This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 30 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

Found it but the container seems to have melted and is completely waterlogged. I didn’t have this particular container with me so I can’t replace.
This geocacher reported that this geocache should be archived. A community volunteer reviewer has been notified.
Completely waterlogged and logbook was plastered to the side. This cache needs some love
We found it. It was half full of water, the container has been damaged. We might drop back and replace the container. And put a note pad in it
This was a pretty good hide. As previously mentioned the lid is melted and open to the elements and there’s no log in situ, although there are some swaps which have survived. It needs replacing with a similar sized container (like a 700g Goulburn valley fruit container or smaller) so it will fit back in place. TFTC.
Last find for the tribe before heading home tomorrow. We've had fun exploring the area and have found some excellent places to launch the canoe in the process.
As previously reported the top of this one has been melted through. No log to sign. Took photos in case proof is required.
Needs a new container and log. Doesn't look like the owner is coming back, so if you're heading out this way and have a spare sistema container or 500mL plastic container handy I'm sure it could be put to good use at GZ.
After the week of rain everyday the cache was full of water which we drained out. Geokids still enjoyed the plentiful swag despite it being filthy and wet and traded some items. TFTC!

Went to catch up with my mate in Old bar, drove around to this one first. Found it, but it's all melted and there is no log to sign, so I took a photo. Needs maintenance. TFTC.
Quick find after a Cricket match down the road. Container send to have been affected by fire, hard to get the colourful contents and logbook out. TFTC
I went with Fitzy_1965 for a long weekend drive up the east coast to Port Macquarie caching along the way and visiting several new towns and villages. A highlight was a get together with Pprass & Kat after a few mega 4wd climbs in the afternoon. Day 2 found us caching around Taree before heading to Wauchope for the afternoon. Several fun trails on hills, but a complete camping fail, so we ended up hiding from the rain in a Pt Macquarie Hotel.
Thanks for the cache rimian_p

21,912. Found during an epic trip up to Port Macquarie and back with albida33 over a 4 day weekend. Often signed as F65 A33.
With a loose plan on paper we headed off early yesterday from Goulburn and aimed to be around Taree for our first night in the swags. Drove straight through to north of Sydney (including through the new NorthConnex tunnel - awesome not having to do Pennant Hills Road ever again) and arrived in Taree and set up at the Taree Showgrounds. This morning after breakfast we packed up and hit the caching trail. This was the next find of the day. Nice quick find once we were at GZ. As previously reported the container is damaged and the contents/log soaked. Replaced the cache, then headed off to the next one.
Thanks rimian -p !!

Found this one. I think some Gronk has peed in it! Did not sign but have photo evidence.
This geocacher reported that the container is damaged.
Container has been damaged by a fire - the lid is non existent and someone has peed in it. For hygiene reasons please DISABLE IMMEDIATELY and replace asap.

Hi everyone. The note we found was wet, so we put something else in there for the next people.
Found on 6/7/20 with geokids in toe.
Container found floating in water emptied out and replaced contents and rehid where I thought it should be.
Will send CO a PM with photo evidence that cache was found.
There were a family of frogs inside so we let them go too.
Log was too wet to sign and didn’t have any paper on me.

Found it, but yeah, the container had been melted and is no longer water tight. I found a live frog in there who appreciates it though!
We found it, it was just thrown into the bush undergrowth, so we placed it back to where the clue directors you to. Tfrc
The smurfs are still waiting for a new container. It has been scorched but there is enough of the plastic bag left to keep it going for a while. SL, TFTC
This has been my second closest cache to home for quite a while, and kept for such an occasion as today - The Last Day of 2019.
It had been on my GPSr so long that I obviously didn't have any of the recent comments about the container being melted; so I will see if I can source a similar sized container - unless the CO can do that before too long - yes I do have a dozen of my caches that were more severely burnt, than just the lid melted off!
I had pulled up, and with good coordinates it was found straight off - GAFF1 at 0730, possibly some of the earlier camouflage would have been burnt with fire of early November. I added my signature on part of a receipt I had in the car, and put the old log and the partly burnt Ziploc bag in a bigger one.
With the late logging (3/1) I had stopped by since that find, to come back and check on the local Rural Fire Brigade, as there was a lot smoke in the sky on the Friday, and the Brigade was about to head out to check on yet another fire, near the Old Bar Caravan Park. (But this should be safe for little while longer.
I had a bagful of my own Trackables in the car, so will bring them through for some additional mileage, or kilometres.

Just before leaving Old Bar we came in search of this cache which was quickly located once at Ground Zero. The lid and very top of the cache container had melted in the recent fire but amazingly the rest of the container and its many mostly plastic contents were still intact and unaffected. The log book was wet presumably from the fire fighting efforts and so we dried it out in the sun and then signed before putting it all back together again and replacing as found (except upside down now that it has no lid!). Thanks so much for the cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
This has unfortunately been destroyed in the recent fires ️. We checked it walking past 10/11.
Our first attempt at Geocaching & first find! Container is in excellent condition - very full of objects. We're guessing the log book is at the bottom of the container, might be worth sticking a small notepad to the lid? Didn't sign the log yet as didn't want to look suspicious to those going past by pulling everything out.We enjoyed the experience & might relocate one of the objects inside, in future. Thank you so much for being our first introduction to such a unique activity!
drove down this morning with tamagotcha from lismore for a funeral and arrived a couple hours early so thought we would grab a few caches while here.
A quick park and grab this morning.

Found on a wet afternoon after delivering a load of luggage for geo-daughters schoolies week. There was a lot of traffic and I had to wait for a while before I could re-hide the cache without being spotted. Many thanks rimian_p
Very cute geocache!! Third one found! we have left a little feathered friend for someone else to enjoy

A quick find spotted by L who encouraged A to have a hunt. With a bit of direction he found it easily. Tftc.
Found at 1:03 PM GAFF 1.
On our way home after a 2 week tour of Myall Lakes, Nelson Bay, Bonnievale, Gerringong, Kiama, Illawarra, Sydney and Newcastle [^]
Made a quick detour from the Pacific Motorway - what a great road that is! and then made a quick find with excellent co-ords. Surprisingly the container had let in moisture, but it was nice to see so many kid friendly goodies in there - I can see kids spending way too long deciding on what to swap

While down this way making an attempt on the MNCWander series we stopped for other caches from time to time. Signed as BADJ. Thanks rimian_p.
On our way out to make another assault on the MNC Wander we stopped to pick up a few strays on the way. Signed log as Team BADJ to save space.
Been doing a bit of wandering for the Mid North Coast Wander today and pretty well did all we could manage for the day but as we had to go near to this one on our way back to our accommodation we weren't going to miss giving it a shot. Found the cache and gladly signed the log before replacing as found. We signed as Team BADJ to save log space. BADJ stood for Bobbiesgirl, Aussie Liahona, DiamonJs and JooJoo57. Thanks for the cache rimian_p.
Cheers and happy caching!

Replaced the container and log (with ziplock bag). Hopefully this will stay watertight.
