Found cache but it was out in the open and container was open and water logged. Sadly
Cool shop. We looked for quite a while but followed the advice of commenters and didn't look to hard deep in the spiky garden plants. It was certainly an adventure when a stray rusty nail on the deck railing led to a tetanus shot next door. Better luck to future cachers!
Quick find while visiting the shop. An awesome place! Had a great time in Samford with my daughter Kim.
Third time attempting this one but more eyes with us today.Feel really silly now we know where it is.Love this place. Such a great adventure exploring.TFTC!
Tftc. What an awesome cache. Bigger than expected. Never been here before but will be back. Harry Potter icons are amazing
Quick find while visiting the shop. An awesome place! Had a great time in Samford. TFTC
Soo happy to have found this one. Very hard with people around and I didnt find the previous clues helped very much. You dont need to dig around for this one stay out of the plants. I did feel like I was trespassing when I accessed it after leaning over and spotting. Much bigger than I was expecting.
A quick find just out of the way on a Saturday on this busy street in Samford. Helped having the business next door closed for the weekend. Great shop this is beneath. The butter beer was nice! TFTC!
So excited to find this place . Cache was found quite easily after the excitement of looking at everything. Thank you so much. With jamielannister69
Not a fan of the Harry Potter them when Im a lord of the rings enjoyer but in all seriousness awesome cache TFTC
Not anywhere near where I would have expected to find it. Left a fresh pen but didnt have any paper for a log to leave. Definitely needs a new log book! Left a travel bug!
So bummed to not find this one. Went to Buzzstop for a coffee afterwards. Highly recommend!
Couldn’t sign as the pen didn’t work and the pencil was dead. Took a photo of the log book. Thanks for the cache!
After a strenuous few hours climbing the hills of Brian Burke Reserve, Peppa and I have come to Samford for some easier walking.
Found this one while doing the Wherigo. All good here, tftc ScattsMadhouse

Used some caching instinct for this one & made a quick find with 12Fieldtrip. Great spot for a cache. TFTC!
I have been here many a time, but not been able to find this one, due to muggles, feeling of being watched, etc. Today though I thought I would have another check to see if I could find it. This time however, I had a look at the most recent logs and decided to use these to get a fix on the GZ. I soon spotted it. Hey, I looked here before, and could not find it, yet here it is! Glad to have my name etched in the log on this one. TFTC
Kis at the playground thought we would have a quick find, took longer than expected. Had to widen the search from Gps marking. But found it in the end. 18/96/23 4:05pm
Today we set out to find caches in beautiful Samford valley we striked upon this amazing hide. We checked out the Harry Potter shop and the amazing Themed area. While the Geo kids headed to the park to play. We found this hide challenging as it’s not at the co ordinated but in close vicinity. We actually walked over the cache after regrouping and going with our idea to look from the footpath not the deck. I really love this whole area Thankyou for making our Sunday a beautiful day
ScattsMadhouse I found your cache Diagon Alley on 2/6/2023, 2:30 pm. This is my find 5481 and find # 8 today. Found it after a brief search. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
This took way longer than it should have but luckily I was here early so not many people about. A very cute area which I haven’t been to before. I will have to return when the shops are open. I placed what seemed to be the most recent log sheet in a plastic bag that was in the cache. Tftc
I don't usually spend a long time out on the bike in summer, but today was a nice cold wet day. I started here fairly early this morning and arrived back just after lunch. It rained on me several times but that just helped keep me cool, and I pedaled just over 40km for the morning.
Found with the help of previous logs.

The last find of another day around Dayboro…
We’d come in search of coffee… but almost everything was closed… which made looking for this cache much easier… that and having a previous finder with me… as Geepers pulled me up sooner than where the container was found…
The log appears to be an assortment of random pieces of paper… so I arranged these as best I could, added another random bit and put it all into a snap lock bag…
Tftc… left Jacamart’s Traumpfad to continue on…

Found after completing the local whereigo.
Luckily it was muggle free this afternoon

#8, solo run. Found after scouting further around, then it was easily located. Cache could use some TLC. TFTC, TFTH and TFTSF.
Made us feel a little silly but we got there in the end. Previous clues are helpful! With Courtmr0
What a tough find! Once we took a step in the right direction we had the ammo we needed to find it!
Second try for me the previous time has too many muggles-2 eyes this time and we got it tftc
Out finding one of South east Queenslands best bakeries (The little Tree) down the road and decided to see if we could find this cache, we were lucky that the cafe and and the shop wasn’t open today because of the public holiday and it was a quick easy find. TFTC
I will put my hand up and say this one was harder than I thought it would be. I was totally fixated on the wrong hiding place and after searching all over it for 10 mins, concluded it must be somewhere else. Our muggle cousins were with us and after watching me scour the wrong place, they lifted up the cache and asked if this is what I'm looking for. Samford is a lot quieter today for the public holiday, glad we picked today to try and find it. TFTC
Love this spot! Had to read through past clues to help find the cache. Originally thrown off by suspicious purple box but this was a decoy!!!
Tftc. Found w Billy91. We were thinking super creatively and it was a bit more basic.
Took a long time.

In Brisbane for an early Christmas with family. Introducing Mum & Dad to geocaching after a lovely lunch at The Flying Nun cafe in Samford.
Had a quick browse through the Store of Requirement and were surprised to see we were standing almost on top of a GC! What a great cache this is! My family's first time seeing a geocache in the wild after I'd been raving about it for months! Thanks for the cache and well done for sticking with the theme!

A couple of months ago I was told about this cache by Millzorz after finding it. I was in the area not long after for lunch, and I managed to find the cache, however was unable to open it due to high muggle presence.
Today I was back here for lunch and I arrived with a few minutes to spare. Keen to find this one, I parked near GZ, put on my cloak of invisibility, quickly found a space to sign my name and returned the cache as found. TFTC, the first of this kind of container for me - accio FP.

Today, I joined Beardman75, GurTheWanderer, and karicka, as we targeted a few high terrain geocaches hiking up Mount Kobble followed by Mount Samson. We returned back to Samford for a bakery lunch, when a few of us spent the early afternoon walking around Samford completing the *Samford Village Heritage Tour* Wherigo, and a few other caches in the vicinity. A hot and humid day for the morning, but at least the rain held off for it to turn out to be a nice spring day.
What a quirky little place! I enjoyed the outside decor, although we didn't get a chance to visit inside (I may return another day). The three of us were taking various strategies in locating this cache, and after a few minutes of searching, it was karicka who made the find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks ScattsMadhouse for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Second time here, easy when you come from the right angle.

Thank you for hiding this geocache ScattsMadhouse

This whole experience was amazing. The cache was amazing, the shop was amazing, the breakfast at the Flying Nun café was even amazing. Thank you for bringing us here Now off for a bush walk
After eating lunch at the pub down the road, mrs domsky an' myself wandered up to the harry potter shop and this curious cache that caught my attention before lunch.
Love the shopfront, didn't go in this time though.
I spent well over an hour on more than one occasion searching for a cache also called diagon alley in the laneway from the films, in central london. Even had a homeless chap helping us one time. Still never found it.
This one thankfully was much faster.
Thanks scattsmadhouse for the light entertainment in the middle of the beautiful day that was yesterday.

HP cache how awesome! Discreetly waited for Birthday party to end, then searched for a while but was unable to find it.
(I wish there was a hint, as we were thrown by the QR code)

Took me two goes but I found it! Coords are a little bit off. Left some trades. Tftc!
Once we had a hold on the location thanks to some help from others, this was a very simple find. But it did help that today the store was closed and we could sign in peace. Great place to visit with the kids. Thanks for bringing us here - twice.
Did Not Find.
Took the geokids to visit the Harry Potter shop and had a quick look while I waited.
Coordinates appear inaccurate to assist finding Ground Zero precisely.
As has been said in many of the previous logs, the constant stream of muggles make a thorough enough search difficult.
Suggest visiting outside of business hours or on days when the shop is closed, but then that’s kind of the attraction!

We are visiting from Sydney and our friends who live locally brought us to this amazing store. The Geogirls loved the store and while the kids were playing at the playground, I discovered that there is a cache near the store. We stopped off and were looking in all the wrong places before Geodad made the find. TFTC!

Out caching with Domsky, we stopped at this shop for the cache. As it wasn’t Wed-Sun, the shop was shut, however this didn’t stop some geo-muggle-potter-fans from arriving in a large pack to check out the store! We quickly managed to grab the cache in the rain, sign it and return it all without the need for an invisibility cloak! Thanks for the cache and showing us this place!
What an awesome place to visit, unfortunately it’s closed today but some goodies to see outside ???? happy find. Logging with DeafNSQ
