I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi Jodiporsche
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

Note the ongoing DNFs for over a year. Maybe worth the CO checking this one. Thanks
No luck on this one- suspect the cache may have been removed or displaced during the recent tree felling.
Searched for a few minutes over a wider area thinking coords may be out but no cache in sight.
Headed up to Te Mata to look for 10 caches. Basically did the whole of the red track with a few side tracks. Found 6 and DNF 4. Total of two and a half hours. Some stunning views. Last one and no joy. Always leave something for next time. Thanks
The red track is currently closed off to the public due to tree felling, so maybe this should be disabled at present
What better way to spend a day in the sunny HB than wandering to the Peak and finding a few caches along the way. Thks. Indeed a great view
Found one here once before. Very busy night n main tracks but nobody up here.

A short diversion from the redwood track brought us to GZ and a quick find.
Quite an impressive view from up here. TFTC.

#11,674. A great viewpoint in Havelock North. GZ was all quiet at the time of the visit. Quick find. The cache was in good condition, all nice and dry inside.

Great location! Dropped a traveller here today for the next lucky finder. Safe travels Travelling Cubs!
This morning the weather is not good but it will get better in the afternoon. We'll stay there a little longer than expected.

Found as a part of a previous group TanjackMüley, aka WanderingSparrow. Now I'm continuing on my own. TFTC
Find #3130. On this, my final day of a long weekend holiday in Hawkes Bay, I decided I should do as the locals do and walk up Te Mata Peak instead of driving (as I did yesterday). So with an early 7am start, I was soon on the Red trail.
I knew I was in for a tough climb when the trail set off DOWN hill. Climbed out of the gorge to reach this cache for a well needed breather. Stunning views all around including a bright portion of rainbow to the south. SL TFTC

Quick find after a big climb up to the ridge . Great view of the whole area from here.
We found this beautiful spot on the Giant's Circuit track, thanks for the cache. Attaching a photo as proof as I didnt have a pen on me.
The view was indeed fantastic! The puffy 'sheep clouds' were spread out over the bay area. Thanks for the cache!
Quick find here after a tough climb. Views are good but would be even better on a clearer day. Tftc.
Just a short walk today around here to show the place to a visitor. But at least time for a quick find of this one. Nicely hidden. Added another log as the existing was almost full.
Very nice views from here

Nicely hidden from view. A quick find after checking out the views from the compass area. All good here. TFTC.
Quick and easy. Unfortunately you can see the cache from the path. Tried my best to hide it better.

Took an embarrassingly long amount of time to find... but a nice spot regardless!
I found this cache together with my partner Pityulino during our holiday in New Zealand. On this day we hiked on the red track of the Ta Mata Peak and were also searching for geocaches on our way. We found a total of 5 caches during the day. This one was the first of them. I was the lucky one to spot the cache container. Following a quick log and admiring the great views, we continued our hike upwards. TFTC!
I found this cache along with a small group of secondary school students (SJCgeocamp) who were finding Geocaches as part of their camp week. They visited Huka falls, Taupo, Napier, Hastings and Te Mata Peak over four days. We went swimming hiking, and biking and found a wide range of geocaches ranging from traditionals, puzzles, Earthcaches, gadget caches, and the boys favorites-night caches. My hope is that because of their experience they decide to continue Geocaching as a hobby in the future. Thank you to all the CO’s who placed and maintained all the geocaches we found and for bringing us to so many interesting spots.
Lovely walk up to GZ, even though I stopped a couple of times to get my breath back. A quick and easy find, then surprise surprise, I'm FTF. Picked up TB and left cube keyring. Thanks for placing a cache here jodiporsche, lovely views of the rangers. Cheers.
A beautiful morning for a quick walk up the peak. Amazing how dry the tracks are up here already. After looking at the map we knew the general spot this cache was going to be. A quick find for us. Enjoyed the loop walk we did. Thanks for placing a new cache here for us. PS love the Singapore piece of paper for the log TFTC log signed B+P.
