BlacknWhite suggested we do this power trail. We were going to try on push bikes, but my daughter and her partner laughed and said to take the E bike to lessen the chance of a heart attack. Heathcote Rd is far to dangerous for bike riders so I had to put up with the leg cramps from just walking to caches after driving along the trail. 9th find. Cache water logged too wet to sign see pic.Had a great day.TFTC wazza9
OCW [Platyfly,](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=80a2adae-e405-45f3-8f78-92cf1a588444) and this was our ninth find for the day.The cache was out in the open in a rusty tin of water and we were unable to sign the log (see attached pic)Many thanks for the cache and the adventure wazza9
Reperio 08:53I was headed to Sydney this evening for a 2 day course, and so it gave me a great opportunity to find a few caches along the way. I took in the little detour to do this series, and for the most part of it, all the caches were found, although most had wither wet logs, or needed maintenance in some way. With the series being situated along a busy road with not a lot of room to park in most places, the process was a lot slower than expected. All in all though, a good day was had.Log floating in a pool of rusty water.Gratias wazza9As a well spent day brings happy sleep, a well spent life brings happy death - LDV

Well that was a Quality ants nest. Once again glad my tetanus shots are up to date!
Our last find of the morning - had overshot gz on our first walk past (heading south along the powertrail). Could not prise off the rusted lid for love or money, hope a picture of cache will suffice (if requested!) - TFTC
I believe that as long as people cache in a COVID safe way, there is no longer a need to disable this cache.
Take care.

Out doing this power trail with VicRoadnight and MinimumChips, friends from work. I had met MinimumChips years ago, and we had been geocaching together in WA last year. Then I met VicRoadnight over dinner a few weeks ago when I asked if anyone wanted to go out to see the full/super/blood moon/lunar eclipse. We had a great day out together! Finally sitting down to log these caches in August as I travel around the country...
Another quick one. Sorry for the short logs but I’m trying to get all 40 done. TFTC.
POWER TRAIL DAY! Flying solo while gremlindaddy takes gremlinkids to gymnastics and their dance lessons. Sweet little GC, total QUALITY. You do need to get off the STREET to get this one. TFTC!
Out to get our numbers up today with this geo trail.
The container was rusty and hard to ply open but got it and had CIH. TFTC

Quick find here today once we got through all the underbrush....parking was a bit precarious though.

20,878. Found during a caching loop from Moss Vale, Wollongong and up to the Sutherland Shire with minniek and our caching Mate from Wagga - Roostaman !!
I mentioned to Roostaman - who was in Moss Vale for a few days caching - that we were heading down Wollongong way for a few specific caches, and we decided to team up again for what turned out to be a pretty epic day. Heading up the highway now and we started the SSFTFH Power Trail. The traffic was picking up now and parking was 'fun' ! Quick find at GZ.

Well after a day at a conference today was my free day to grab a few caches around the Sydney area. My first target was the Sunderland ftf trail and after that the plan was to go through the suburbs grabbing a few caches on the way back to the hotel. Ended up with 73 for the day plus a few dnfs, which is hard work on your own.
Tftc and making my day so enjoyable.
The caches on the Sunderland ftf trail were brilliant. So much work into making some of them.

On the way back from Sutherland today. Picking us a few caches which have gone down since I was down this way last. 10th for the day. TFTC
And the answer is ........ find out yourself. Another nice quick find along this trail thanks wazza9. TFTC # 14,182
I decided to take myself on a little drive along this road studded with caches - I could not belive how busy it was, I had to be very careful pulling off the road and back into traffic. Great set of hides, TFTC!!
Found at 10:30:41 AM: GAFF1 in the company of Alansee.
Ah - back to nice easy ones - thank goodness and we were so glad that we didn't have to rely on the "non" hint

Did these in the company of pprass. The day started off iffy and steadily went downhill weather wise. We managed 16 of the series before giving it away. The cars and trucks didn'nt help either.
This was the last day of our current geocaching holiday in Australia, and so we couldn't resist the opportunity to make the most of the last few hours we had before heading off to the airport to fly back home to search for the first 26 caches in this series. It was a crazy road to cache on with the traffic being so busy and fast, and so with the close spacing of the caches it really felt like playing dodgems as well as geocaching! Thanks so much to the CO for having replaced the cache so that we could find it today. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
Tackled the 'Sutherland Shire FTF Hounds' powertrail today.
Unfortunately we had a DNF here after searching for 15 minutes.
We had a fair idea of what to look for (after looking at images and reading logs).
Hmmm.

So sorry to all COs for my tardiness in logging my finds, it has been a very hectic time, therefore I will be pasting this message on all 37 outstanding logs. The majority of finds were with Deep_99 unless he is the CO or I was out of town. TFTC SL #3848 on streak day #2347

With 30 in the FTF series, it was time to give this trail a crack. I had Team MavEtJu with me to lend another pair of eyes and hands and we made it from 30 to 1 in 3hr 15min. There were a few uncomfortably-close-to-speeding-traffic moments which does detract from the journey but it’s not really a park and grab scenario either.
Arrived at GZ and was surprised to find the container that I did. Seemed to be about 5m out for me, but the geosenses should always play a part.
Thanks wazza9 for being a FTF hound and participating in the series.

don't you love it when you can park the car, do a bit of walking, and find 3 or 4 caches in the one hit before returning to the car. SL TFTC
Decided to spend the Sunday out finding some caches, and the eye fell on this powertrail down south. Headed out and started the search. However, after ten finds we gave up, basically due to two things: The heavy traffic along the road we had to follow, and the copious amount of rubbish everywhere. We are sorry, but we did not enjoy these caches. Just to clarify; the caches themselves were of excellent quality, well designed and varied and mostly well stocked. The idea about FTF finders building the trail themselves is also a good one, but the environment put us off.
#2274 I skipped these 3 earlier and thought it would be nice to grab these on the way passed this afternoon. According to the GPSr I parked 1 metre from GZ but I don't think it was accurate with the choice of high or low I as usual picked the wrong option but soon spot something suspicious and soon had the cache in hand
With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache wazza9

**Cache Condition:** Good.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Swag.
**Trackables:** None seen in this cache today.
**The Cache**
Didn't take too long to find. SL and returned cache to its hide'y hole. I noticed how pongy it is along this road today, I thought there must be a tip nearby.
**The Day**
Woke up this morning bright and early and wondered what to do today - ah yes, I'll go geocaching, and why not visit *Seemyshells* hotel and drop off some trackables and run the **Sutherland Shire FTF Hound(s) Track**, so I bounced out of bed and looked at the sky, very foggy and overcast looking, but I heard the sun was going to shine, and shine it did.
Gorgeous day and quite warm while on the trail. Had four left to find, and desperately wanted to knock them off, but I know there will be more caches coming out and after missing this find I figured the remainder didn't matter - next time will do. Had to cut the day short anyway and urgently get home. OCW *DustyJapserJet*. Had a fantastic day !!! but when don't I when I'm out caching.
27 = 22 1 4 [8)] not attempted.

Nice sized cache here. Saw a convenient place to stop, turned out to be 5m from GZ, both according to the GPSr and the cache! I like the extra effort to ensure the elements don’t get in, thanks wazza9.
Tackled the Power Trail on a sunny Winter afternoon. Managed to grab all 23 posted to date. Thanks.
Out today, starting on this series, found quickly, signed log and replaced. Thanks to Wazza9
On the 15.05.2018 Seemyshell posted a Write note on this cache stating that it was Fire affected. With my concern being cacher safety, I disabled it on the 16.04.2018.
I had a chance to visit the area today to do an assessment and found that area up to and a bit beyond this cache are NOT Fire affected.
The cache is in excellent condition and is ready to be found.

I've attempted this one today with the car
It was quite hard stopping along this narrow road, there seemed to be nowhere being able to stop safely
A CITO cache event would have been appropriate here, there is so much rubbish everywhere here
Thank you

I had a big day of caching plan up north at the mysteries for the OZ GEOMUSTER but it was going to be far to hot and I wake up exhausted from hard week at work so I took off south from home. I started with some on the Alford Point bridge and have worked my way around to here number 1 on the power trail. I'm after numbers because I want my 2000th find to be the muster at Easter. TFTC
I just loved all these caches they were different and interesting to find thanks to all the wonderful Cachers who have placed them. One thing I hate this type of environment and on a hot day I was even more scared. But all was good.
Fav Point from me.

#4507- Out caching the trail with thomo31 this morning. Another nice cache within a cache. Thanks for making me feel like I'm at home.
OCW Rodney1210. The perfect container for my 600 milestone find! The coords had me a bit confused so I resorted to the hint and then I realised where I needed to be and made a quick find. I picked up a ginormous hitchhiking ant here and proceeded to get bitten by it’s ridiculously long pincers. I screamed and jumped around and then screamed again when I brushed it off but it half landed half jumped on my other leg and then whinged about how much it hurt. I will never forget my 600th find, that’s for sure. TFTC!
OCW Coastblue. Finally getting to do this Powertrail that I’ve heard so much about. Last one before lunch break, just realised the rest of the trail is on the other side of the road! Cache# 746 TFTC
