Sparra0907 for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.
Yep lid doesn’t fit as others have said. Pepper all good to write on though. Tftc Sparra0907
Was in the area and needed a trad for the day so hunted this one down
A walk through a pleasant estate and a quiet reserve soon had the cache in hand
Emptied the water, signed the log (rite in the rain) and returned as found
Many thanx to Sparra0907

Found after a short search. Definitely not a micro and lid does not fit.
My GPS was 5 metres off.
My GPS was 5 metres off.
TFTC cache size was bigger than micro, and was a little bit wet we tried to dry it out and left it in the same spot.
Found it , found without too much trouble. How ever the lid doesn't fit and the contents were all wet. Tftc
JMelb was doing some shopping in the area. While she was busy I went and found this cache. At Gz I looked around, having an idea of what I might be looking for. Not finding it I read some logs and looked further afield. Still having no luck I came back to the indicated Gz and soon found a much larger cache than I was expecting. Thanks Sparra0907

I came up for the Cranbourne event, celebrating International Geocaching Day, but came earlier with the intent of catching a few caches. I've still got a few minutes before the event gets underway. A quick bike ride up the street and... voila!
Thanks heaps, Sparra0907!

A little bit out and a much larger container. Still a smiley!!
Sandyofthesea and I took off from Perth at the start of April to travel more of Australia using geocaching as a guide to see the sights. How good is this country!!
Sparra0907, I found " STRAWBERRY FIELDS." today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

Tftc, 7m off, done over facetime with #starzjeepcrew in the USA. Took a bit to find.
Having attended every Victorian MEGA it was a surprise when I noticed that I had never logged 'Home of Victoria's First Ever Mega'.
Following on from there I went for a few more caches in the area.
I parked the truck across the road and took a walk down along the path for a few finds.
Swapped over to this side for the walk back.
A pleasant stroll through a nice quiet reserve.
A quick find. All in good order here.
Thanks Sparra0907

Lucky I had my all weather pen for this one! Excellent cammo and and where gz says.
Had to do a lap around due to some muggles around . Kids searched a bit but hubby was the one who spotted it to the kids delight . Signed log . Cache in good condition and well camouflaged . Tftc
Had a very brief time to find some caches after dropping some kiddos in my bus to the nearby stadium.
Had to broaden the search somewhat from where my phone suggested GZ was.
Had to dry off the waterproof log before signing, as it seems the container seal is past its best.

Out looking for some houses in the area and had some time to kill. Thought we would knock over some caches. Nice easy find here. TFTC
Out with geo kids SowaMLE and Snook and my caching buddy Jetsons23. After attending the local Cranbourne Event, some caching afterwards was in order. The weather was a bit weird with half clear sky with beautiful warm sun shining and half menacing looking dark clouds suggesting rain might be coming.
Didn't find any Strawberry Fields but we found the cache.
Thank you for the cache here Sparra0907

Out on a beautiful day with my caching buddy oshfam, we attended the Cranbourne event. Now was time to go and hunt down some of the nearby caches. A good look through the trees set us on the right path. Thanks for the cache.
Found with DeanoGamo on the 26/11 but some how I didn’t log it (sorry) second time for us so happy to turn the frown up the right way
Just turned to 'come back later' when we found it! Not closed properly so a little damp
We headed from home in the pouring rain with the intention of picking up just a couple of quick caches for the day, just to get out of the house, and were pleased by the time we reached Cranbourne that the rain had stopped and the sun was peeking through the clouds.
We searched for this one for quite awhile, high, low and everything in between, and was only when Steve extended the search area that he finally spotted the cache. Logbook is a little wet, but no problem in signing it.
Thank you Sparra0907 for placing and maintaining this cache.

In the area.checked on this cache and it's all fine. All nice and dry and just waiting to be found.cheers.
Out and about with Trailstevo on a little hike in the area. I think we covered around 12km in the end walking from cache to cache like dot to dot. Its been a while since I was last here in the area, possible 3 years and plenty of new cache have popped up.
This one took us quite a while to hunt down and then....... There you are you little ####
Thanks for the little adventure Sparra0907

Ah yes catching up on logs I am afraid... unlike me to almost be a month behind but never the less here we are.
Today's plan or well more so the morning's plan was to grab a couple of caches before I have to go to a meeting for work in the afternoon wonderful. Managed to only do a handful sadly but some are better than none. Thanks for the cache and the adventure.

Out and about putting some smiles on the map with Rebel Acts and Trailrunning in an area that I haven't been in awhile.
Plans were made, water was packed and bikes got loaded, but not everything went to plan.
But in the end we managed to find every cache.
Our journey was filled with much laughter and tales of caching.
Cheers for the cache.

Thanks Sparra0907 for the cache.

I dont know why I did not see this one in first place. We had been searched everywhere so and come back again.
Finally Got it.

Found it with crank1 in an early morning before the weather is getting warmer. Good one and nice camo. Thanks Sparra0907 for placing the cache
Went out and checked on this cache today. Yep it is still there. All nice and dry and just waiting to be found. Cheers.
No luck today. Bit too tricky for your average D2 rating. Maybe something to look at given the recent DNFs
Another DNF for us on this cache.
Came back today with hope that we'd get somewhere with this one, but after a 20 minute search we ended up with nothing once more.
We will return!

Can finally put a smiley to this cache, after reading a few logs I was quite sure I wouldn't be able to find this little sucker but within minutes I had cache in sight, signed log and replaced as found, cache itself is in great condition with only a smudge on the log book. Thanks for placing and hope add some more smiley's today.
Weren't quite sure where to look for this one. After a decent search and reading some logs, we decided to head out.
What a relief! Finally found after previously failing twice. Needed this find to continue the Mystery challenge. Didn't like my chances with the rain increasing but spotted it in the end. In good condition and thanks for the challenge.

Ok. We will go out and check on this cache again shortly, but we bet that it is still there, one logger, who is new to geocaching logged a "Did Not Find" five times all on the same day same time. Cheers. The CO.
I think this one will go in my personal 'too hard' basket. I know the cache is there, and I've even been told where it is. The search at GZ is too much of a 'needle in a haystack' for my liking. Thanks anyway.
I started my search this morning with this one and, after finding a few others nearby, I came back for a second look. No joy for me today.

After having lunch at the new Carl's Jnr down the road I took a detour home with my muggle family to grab this one. Now the family are not keen on caching, so I promised them that I would make this as quick as possible. I narrowed down the location quite quickly, but I had to look at multiple angles before finding the cache. Arriving back at the car, my daughter informed me that it had taken me all of 8 minutes to locate the cache.

We were in the neighbourhood to pickup same caches, and this was one on our list. As we approached GZ, we engaged geosense mode, and the cache was quickly found. We were puzzled by the name of the cache and was debating whether this used to be a strawberry farm. Pleased to have signed this one off. TFTC Sparra0907.

Parking in one of the side streets between the two caches in the area here, I set off for a walk to attempt this one first. A little wander around and I was able to spot it. It was all nice and quiet here with the sun shining making it a very pleasant afternoon for caching.
Thanks to Sparra0907 for placing this cache.

Found this cache once before but there was no log book anywhere. Sent a PM to the CO who confirmed I had indeed found the cache. At the time the cache had just been replaced by the CO, so it was very confusing to have found the cache empty. Finding myself back in the area once again today and knowing exactly where to find the cache, all that was left to do was add our name to the log. Yet another surprise was to find the cache container has also changed. TNLNSL. TFTC. KKams
New everything. New container. New log-book. new tie. All nice and dry and ready to go again.Thanks. The CO.
Found today at 2:20pm. Definitely there and with paper but very hard to get out as already damp. Thanks from D & HA B-A
Found the cache but there was no log book inside and I did not have any paper to leave. I messaged the owner but have no response so I will return another day with suitable paper to be able to log this cache. KkAms
The original cache container ( a very bright pink strawberry with a soggy log-book.) appears to be missing so the container was replaced with a bison size waterproof container with small log-book inside. Cheers.

Went out and checked on this cache. It is still there and is all ok, just sitting there waiting to be found. Thanks & Cheers. The CO.
No luck for me today, only had a few minutes before work to have a look and came up with nothing. I'll be back
Requires maintenance the log is so wet it can't be unrolled. Coordinates were 11 metres out but using iPhone and reception here is terrible. E145 17.423 got us there.
Just as many others have stated I also had trouble here with the official coordinates. My Garmin had me in the middle of the garden and not within 5m of any tree.
I read previous logs and saw the owner maintenance log stating the coords are accurate and the cache has been replaced and where to look. I kept looking around but couldn't find anything on the closer trees so ventured further out and found the original strawberry container - 11m out by my gps.
Log in this container was too wet to sign. I kept looking for the replacement cache but with no luck.
Thanks Sparra0907

Since moving from New Zealand I have been enjoying the area, exploring and finding caches.
So far I’ve knocked off 4 of the states. VIC, SA, NSW and A.C.T
No two areas are the same here and almost every place I go is stunning. The beauty of caching is that it takes you to so many places you would never usually find.
Thank you to all the cachers out there for hiding and maintaining their caches. Especially to those who put so much effort into creating unique and fun hides.
The caches I’ve found in Australia so far have for the most part all been in great condition. Keep up the good work.

We have been out to check on this cache and it is still at the correct co-ords and it is still in good condition. It is ready to be found by the next cacher. All is good and OK.and it should be off the check it out by the CO list. Thanks The CO.
Owing to the fact that this cache is currently disabled, I am unable to post a "Needs Maintenance" log against it.
The log is sodden and for most biros and pencils, unsignable. This type of container is in no way waterproof and requires waterproof paper. See attached photo.
Once maintenance has been completed, the CO needs to enable this cache in order for it to show up in searches.
Phone users, especially those who use the 'official app' can't see disabled caches.
