Find#2294Myself and Shaneo58 have come up from the Hunter and Newcastle area to find some tree climbing caches and caches. However we did try and get a few other caches in the area. An easy park and grab. TFTC
Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. Parked the caravan at the showgrounds then headed out to tackle some caches that we thought were on dirt roads, in advance of the rain event over the weekend. TFTC Tatt2squared
Our second day staying at the Kendall showgrounds, and after the rain overnight, it is a lot cooler to go caching, no doubt the mozzies will be out for revenge after so many hot days.Nice Camo, coulpd be easily overlooked.Fav pointTotal Caches Found 15405TFTC Tatt2squared
I too have driven passed this location without stopping. I will definitely stop again when the Lillies are in flower.
Clever hide on the cache as well

TFTC. Another find by Mr 6. Some cute little swag in the cache too but didn’t swap anything today. Loved the cache. It was nice to see something different than a lot of the other caches we have found
No joy at this one, unfortunately, at least as far as finding prices concerned, but the view was pretty good.
Great fast find, perfect day for caching, out with geoniece and geonephew tftc!
Staying around the district for a couple of days and collecting a few caches before travelling south to Victoria.
Thanks Tatt2squared for the beaut hide that was found quickly.

On the hunting trail again with SeasonedBird. I’ll leave the more interesting detailed log to Mrs Geo (aka: SeasonedBird, Salty Chook, the Old Boiler, Old Chook, Dirty Bird or Angry Bird) because she writes so much more eloquently than I and usually has much more time to do so while I’m driving. It’s a great day for caching. TFTC Tatt2squared

Out in the area chasing some new finds at near the dam, called in here to replace the log. Hopefully the waterproof paper and new bag make it easier to sign.
Caching with Tatt2squared and Viper_101... found while doing maintenance with Mum and Dad.
Beautiful spot and great cache. Can't see that disappearing that easily. Didn't sign it because it was quite damp. TFTC
Found this cache while out and about in the area with ilook4geo. Yes, the water lilies were out in flower and very pretty. The log was signed and carefully put back into position. Thanks go to Tatt2squared for maintaining this cache.
Came along with goingplaces2 to find some caches while heading towards the dam. This was a lovely place to stop (and find a cache). Log signed and replaced. TFTC.
I was heading to Cowarra Dam to tackle the AL and other DiMorgan caches there but the place is closed for maintenance ... so this was my consolation smiley. A nice view of the pond from GZ and a straightforward find to boot ... thanks Tatt2squared.
By the way, the cache was waterlogged but the log, which is nearly full, was still signable ... at least with my power tank pen. A bit of maintenance is probably called for.

Found today on a cache drive with my Dad and pprass, had an amazing time doing all the caches around the Cowarra Dam Area!
Since we had a previous finder, pprass, with us, we thought this would be a quick park n' grab, but it took us a while to find!

We had just finished doing the Cowarra Dam trail and AL with pprass, so had to check out some others nearby while we were here. It was disconcerting how much toilet paper was on the ground right near this cache.... Found with no troubles, the log is quite damp, but intact and still signable. TFTC!

I started here this morning and couldn't find it.
Then I went and found a few, and decided to call back and have another look.
It is well camouflaged.

Had a good look here again but still no luck. Council have upgraded the area so maybe it's been misplaced
I went with Fitzy_1965 for a long weekend drive up the east coast to Port Macquarie caching along the way and visiting several new towns and villages. A highlight was a get together with Pprass & Kat after a few mega 4wd climbs in the afternoon. Day 3 took us back into the hills west of the coast from Pt Macquarie. One too many, but it was fun. A little caching around the outskirts of Pt Macquarie before finishing the day in the Port caravan park. Very civilised.

21,991. Found during an epic trip up to Port Macquarie and back with albida33 over a 4 day weekend. Often signed as F65 A33. After heading up to Taree from Goulburn on Friday, we cached up to and reached Port Macquarie yesterday.
Day 3 of our North Coast Adventure, and after slumming it in a Hotel last night (the local Showgrounds and Caravan Parks were not taking anyone who was not self contained. We were even asked if we had bathrooms after I said we were in Swags?????) we were up early for another days caching fun around the Port Macquarie and Wauchope region. We were especially keen to do the Forest Road series today, plus and Challenge Caches which we might be able to get. This was the next find of the day. Quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one.
Thanks ThousandYardStare (and Tattsquared) !! Nicely set up.

Nice GC. We are here for a much needed holiday away from work and of course doing some GC while here in Port Macquarie. TFTC!
The force decided to find some caches in the area while on our ride home from camping, great hide TFTC.
Now that the restrictions have eased around the state, time to go caching again. Stay safe everyone... remember to enjoy the little things.
Disabling until socially acceptable to continue with caching. Stay home everyone, stay safe.
After two previous dnfs we really wanted to find this cache. This was done very quickly as the cache was exposed. Picked up the TB.
Thank you for the hide ThousandYardStare and Tatt2squared.

A big day of caching today. Stopped by here on our way to try and clear out the bago area. A quick find after stopping in the nearby car parking spot. TFTC
Cheryl found this one Richard. It's in fine condition and looks like people are looking after it.

A beautiful day in Wauchope, exactly what we’ve come to expect on our visits here. On our way in to Port MacQ so we just had to stop and grab this one on our way past. A lovely little lake we have admired, and what better than to find a reason to stop and have a closer look. It would have been an easier grab on our way back.
Nothing we like more than to find a hide that someone has spent time and effort on. Well done.

Nice pretty spot and nice cache. mrs oz was again the finder.. TNLN SL TFTC fav for the camo
We have headed south a few weeks early to have a little holiday prior to attending the Oz Geomuster Mega event. We have found ourselves based in Port Macquarie for a few days which has enable us to spend some time exploring some of the nearby towns.
Today, we took a drive out toward Wauchope, exploring a few 4WD tracks which ended up taking us south as far as Herons Creek for the day [^] We had no difficulty in locating the cache and with our name added to the log book, we continued on our way
Thank you Tatt2squared for having placed the cache and for maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

Made the trip out to one of our newly adopted caches today after reports that the log was a bit water logged. We took the opportunity to upgrade the cache a little and swap the mint tin for something a little more waterproof. Due to the new camo we have moved this cache ever so slightly but the existing co-ords are still relevant. So with that, hope you enjoy the cache and the location...thanks TYS for the placement. Hint has been updated.
I drive pass this place many times on my way to dads- no lilies today. But it's a very nice dam and so big. TFTC
Should probably have read the hint first but no I look, went hmm not likely there, then looked there and went yes, got back 8n car aD read hint duh. TFTC in a nice little spot.
Where’s the water ? Lily.... was transferred from ThousandYardStare to user Tatt2squared
After a wet start to the day the afternoon fined up so off we went to get a few caches. This was one we targetted and found. Thanks to ThousandYardStare for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
With a car full of 3 geograndsons and a Gran, we just had to do this one on the way from Wauchope.... nice little spot , a fairly quick find !!! Thanks ThousandYardStare...
Not many caches for us to find in the area, so we headed out to this one this morning. A quick find by Bill, I tried reaching it & got bitten by ants. Not too many water lilies at the moment.
On the way home we detoured by the highway just to see what its like.
Thanks ThousandYardStare for placing another cache.

In the area today as part of a mission to gather some numbers. I generally try to find 1000 caches a year and I may well fall short - but at least not without a fight!
A quick find but I must have disturbed both spiders and ants when I retrieved it and seem to have been bitten by both! Be careful folks TNLN TFTC

On our way out to local carols, and decided we had time to grab this one. Ants seem to be taking hold, and weren't too happy about us disturbing them, but replaced safe and sound.
Tftc. A late log due to life getting in way. A nice little spot, a quick park and grab. Beware the ants! Tnlnsl.
Found at 2:30pm
We have driven past this pond countless times and wondered why there was previously no cache here, it is a nice location.
We saw an obvious spot as soon as we got out of the car and alas the cache was quickly located.
We did see something a little odd on the logbook, pprass' entry was dated 8/11/17... a date that is 2 days from today.
Thanks for the cache ThousandYardStare

A rare opportunity for a FTF presented itself today, and we thought, why not! Very pretty location, parking was fairly obvious (unlike a previous Tatt2squared cache) and the find was made. Nice job on the camo! TFTC TYS
