### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there Gunks,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so the cache is being temporarily disable - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond to this enquiry in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache to check, repair, replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers are not mind readers, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, it's better for you to decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for your cooperation,
Bunjil

Not for us today, like many before us. Seems the tree? has had a trim, so the cache may have been removed during this operation. Searched the area, but no luck.
Headed out early this morning to do the circuit on the MTB.
Well, I see why it's called MOUNT Lofty, some serious ascending required to reach some of these caches.
Even after reading previous logs, I had no luck here.
The likely tree is dying, as these species are wont to do.
Lots of broken branches and twigs around.
Hoping the cache is still here, and I just missed it, but I have my doubts.

It is a perfect day for Mt Lofty today. We have been waiting for a day like this.
We joined the cousins on this walk today.
We didn't intend to come this far, as we were going to take the smaller loop back to the car after Adelaide Mountain. As we were enjoying ourselves so much we decided to complete the full loop.
.8 of us had a thorough look. No good though . Past logs didn't help us either.
Oh well. That's a good excuse for us to do this walk again on another day.
Thanks Gunks for placing and maintaining this cache. We will be back for another look.

This cache took a little searching to find but the comments helped make the find.
Thanks Gunks for the cache.
Found at 2:00 pm on 11/7/21.

Had some difficulty as the cache is really micro nowadays! Nice to get some exercise in the sun.
On an afternoon walk in Mount Lofty Park, I stopped to pick up a few caches.
Thanks for the cache Gunks.
Thanks for the cache Gunks.
I made this find difficult by looking in all kinds of unlikely spots. icw spotted it while staring into space. Tftc.
Nice easy find with geokid. The husband wrangled the 1 year old further along the path
OK, this is a bit tragic, but I now have a bunch of draft logs that are up to two months old. My plans of writing entertaining and informative tales for each one, illustrated with terrific photos, have become a bit ambitious. I will embellish where I can, and come back to some later, but will have to make do with generic logs for now.
Of course, this is not to disregard the appreciation I have for those who have placed and maintain each of these caches. I love youse all. TFTC

i much prefer geocaching in nature, out of the city and the smog and the suburbs
where you can thrash around in the undergrowth searching for half an hour and there is no one passing by to bat an eye
no passer-by, no noisy nosy neighbour, no cctv camera staring into your soul like the eye of sauron
for the most part, searching for treasure out here was easy breezy beautiful: empty skies and empty trails
but for a section, i was tailed by an old woman
not walking on the trails but deliberately beside them
touching all foliage with a vacant lackadaisical smile
so with all that going on, i figured she wouldn’t be too weirded out as i stopped here and there for treasure

Easy find, found with JelenaGreenleaf. There are indeed two containers, the lighter one's log was too damp to sign, so we just signed the black one only. Tftc
Found with georocks101. Soppy Woppy was suffering a little bit from soggy loggy but thankfully there was another container with a dry log sheet. Thanks for the hide!
There are actually two cache containers here. The owner might want to retrieve one v
Signed a very soggy logbook. It needs replacing. Thanks for getting us out for a walk!
New one looking pretty fresh! Old cache still in place but may need a little drying due to previously mentioned water ingress
Nice little find. Thought I was FTF for awhile, but it was a replacement logTFTC gunks
Greetings "Gunks". This cache needs a bit of TLC as water ingress into the container has dampened the log and while the log itself is waterproof signing can be difficult if a suitable pen is not used. I think the rubber o-ring is missing from the bison.
Cheers!
Cheers!
OHC, RH and ourselves set out for a day of caching. Celebrating OHC's birthday and also that we are allowed to go out as long as it is within 25km's of home.
Once all the muggles passed by, the container was soon found.
Thanks for the cache.

Blessed to be out caching with awesome friends... a wonderful way to spend my birthday.
Log is a little soppy. Still able to sign/stamp.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache, Gunks

Out for a birthday cache run to celebrate OHC’s birthday and within hopefully the last of our overlapping 25km zones (as there isn’t much left!). Great day for it!
Muggle city as we approached so waited a moment before we signed the log.
Thanks Gunks for the cache.

Second of the day and another quick one, although the log was damp. Thanks Gunks
My pint-sized Pooky mate was dead keen find this one so made a beeline for the GZ as soon as we got close hoping to find it first which he didn't . . . *obviously!* Ha! Well, actually neither did I for that matter because it was spotted by my eagle-eyed other 'alf who was looking where we weren't. Anyway even though the cache container allowed water to penetrate, the log was a kind of plastic/water-proof type so we were able to successfully sign it. (I'll probably submit a maintenance request to the CO to get the rubber o-ring installed. Why don't people submit maintenance requests anymore rather than just moan about the state of the cache in their "Found it" log?)

Out with our caching buddies for a walk and to pick up some caches within our 25km radius. While Wetjala and Mr Pooky were again ahead of the pack, it was Mrs Biggles who spotted the hide from afar and Mrs Pooky who did the retrieving. Although the log was a little damp we were still able to sign and a maintenance log has been instigated by Wetjala. TFTC and bringing us to this park and the walking track.
Good grief, I found this one first as it caught my eye, a rarity, Mrs P retrieved it.

Out walking again. 5km today. Collected this cache with a fellow cacher parent from our scout group, Telefreaks. Nice find but log was too wet and I didn't have a pen. Photographic evidence attached. We continued all the way to the point then climbed the path up the hill. Thanks for the cache Gunks.
Great view from here. Found with 7 year old geo daughter. Thanks for all these caches on Mt Lofty. Log paper rather wet.
Walked from the carpark along the river, then back up over the mountain.
The location of this one took me by surprise, but it was a quick find.

YAPIDKA almost, it’s just such a patchwork park! Wittons! Reminders of paddling times gone by! A few missions for the day include running - gotta get some fitness back and this clutch of caches is a bonus, partly so I can run rest run rest etc etc! A lovely day out on this scenic route. Good located with good coordinates. In Melbs on care duty and luckily it’s close by so given it’s a sunny winters day, the park beckons. Great spot. TFTC
TFTC Gunks. This was as far as we got today before some wanted to head home unfortunately.
This was a super quick find by the geokid. We had to use our stealth skills today as there were so many people on the path taking in the sunshine due to the more relaxed restrictions. TFTC Gunks.
We were expecting an easy small here, not a micro hanging.
Blended in well, a relatively quick find, especially after reading some logs.

I actually found this the other day and it was the same day someone else found it I was so surprised
Out and about early today on my quest to get some caches at Mt Lofty . This is the first time I have been here . What a Great Spot for a walk . This one took ages to find . I was expecting a larger container . Thanks Gunks
Found the cache in good condition......unlike my pen which had a soppy woppy and wouldn’t work !
Took a photo of the log and hope that is proof enough (as well as the fact of finding and signing the other nearby caches )

We headed to Mt Lofty for our family walk and having never visited before, we weren't sure what to expect. We enjoyed the walking loop we did, and saw a lot more people on the track than we had during other walks we had done recently. As we walked around the loop, we collected this group of caches on the way. The partner did the searching here for me, but I ended up spotting it from the track and pointed it out. The munchkin on my back made the retrieval challenging! TFTC Gunks
Sunny spring day after a cold winter, good for caching. Wet log due to container having lost its o-ring seal.
Last week I was on the other side of the valley and had such great fun walking around the place I decided to come over to Mt Lofty and grab the caches here.
This one took a while to find. I suppose I was led astray by the size. In the end I just happened across it. The log was slightly damp but was still in good enough condition to sign. TFTC.

Log book is a bit damp, but managed to sign. Still enjoying the walk, thanks for the sneaky little hide.
Wandered down for a quick find. Log book takes after the name and was quite soppy.
Out with xambo4u, on a day of caching in cold weather, we had success as no-one else wanted to venture out. We warmed up on the climb, and enjoyed the views along the way.
Quick find. Thanks Gunks

Out and about with echidna44 for a lovely walk in the great area of Warrandyte Park. Once will did the mount on this track we were really enjoying the pickups along the way to get here. Made the nice easy find. Loved our journey Gunks thanks for bringing us here.
Log book is a bit scrunched up, but still has space. Surprisingly took us ages to find, but it was out in the open and I just needed to be looking from the right angle to see it. Once we had seen it we wondered why it took so long to find!
I had cached this area out about 6 years ago. Returning today with ilukaperi it was nice to see there are some new ones to find.
We stopped about 60 m from this cache to have something to eat and drink and to let some muggles who has been following us pass by. Once the coast was clear we began the search. Took a while but eventually ilukaperi found it and once found you can’t under it either.
Thanks for the cache!
