I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi salvation army
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

There are some possibilities about 4 m inside the property, certainly not reachable from the fence line

Like many others, the postponed Mega and the restrictions in the North Island, I am onto Plan C for my 2 weeks off work. I have decided to travel around Canterbury and Malborough; resting, reading and of course geocaching.
Couldn't see anything which match hint so decided to not hang around longer

Thank goodness for the precise hint. Just as I was grabbing the cache a car drove past. No idea what they must thought.
Our arms were just long enough! Thanks for the cache and the kids want to set up their own one now!!

I'm staying in Ashburton for a day and so decided to locate and sign a few caches.
Luckily I didn't have to hop over the fence.
Cheers for the cache.

Visiting a couple of old aunts in Ashburton today so, before heading home, took the time to look for a couple of local caches. This one was a reasonably quick find. Nifty hide! #3011. TFTC.
Heading up to CHCH with KJR for a make shift mega as there wasn't one planned in the south island this year. Stayed in Temuka for the night with some friends and pasted this one the next morning on our way up to CHCH. Nice and easy find TFTC
(:-) An interesting cache. Visiting from England, we are staying with our daughter in Ashburton. Taking her dog for a walk I found it. Did not see the owners of the house, so grabbed the container and signed the log and carefully put it back. TFTC
1st day in Ashburton with gc eyes. Used to live here prior to discovering the best hobby ever, so happy to come for holiday (now Tauraga). This was a lovely find and it's getting a fave from me. Thank you

International Geocaching Day 2019
Always nice to avenage a did not find. This was the second cache I attempted tonight and whereas at the previous one the dark made it harder, here the hunt was made easier. Walked along the fence line using the light on my phone. Spotted the friends first and then the bunny well hidden from the casual passerby. Nice to see a miniture logbook rather than a folded up piece of paper. Cache was in good condition.
For others worried about looking yes it is the corner property.
Thanks for the smilie.

Easy find thanks to the excellent hint. Surprised to find this cache placed where it was.
I needed to find just one cache today to bring my total finds for June 19th up to 11, and thus move into another colour on GC's Daily Finds Calendar. So I hopped to it and bagged the cache. Thanks for the placement salvation army and creek road girls.. Do you live in that house?
So here I am over the Queens Birthday weekend on a 2000km work road trip visiting six of our South Island branches between Nelson and Wanaka performing server upgrades as I go.
So, all branches done now and so we made the decision to push on back to Ashburton last night to make a shorter day back home to Nelson.
A bright start to the day and enough time for a quick loop around the hotel area to grab a couple of caches.
I’m pleased I read the description and hint here as I would not have found it without.
Thanks salvation army, Creek road girls

Heading home after a fun weekend in Christchurch and a few planned stops along the way to help me with my goal of getting to #3000 by the end of the year. Pleased for a quick find as always feel exposed doing these "in your house" finds TFTC
Called here this afternoon before leaving Ashburton to head for Christchurch. On reaching GZ I did as the hint suggested and instantly realised what it meant. Signed log, TFTC.
This is one of those ones that all makes sense when you get there. It was fun. I was expecting to see someone appear at the windows but if they did they hid themselves well. But a lovely friendly cat kept me company for the short time I was there. TFTC # 12,855
What an interesting little garden of creatures. No problems chatting with Mr Hoppy and seeing what he had to say. Cheers
A quick and easy find, made me smile. Thanks
A little cruise to AshVegas and back for an anniversary lunch. And a few caches too, of course.
Thanks to the CO's for placing and maintaining these caches. Cheers.

Monday night mad mission with TheWanglers. After performing some maintenance on caches along Thompsons Track we detoured in to Ashburton to find a cache or two before returning home. Always feels weird leaning over someones front fence - not sure if it is better or worse doing it at night?! less people to see you - but if anyone does????....LOL....all good. Sneaky us.
Couldn't find it on my way past one way but found it on the way back as well as meeting three young cachers. I think the co-ords are out.
Out for a walk today to catch up some local hides, nice easy find appropriate cache name! TFTC.
We had an expectation of what we might find here, which turned out to be correct, although we didn't find it immediately, as for us the cache seemed to be about 8 metres northeast of the coordinates. TFTC
