This area has been upgraded... fence has changed, and I couldn't be bothered putting a new cache out here
Not sure if it was our looking or if the cache might have disappeared after not being found for so long. No luck for us today.
1 find and two DNFs today around this park. Not a good average
Just couldn't find this one, will come again another day

Found with nissan 65 Thanks for the cache and your contribution to this wonderful world of Geo caching.
Dayboro trip. Day 3. I was supposed to be in Port Macquarie, but could not because of the floods affecting the van parks. This did not stop me driving down from Waughope for a day around town caching. Plenty of evidence of the devastating floods, I think only one of my DNFs would have been caused by the floods. I was looking for a puzzle cache today, it took three trys, the first failed due to my ladder being too short. After a full day I did some shopping and then found time for logging after dinner in Waughope.
This one seemed far enough away from the water not to be affected and was found without any problems. The fields are closed so I did not head over for the other two near here.
Thanks.

Out yesterday with Footy Fanatics and forgot to log this one. This was a tricky one as it was well protected.
Found it on a sunny Monday while staying in the area with evangt. Quick find thanks to the hint. TFTC

While we waited for mum to do some shopping, we cruised some of the local caches, bagging 8 along the way, with one annoying DNF....
Quick and easy one, the sign has faded, but we assumed it used to say 'No Trespassing'..... TFTC!

Now that the restrictions have eased around the state, time to go caching again. Stay safe everyone... remember to enjoy the little things.
Disabling until socially acceptable to continue with caching. Stay home everyone, stay safe.
Nice muddy walk and a great hide. Seel on cache will need refolding very soon. Paper soaked so couldnt sign.

The sign was not very inviting; better not cross the fence. The cache was found quickly; a bit rusty but in good condition.

We dove around to this one, even though Mrs Shifter was considering walking from the last cache, but it was too hard to explain to Mr Shifter where to drive to. The cache was located quite quickly upon arriving at GZ.
Thanks for the hide Tatt2squared.

Muggle standing at GZ waiting to watch plane leave. How long will I have to wait? Maybe another time.
Carried out a bit of maintenance here today... new log added, ready to go again... Happy Caching
Quick find after dropping bride off to work as I have an RDO. Trying for a last ditch effort to obtain the sea turtle souvenir.

After a delicious lunch at a nearby winery we manged to get the little one to head back to the accommodation with nan and pop. So the wife and i headed out to find a few caches. i spent way to long looking in the wrong spot as i failed to see the thing that the cache was attached to. the wife who was sitting in the car said isn't what you are looking for over there. Cache was soon found and log signed. TFTC
.Well so far so good Boss found this one, using her new toy.. Another quick trip to port after the boss received her new gps. 3167 12:30:00 PM Tatt2squared without cachers like you we would have no game. Thank you. TNLN SL
Back out again in the Port Mac area to check out the Iron Man event and also look for a few further caches in the area. Naturally in parts of town it was muggle central while other parts were quiet and much easier. A lovely day again to be out and about.
We were challenged regularly today by the GPS gods but managed to come up with the goods even if search times were often quite lengthy.

We have headed south a few weeks early to have a little holiday prior to attending the Oz Geomuster Mega event. We have found ourselves based in Port Macquarie for a few days which has enable us to spend some time exploring some of the nearby towns.
We had no difficulty in locating the cache and with our name added to the log book, we continued on our way.
Thank you Tatt2squared for having placed the cache and for maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

Found it while out and about with Vagggam and Hollielea22. Random bullet holes are a worry????
We have travelled up from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to Port Macquarie for our annual summer holiday, camping in our Jayco Swan Outback camper trailer at the Breakwall (Sundowner) Holiday Park. Our primary mission for today was to visit the Cairncross State Forest to do the DiMorgan cache trail, and to pickup any extra caches along the way. This was our 4th find of the day, and 96th find of the holiday.
One last cache at the airport before we head up to Cairncross State Forest, parking the geomobile close to the cache and heading over to GZ for a nice quick find. Signed the log sheet and replaced as found. TFTC ThousandYardStare.

Not a single sports person here today. The only potential muggles were in an arriving Qantas flight overhead but they were not interested I’m sure. Nice quick find. Hey formerly Richo66, now ThousandYardStare, can we call you HundredYardStare for short? TFTC ThousandYardStare. Found 29/12/17 9:22 am. Cache 1455 for us.

This has got to be one of the nicest towns to go geocaching in. Plenty of creative hides and we did not find any caches that had not been maintained. This was one we targetted and were able to find. Thanks to ThousandYardStare for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Our 2400th find. A quick park and grab. A game of cricket going on across the road so any others here we will have to come back for. Thanks TYS for this cache.
Christmas shopping and I thought I would stop by
No skydivers in the air today

Had to drive right past Tuffin's Lane on our way into Port for a girly shopping trip. No one around this time of day so a quick find was made. After everyone finding my caches at the HAVOC event just past it was a change to make a find myself.
Picked a good time as place was empty . No planes but we found it . Thanks for the Hide and TFTC . Jayne and Glenn
Called by here on the way back into town after a caching day around the Kempsey area.
I couldn't believe how many cars were in this street on a Tuesday afternoon but turns out some very popular kids' sporting activity was in progress. Despite the traffic, I was able to pull up right at GZ and shielded from muggle view, to make a quick find. TFTC 1000YardStare.

Nice quick find for the morning. Thankfully soccer has finished so not many muggles around. A few broken branches an GZ. TFTC
Quick find at GZ. We were lucky enough to watch a virgin Australia plane land as we were signing log. TFTC.

Last week we were told by Richard that this cache was placed and would be published soon, but he wouldn't tell us where it was as he didn't want a repeat performance of "The abandoned hut" - hehehehe
Well this morning we received the notification of the cache which was just 4.77 kms away in a place that we have been to before. So off we go for a quick drive pretty confident that the caching community in PMQ would not be active this morning, so an FTF was in the offering. Spotted the likely hiding location on arrival and with deadly accurate co-ords the cache was found. The cap was gingerly unscrewed as I knew that there had been a fresh coat of pewter paint on the container and I was hoping that it had dried by now
I understand that these Tuffin Lane fields were going to be purchased by the St. Agnes Parish and that they then would be leased back to the council - wonder if that happened?
Thanks ThousandYardStare.
