I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi RowenaD
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

Out and about enjoying the hidden gems of our country. On a daytrip with DownSouthInv, AnnieLin, AbbyKitt.
Have tried before, since I was with long experienced cachers who had found it before, it is definitely missing

No joy for us today! Had a bit of a hunt but no luck. Looks like we haven’t been the first DNF so may need a check from CO
Thanks anyway

Couldn't find it unfortunately. Given that it hasn't been found since June it might have disappeared?
Very tricky cache to find given the busy road. A lot of thought had gone into this one. Big thumbs up!
On my way home and getting a few caches on the way. All good with the cache. Thanks
Found it. Thanks.
The log book was full, and I put another paper into it. Enjoy.

Kids loved this - they were ready to give up but they stuck with it! Brilliant!
we looked on the wrong side of road initially but once we changed over we soon had it in hand .
Today was set aside to do a geo caching day to Cromwell if the weather was unsuitable for skiing which is was , so we set off early at about 8.30 and finally arrived home about 5.30 with approx 41 caches in total including the adventure lab , so we were very pleased. we took a muggle who have been intro' to geocaching briefly on a few days before and so today was a big geo caching experience for her and as i had 2 GPS's with me she was able to use one quite independently by half was thro the day.
we enjoyed spending some time at the historic Cromwell area which none of us had actually explored before and where we had lunch at the Grain cafe.
we only had 2 DNFs and both were of puzzle style caches which we had solved but there was nothing at GZ.
thank you for these caches

I stopped to do this one on my last visit to Cromwell and there was a guy gardening close to where my GPS was pointing. Tonight there was no one around but the GPS was jumping around all over the place it finally settled on right in the middle of the road and eventually we found it. Thanks RowenaD

Love the container seen them multiple times before lively quick find on the side of the road TFTC
We're hunting Tour caches and anything that's not slowing down our objective to much. We scored 3x nights at Rotary Glen with max occupancy of 10 vans. The plan was just 2x but it's just to nice.We never explored Cromwell, just raced through so we're going to make the most of it. The GPS insisted on the cache being in the middle of a paddock. Common sense dictated otherwise. Thank you RowenaD
We are staying at the Rotary Glen NZMCA camp and grabbing a few caches in the wider area.
This was one of a few we found after setting up camp.
Thank you RowenaD.

On our way to do the wine tour. Note to self- make sure you check your caching bag to make sure everything is in it- like tweezers. Found a handy stick. TFTC
A quick find after taking my life in my hands. Road really busy today! Thanks for the hide.

Was going to write up my diary but KR brought this over so we signed and listened to the traffic and the wind in the poplars. A slow trip up the gorge from Alex, just like the old days when the dam was being built. Well not that bad but a concrete truck overtook the offending camper. Almost in sight of the Cromwell buttocks. Tftc
A nice quick find thanks. I put in a replacement log as the old one is full. Cheers.
Ms_KR and I decided to have an extended Show Weekend break, and today we headed for Queenstown. A lovely day and plenty of little distractions was had by all!
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Blustery day but still warm so we did two different walks/hikes. Then went out again to grab a few caches before heading back to the unit to prepare a meal and relax. Found this one easily enough but the log is totally full. No space at all to write our names. I took a pic and will mail it to the GC owner.
Cache 321 wow getting up there in numbers with today’s quest wahoo, cache was quickly spotted and signed, log is full but did manage to squeeze name in there

Signed as CAD as log is full. Very busy area. And not far from amazing views.
A fast waddle across a busy road. Quickly found the cache but getting it out was a tricky business. Finally found a stick to use and signed the log paper.
Easy to cross the road at the moment with the traffic lights from the work at the landslip.
Quick park and grab. TFTC

Thanks for the hide, my pen did not want to write properly and the log roll is almost full. Had a great fruity ice cream just down the road!
A bit difficult to approach, at least, when you come from the wrong side.
An easy cache on our journey through NZ.
Tftc and greetings from Gemany.

The most difficult thing about this find was crossing the road twice. And then when at GZ there was the most amazing noisy squealing. Quite extraterrestrial. It seemed very weird.
Unfortunately we had parked across the very busy road and it was nail biting crossing it twice!! However the cache was then in the obvious place! TFTC
Easy find for me. Have seen Geocachers looking for this one when I have been driving past. Great container
I parked on the other side of the road and after reading recent logs and looking around for a hint object that I should be over the road.
Very cool hide - but man that road is busy.
TFTC much appreciate all the work of the people who place these caches so we can all enjoy the treasure hunt

Found in it's hidey hole after reading the logs, crossed the road. All good, no worries about it losing it's place tftc
Hmm felt around and found something out of place, have seen this hide before tftc
We’re based at Arrowtown for a couple of days and headed over Cromwell way today to find a few caches and do some short walks in the process. This was one of 24 caches we located. Wasn’t sure which side of the road it was on. The coords didn’t help a lot! Fortunately the hint gave a pretty reasonable idea of where it might be, in a very useful disguise! For what it’s worth, at the cache location my iPhone was suggesting that GZ was still another 12m away! #2696. TFTC.
On the case of the biggest Museum jewel heist in history! Locating a detective, briefed him on the case and investigated the scene collecting evidence. Finding fingerprints, footprints and shadows recorded on video surveillance - one by one fifteen stolen gems were recovered only having to find another 24/11 caches to solve the vault code changed by the thieves, return the jewels and close the case. An old PQ had mention of W'E'K'A's suggestion but logic had me parked in the safest place at the CO's co'ods. I spotted the other place and an interminable wait soon had the final plonky wine micro in hand to SL. Wheep Jim's Not-a-nano. Another white wine not warmed too even with noble rot, no matter how sweet it may be. Cache returned to place and safe from flooding but may need a check after the road sweeper has been through. Alright - Who moved the floor!?! Help I can't feel my legs and where did that big silver rabbit come from?!? and why is there three of him??? Thanks for the fun trail and leading me down the rabbit hole/hiccup!!/cache/hiccup!! RowenaD.

Didn't have any luck with this one. Lots of dead wet leaves on ground so wondered if buried underneath somewhere?
Found with StreetWalker on day #4 of our extended Easter break. Today we are travelling from Clyde to Cromwell then onto the old gold fields of Logantown, then back to Clyde.
After lunch, it was time to head north to explore the gold fields, so stopped for this cache on the way past. We were on the wrong side of the road, but SW bravely dodged the fast and frequent cars to make the find. TFTC.

Easy find once we had the right side of the road, gps had it in the middle of the road, thanks
Found on Tuesday. Second visit. GPS placed in centre of road. Ha ha. Clever hide.
On our South Island adventure from Perth WA. A nice easy find with Spuddycakes in tow. TFTC
After taking a flying visit to Queenstown yesterday took a more leisurely trip home today and enjoyed stopping for a few caches along the way.
Have stopped here once before and spent quite a bit of time searching. This morning had no trouble at all finding the cache. Why did I not see it last time? Log book fairly full. Tftc

We looked and looked then decided must be across road, quite a challenge to cross. Nope back again more looking and must be trying to hard as totaly stumped. Have to try again on another holiday.
A cunning little hide and surprisingly we found the same kind of container only two days later in Christchurch!! A super little series that we have visited over a couple of years. Thanks.
For my personal challenge of working towards getting my calendar on GC.COM to be at least the same shade of green or darker I need to sign off at least 2 caches today. I won't grumble if I find one or two more. Today I decided to go for a walk from the caravan park along the lakefront.
It took a little while to cross the road.
Cheers for the cache.

Parked in side road opposite, easy find, signed log and returned. Not sure why previous finders thought it was too small? We've seen smaller log 'books'!

#1235 - Not a fan of busy roadside caches but was able to make the find very quickly. Took me awhile to be able to sign the log however and got a beep from ongoing traffic as i was signing it.
