Nice quick find here with some good views out to Hobsinville! Thanks for the replacement here! TFTC
Oh! No wonder I couldnt find it. I searched everywhere. I didn't want to log a dnf because it sounded like an easy one
Found while on a trip north with tmann421.
Enjoying discovering the areas and finding some caches.

Last time I found this one I was doing the wrong thing to find the log. Log now signed.
Wow saw it only by chance good clues! Very nice camo I looked right past it so many times!
No pen, sorry. Getting fresh air with hangover after staying at friends. TFTC. Great view
She left the car, walked up to GZ and had the cache in her hand. What a lucky spot! And the view is gorgeous, nearly sunset! Tftc!
I have been sick for a while and today was the first day in a while I was feeling so much better, I decided to go out an grab a couple of caches and get some sunshine. It was a lovely day and it felt great to be stretching my legs again. Upon reaching GZ I stopped to admire the view for a bit and then started to look for the cache. I started off on the wrong foot, but quickly spotted something out of place. Log book signed and replaced just before the hordes of Halloween ghosts and ghouls heading down the road arrived. Thanks for the cache and the chance to stop and take the view in. #870
I've stopped by a couple of times to look for this cache with no luck. Had a longer look today and there it was in plain sight! Not sure how I missed it before unless it has migrated to a different spot. Signed the log and was about to replace it when a muggle started hanging around, so I had to retreat the car with the cache for a while before I could return and replace it. Great camo, TFTC
A nice view across to the development at Hobsonville Pt. This cache was the second to last cache on our mission to unlock the vault. Good cache TFTC
Unseasonably cold SW wind made retrieval the hardest part of this quickly-spotted GC, that and being a bit short. Very familiar with this lovely view, with a family member living close by. Tftc
Quickly spotted. We are out enjoying sometime together today.

Grabbed a photo of the view today

Very cool view from here a bit overcast today which is a shame. A quick find of the cache. Tftc
Great views from this spot. We pulled up next to it, and I was looking at michaelteacher take a photo of the views when I spotted the cache from the corner of my eye. Haha tftc
This was the most inadvertent find we've ever had. As Hayleyfcy said, I was taking a picture of the spectacular view when she just spotted it. Would have been funnier if the cache was in the actual picture.
Chasing down caches for the Creature catch. Popped out this afternoon to see what we could find locally. Accompanying YorkshireKiwi83 for a few finds this afternoon. A very nice view here on a sunny afternoon. Quick find. SL. TFTC.
Todays challenge get within reach of finsing the turtle this weekend. Derby&Joan had joined me fpr a couple and we stopped had got out of the car and we had just finished asking where could it be, when it was there in front of us, magic. TFTC
Oh my . . . . what a great view from here . . . . and the house at the bottom of the hill would be super amazing to live in . . . . . there were a couple of muggles around and I had to wait for them to pass by before timing my grab . . . . and then there was the lady just up the road mowing her lawns (eeek) . . . . . I had a sneak y suspicion she might've wondered what I was up to [?] signed and returned as she disappeared down a bit of a bank to finish off her lawns and off for another find . . . thank you again
Time for a few more caches today before I started to wrap up and swung by here to try my luck. No dramas making the find here and I was back in the car and on my way gain in no time. TFTC
Time to go to Beachhaven dodging the showers this morning.
A nice view to the SSW.
Cheers for the cache.

After completing some home chores in the morning we decided to reward ourselves with a few caches in the afternoon. We set off from home with Beach Haven in mind stopping for a few easy and not so easy park and grabs. Had lots of fun today exploring some new parks, beaches and bus stops and enjoyed the many different hides from the CO's today.
Parked up next to GZ and admired the view before finding the cache, which wasnt very hard as it was in plain view, but wow what a great view to be had here. Thanks for bringing us to this spot. TFTC!

I think I spent more time deciding where to park that I did finding the cache. TFTC.
Gorgeous view here, but it didn’t distract from my mission here. Heading towards my 6000th cache and park n’ grabs are the key to what I need today. Did take me awhile to find, cheers G for the cache, all good here.
Out collecting a few caches today in the area and wanted one last one before we headed home.A nice easy find for us here as we walked past.A lovely view too.
Cleaning up the caches around Beach Haven late this afternoon to increase our finds for this calendar date.
A nice viewpoint from here, so thanks for placing the cache that brought us here to see it.

Nice views from here across the bay and interesting to see what some of the owners are doing to develop their properties. Nice quick find, thanks
We are enjoying our drive around the area today. Thanks for the hide. Had to wait for muggles to leave before we could retrieve.
Out this way picking up a few caches before heading to Oamaru. Had to wait for a muggle runner and the rubbish truck to pass before I could make the find.
Once again teamed up with McCuthen Cache Clan for an excursion into the "Land of the Northern Jafa" to see what we could drum up in the way of cache finds. Our more recent attempts to locate caches have been excellent but usually before the first hour was out we were wet to the skin (and remained that way for the remainder of the day. Today we were hoping for better weather, and apart from one heavy shower managed to acheive our goal.
Setting off from Mr McC's at 4am we were working to be home at a reasonable hour (according to our respective wives), and we even managed this, along with locating 62 caches for the day, so all in a success for two southerners. Signed as "MCD" or variation there of.
I will apologise now for the "copy and paste" logs but yes we did have a great day out and enjoyed ourselves and a big thank you to all the cache owners that put in the effort to keep the game (obsession) going for the rest of us.
Thanks for the placement, thanks for the cache

Out on a late night cache run, starting with an event and ending with an event. We signrd the log as HOAC. Thanks for placing this cache and making our night enjoyable
You're right - nice view! How long before it's blocked again by a mansion or two?
Quick find while out grabbing a Sunday morning coffee. Thanks!
Quick find while out grabbing a Sunday morning coffee. Thanks!
The muggles we saw up the road at the previous cache were passing, so hung back looking at the views while they passed. Well hidden but no issues finding, thanks
With a bit of a break in the weather and cabin fever setting in, Jag50 and I decided to get out and grab a few caches. Another nice quick find here
With a break in the rain we joined up with Merlot58 to collect some caches on the North Shore. It didn't take long before the well camo'd cache was in hand. Interesting views from here. Will be interesting to see what happens with this land in the future.
Following a successful incursion deep into Westie territory, I made a quick park and grab at this location. Interesting outlook from here, TFTC
Out and about for a spot of cache detection this morning. I parked up and crossed the road to GZ. Took a moment to appreciate the view before looking for the hide. Not many places the cache could be so I quickly spotted the camoed hide. Nice to execute a super quick find. Cheers for the cache placement!
Far out, brussell sprout, I must have stared at this for goodness knows how long before the eyes worked out what they were looking at and saw a cache. I spent longer on this one than I care to admit, but happy to stick at it and finally see it. Terrific view down the harbour here, when we moved to Auckland we had a crack at a couple of houses around here but the auction prices were nuts - nothing unusual there. All good here, and on we go, thanks for the cache.
Tidy up some more of beach haven as these caches are listed within km's of our house, however living in hobsonville means we don't get to visit out here much and these also show up when we open our app so it's about time to make some more finds. Nice and easy one to start off with, thank you

Early rise and a quick view on the mother site for any new caches, yup BUT its poring cats and dogs at 5.30 but went for a stroll anyway and as luck would have it the rain stopped. No luck this time dark/windy and wet, got back home and just as the coffee was made it poured down, at least I wasn't outside. Another couple of cups later and the rain stooped and a little more lighter so went for a stroll and thought I passed another cacher who with umbrella and a 1 year old in tow so knew the FTF had gone- who else would be up at this time in this weather, Beach Haven is nice but its not a tourist destination! Anyhow the GPS kept bouncing around to no closer than 21 feet, searched at some likely and not so likely spots, turned around to head off and sure I had searched that place before. Not giving up then spotted something, opened up and a nice BLANK log.
FTF #12 TFTC found at 7.32am Will be interesting to see how the development goes, some nice views from the vantage point on a sunny day!

Not so early riser today as not rostered on shift this morning. Checked our emails and noticed some new caches close by. Since we still needed our daily cache decided to head out and pick one up. Currently not raining but while driving along Beach Haven Rd I could see this situation would change shortly and most likely when I arrived at gz. Yep, as predicted a down pour. Waited out the heavy part before venturing forth. GPS wanted me looking 12 metres away. Decided to check out the most likely spot. Nope. Expanded search area. Even tried where the GPS was pointing, no good. After about 20 or so minutes and a little damper I finally found myself back at the original starting point and this time spotted the well camo'd & crafted hide. Looks like I got here 10 minutes after Handyandyman had left. Oh well, daily cache sorted - Day: 944 TFTC and yes currently you get some nice views over the inner harbour from this location, just rather grey today
Took me ages to find this well camoed cache...!
After reading other 2 logs I ignored my compass and just used my eyes .
Glyn is taller than me so was over my head height!
Plus co ords about 12/13m out?
Love the camo.....blends in well as usual with Glyn !!!!!
