After a quick find at the Walkover Central, this cache was an easy find, after we found the correct area and with a little knowledge from previous caches, we could also turn this cache into a smiley.TFTC! Greetings from Germany 6Finken
Day 13 of my fortnight+ road trip up to Brisbane and back to Blue Mountains. Leisurely drives. Avoiding GC power trails. Randomly driving to various spots that take my fancy. Refreshed, lets do some night time geocaching (and one Adventure Lab). Nice urban find after admiring the lighted pictures. TFTC Pprime (P`)
With a very rare meeting in the city I thought I would take advantage of the occasion and find a cache whilst here. It was one of the few gap days left in my calendar as well.My first target proved elusive, and i will have to return to St Johns Cathedral (and surrounds) another time. That chewed up enough time to have me rushing to my meeting. On the way back to the carpark later though, i spied this cache, which the family and I tried many years ago without luck. Today however was the day. Cache was found quickly and I am the first to scribe my name in the new IKEA logbook. What a great idea. Thanks very much for creating this urban cache Pprime (P`). Just what the Doctor ordered. Cheers
Giving up on this one with too many muggles around and my gps bouncing I look crazy lmao
Now this was a tricky one! As described, the GPS was bouncing all over this intersection. I had to wait a while for a muggle to leave before I could venture into the laneway. My coords had me close to the post boxes which I knew couldn't be it. Once the muggle and her dog left, I decided to go on in and look around. I've seen this camo before, but I didn't expect it here for some reason. Cool artwork in this groovy laneway. TFTC
Thanks for the hide, first find in Australia Out finding a few caches around Brisbane on a Sunday . Made the find here, thanks for the hide!Sorry for the longer post, no need to read any further. Took advantage of a nice day to find a few geocaches around town .Thanks to all of those who take time to create and maintain these for use to find. Always makes for a fun day when we can get out band explore new area and to find these cache around the globe. This one was easy to locate and the coordinates are spot on. Always fun to find caches like this. Thanks for the quick find today.
Wow!I literally had my fingers on it, and still spent more time looking about. After getting a little wet a couple of times I did find venting my frustrations helped - until I realised it wasn't the first time I had touched the anamoly!Very cool find. Easy to do at night too!
After spending a few minutes on the other side of the road, made a relatively quick find once I relocated. TFTC, from Tennessee, USA
On our Australian trip . After travelled from Darwin to Perth over the GRR, now on the Eastcoast .Starting from Cairns, Port Douglas, Airlie Beach, Platybus Camp and Bush Camp Broken River, Graignesh, Maryborough, South Nanango we now are at Noosa .Cool surfing spots and lovely town with lots of people .Today on our way to brisbane .Today I walked alone in Brisbane, because Mrs. Muggefuerz was not so well. The hint took me to a complete wrong direction ... after a time I spotted the cache .TFTC# 17'990
First cache of my 4 mile river loop from the hotel. Was really hoping to start off the day with a find. To no avail.... I'll be back!
After attending an Event in ANZAC Square I had time to get a couple of caches before heading home. I spent far too much time here due to the moving co-ords. I eventually got to sit for a few minutes as there was a lot Muggles around Hutton Lane smoking. Out of the corner I spied a suspect item, hooray for a cache find. Log signed and replaced as found. It will need a new log ASAP as there is hardly any more room left. TFTC
Sharp co-ords and a quick tilt of the head and the log was in hand ..signed and replaced as foundthanks for the nice tidy hide cheers from NZ
We are exploring the streets of the CBD and finding caches on the way. We work Ad a team. Macwatt was on to this as I walked up the the host structure. Thanks for the placement
I am down under for the very first time. ???? Visiting Australia has always been a dream of mine, and I cannot believe it has come true. Australia's nature and wildlife really captivated me. Over three weeks, I saw many wonderful beaches, sunsets, animals such as ????????, and I found great geocaches. My tour guide was mostly geocaching, and through it, I discovered many beautiful places I wouldnt have seen without our great hobby. I mainly stayed in Brisbane but also visited other gorgeous places such as Noosa Heads and Springbrook. I spent a few days on the Gold Coast and Moreton Island, and I went to New South Wales to have visited a second state in Australia. During my stay, the winter and early spring in Queensland were very warm, the sun shone every single day, and I did not see a single drop of rain. My time down under was so beautiful and unforgettable. Australia is such a stunning country!????? Yesterday, I arrived in Brisbane and today I explored the city for the very first time. I really like this city and I discovered beautiful places. I also looked for many geocaches like this one. At GZ I found the cache easily. After signing the log I put the container back as found. Thank you for this geocache says Mr. J. Cacher from the other side of the world ????
Found it. Now that I knew what I was looking for. Signed and returned on my way home from work. 12/8/2024.
Greetings from Wales. The final leg of our Australian trip has brought us to Brisbane for a couple of days so today we took a lovely walk from our hotel across the river to South Bank, around to and across the Storey Bridge and back via the Botanical Gardens. A great introduction to the city.Sadly no luck for me here today - I spent a while looking but nothing found. Sadly I won't be back.
I found it.TFTC!!I came from Japan to study on the Australia for three weeks. It was last day and free day in Brisbane.I loved this one!Thank you for the cache and place!
Brisbane Day 1: Since I have a long weekend back home, I suppose it would be nice to spend it somewhere where the weather isnt actively trying to turn you into a puddle - and spend a couple of days on a geocaching spree. So, the plan was made for a solo trip down to Brisbane for just that. The flight arrived nice and early today, and a short train trip to the city later, the day began in earnest. After a few caches as a warm-up, I dropped the luggage off at the hotel, and headed out for a second round - which included the clock tower tour. Once I could check, I had a short break to sleep off the jet lag, and I headed out to Fortitude Valley for dinner. It has been a very productive day indeed so thanks for all the caches in the city! This is the specific log for this cache:Last cache before reaching the hotel, and this was not too difficult once the correct host was identified. Overthought this one slightly, but it was a familiar friend in the end. TFTC!
Bisoutje and I are on a roadtrip between Cairns and Adelaide and have now touched ground at Brisbane. We spent our first day here just walking around, enjoying our exploration of the city. We encountered many places amd enjoyed the local cuisine. We were also lucky enough to be able to find a few Geocaches as well. This was a quick find as we are quite familiar with this type of camouflage.TFTC!
I am on the Carnival Splendor cruise ship headed for Singapore. We have a day in Brisbane. I was expecting to cache near the port, but a bus shuttle service to the city was provided, so I changed my plans and here I am . I had a DNF of this cache on 19/Feb/2020, also on a cruise (one of the last before Covid shut down). Today, instead of following the GPS I just followed the map, and I arrived then at GZ and quickly spotted the cache. I had to wait for a smoker to look away so I could grab the cache. Pleased to change to. TFTC Pprime (P`).
Got frustrated and needed to vent. Boyfriend found this one before I did. Hes on a roll!TFTC

TFTC !! Had to take a short walk today and find a cache well done ! Not the same lights in my picture !
Ah yes, a really nice urban cache this one! A quick retrieve at night with almost no muggle action around, only spotted relatively quickly as have done a similar one recently.
Well my phone was bouncing me around, it was initial pointing to the lane way across the road. Searched both sides of that lane. Had a look at the description crossed the road and started looking on the wrong side of Hutton Land. Read a post, crossed the road to have a seat and a think. Saw the obvious hide, removed the log and signed the log. Now where is my motel better go to it. My knees are hurting.
Took a little bit to find this one, but when I looked from the right angle it was obvious. TFTC
Up in Brisbane for Magic Round (and of course caching!)- bit of touring around to different parts of the city.TFTC!

Rainy Sunday afternoon walk through the city! Actual find #3 for today along with a bazillion adventure labs stops. Billy made the find, again. TFTC, find #1415Found with Alex and Billy.
MrMagoo72 and I had to dash up to Brisbane to attend to something, but just before we jumped back on the train to the Gold Coast, we headed over to look for this one. We'd had a very brief look for one of the other laneways caches, but with too many muggles we pressed on over to look for this one instead. A nicer location to look, with not many people around - we looked about and were glad we hadn't disassembled some connections in our hunt. Then MrMagoo72 put his hands on it and we were soon signing the logsheet, which was loose in the cache container. TFTC.
Walking Brisbane the second day we managed to pick up some traditional caches. TftCs! Frtau
In the city for the Mater International Fun Run so thought I would make a day of it and grab some Allans and the random cache.I found your cache, Vibrant Laneways - Hutton Lane today. This is my 2991 find.Quick find once near GZPprime (P`), TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
Caching in Brisbane today. Thanks for hiding and adding to our enjoyment of the area. Fav point alloc
Spotted after a short search. Had to be stealthy here as there were quite a few muggles about.
We had a few minutes left till our bus was arriving. We used this time for this cache..TFTC geovi
While waiting for the bus in Wickham Tce, there were a couple of minutes left, so we went for this little cache nearby. After some minutes of fumbling around, I disregarded the hint and rather went for the description and found the cache quite quickly, signed, and returned for the bus departure in time.TFTC!
This was a fun find.Today I had two appointments in the city. I arrived early so as I could venture off to grab a new cache. Unfortunately that hide took three attempts and was another fun hide. During the break between appointments I ventured off to this one, a nice and much easier find. I had to wait for people to leave an area before I could check it out. It was the last place fo me to check and as it happens it was worth it to wait. I found a regular hiding type cache and was so happy for the find. I signed the log and replaced all as found and moved on. Thank you for the fun and adventure I had here today.
#2635 This is my day 251, and the longest physical cache find streak so far. I want to see how far I go. I am on a family vacation in Australia, and Brisbane is our first stop. Today, we took a walk in Brisbane and found caches along the way. Thank you for the cache!-crystaloops from Taipei, Taiwan @ February 10, 2024 16:25:03
Enjoyed my day walking around town grabbing a few caches. On HAL Australia & New Zealand cruise. Thanks Nova Scotia Canada

Kurz gesucht, war gut getarnt, mit Hilfe eines Bildes aus der Bildersammlung gefunden.
In Brisbane for work so with a few hours to spare it was caching time. Nice hide here. Well done.
Smoker city here. It took two visits for the coast to be clear. The cache was found in the first place I looked.Freddo traveled north from deep south to catch up with friendly Liz and Bruce and the RV Home base crew. I had a day in Brisbane with plenty of time to find a cache or two.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. How long can someone lurk on a street corner before they become suspicious? I think I was lurking here for nearly an hour today. It was my own fault, really, for attempting this at lunchtime on a workday. I took up the waiting position in several spots on both sides of the laneway. Uber riders and smokers came and went and I moved into the empty spots like a sliding puzzle. Finally I was in a position to be able to see the well hidden cache. Thanks for another great laneway hide Pprime!
Greetings from Ireland! I am on a 5 week journey around Australia and Brisbane is my last location sadly.
This cache:
After my nearby event I went for a walk around the city with one of the locals. This was an easy find here, just had to wait for the police to move on as they were performing a traffic stop! Tftc!
