Second of two LPC's found here today, at least there was a bit more distance here between the cache and all the builders, but a nice stealthy retrieval and replacement all the same.

Nice quiet Sunday evening so no one around

A nice quick find. Glad to get this one finally, as the last two times i have been here there were open homes, so it was impossible to get.
Cache in good condition, log nice and dry. Signed as BC&TS. #1088 , TFTC.

Not sure what to think about this new housing estate (subdivision?). I've watched it develop with interest as I've been driving past here for the last 18 months or so. Now there are houses popping up all over the show.
Thanks for getting in here and placing caches. That's a bonus. Adds some interest to an otherwise pretty dull-as locale, thus far!
Cache find was straightforward. All in order. Log signed. Cache re-hidden safely, just as found.
TFTC I visited here with team cacher zboy wonder. Found on the Waiting Day holiday. Of course that's got to be a caching day!
The Turtle strikes again!

It will be interesting to see how this subdivision develops... all good at GZ, TFTC
Another quick find in this new area. Although it was Waitangi Day and supposedly a holiday, the builders were hard at work so a fair bit of stealth was required. Tftc.
Finished cleaning up the mess following mixing and pouring concrete into the holes for the piles on the edge of the new deck. Long day working in the sun however pleased to be seeing some good results. Once I finished clearing up I realised I still hadn’t found a cache for the day - as I was tired I decided to head for a nearby park and grab.
Found with wb-jnr. Wrote WB in the log to save space.
Thanks for another smilie and my cache of the day.

17:12. Tftc, as we were passing it would have been rude not to collect this one!
This is a huge development and hopefully will help to ease the housing problems. Signed Team IE. TFTC
My daughter is performing for Chilton Dance at the nearby HIBS auditorium the afternoon. Since I was coming up this way I left a few minutes earlier than I needed to so I could come and have a look for this cache.
I didn't bring a pen and was wondering how I was going to sign the log book. However, I cheekily borrowed a pen off a real estate agent who was working about 500m from where the cache is. The agent now thinks I am interested in purchasing a site in this new subdivision - which couldn't be further from the truth.
Anyway, the cache is in good condition as you would expect because it is fairly new. I returned the pen to the agent on my way out and made it to HIBS with half an hour to spare!
Thank you

No problem at #1, but all the roads through the subdivision are blocked by large concrete blocks. I couldn't find a vehicle access through and didn't have time to explore on foot. This will wait for another day.
Saw these two new caches when they were published but decided that I would leave them for another day.
Was in the area for work today and decided that since I was in the area I might as well pick up this cache today as I needed a quick and easy cache, was quite surprise when I arrived at GZ as I was able to park within a few metres of GZ, noticed that the local builders were busy doing the renovations on the new building that was not too far away, and was very surprise that they werent paying any attention as to what I was doing.
Arriving at the LP, it only took me a few seconds to spot the cache, but it took a little bit of effort to extract the cache, once done the rest was easy, signed and replaced the cache back as found, thanks for placing this cache here and for bringing me to tis spot, TFTC TNLNSL (12834), will be interesting to see what happens to this subdivision and see how fast it grows.

#1 was a quick easy find, not so fast here!
Examined the hint object thoroughly or so I thought and came up with nothing and the time was drawing near when I needed to move on so I thought I was going to be first to DNF when something caught my eye - aha!
Log nicely put away by the previous finder and easy to return which was a relief when I was running out of time.
Builders were in action over the road but took no notice- perhaps owing to the positive contact with other cachers as mentioned in previous logs.
As I referred to in my log for #1 there is a gate and fence at the entrance so I wonder if access may be closed off overnight while there are no occupants.

Called here this morning on the way back from a bike ride up the Rimutaka Rail Trail to score a new cache there. I had a bit of trouble with the access here, these new streets were not on any of the maps I had, even on Google Maps for me! Parked a few hundred metres away in an area I did have on my map, and just walked cross-country to get to the cache. A quick find - signed log, TFTC!
Cache # 4,038 - took a few minutes to find the cleverly hidden cache, and then even longer to extract it from its hiding place. Nice to sign a log so clean and new! TNLNSL. TFTC!

#9657. {FTF} at 07:14. We were only here last evening, and returned this morning in the day light to see how this part of Trentham has changed. It certainly looks like it will continue to change for some time, and are glad that many of the old trees have been retained to grace their new surroundings. We were fortunate that GZ was still all quiet when we arrived. Quick find. The cache was in excellent condition, all nice and dry inside. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.
Not too long after we had replaced the cache, a small fleet of construction workers arrived along the closed road to continue the road and site building work. That was good timing.
Thanks for the placement and for bringing us to this site, and …

Easy find and we were invited to have a look in the house being built by the contractor on site....
