Working in the area today and just finished, now it's time for a quick cache before the long, long drive home.
Looked around a bit and was wondering where to look next when I spotted something that definitely didn't fit, bingo!
**Thanks for placing this cache Woodwhitty**

We had a family lunch at the pub across the car park from the station today. I managed to spend a few minutes looking for this cache, and was just about to give up when I discovered it.

The log sheet is full and needs replacing. I didn't have one to do the job, so just managed to get my name on it.
A well camoed hide that was spotted after search all over something else, even though coords were spot on.

Keen to see the old rail station. In Woodend to fuel up after an MTB in Wombat State Forest. Quick find that impressed geo daughter. TFTC

Found it after a short search and a wise guy comment in an early log was noticed. It was difficult to extract the log, but all good in the end.

Up here for work. Have looked a few times and this time I found it! Great little hide. Thanks
Got distracted by the green things but then decided to trust Google earth and made the tricky find. Overlooked it the first time!
An unplanned day off after 24hrs in hospital. Gotta look after the mental health too!

Wandered around a little bit before spotting what I wanted here. Quickly signed the log and replaced as found.

K9team wanted a day out geocaching and how could I say no to that[?]
So in K9team's geovehicle with the geopups in the back we set off on our adventure and found 10 caches for the day [^]
I had my 1st visit to Hanging Rock where it took us 3.5 hours to find 1 EC
Then we wandered our way through K9team's selected caches [^] until we finished with tea at the Holgate at Woodend. Sadly, I've had better steaks at half the price in other pubs
I managed to pick up my 1st ever geocaching leech although it was tiny!
It's strange what goes with tea and scones
All in all a great day out for all 4 of us [^]

My 3rd attempt and finally found it. After another person gave me a hint!! God talk about difficult lol. But signed and put back after 5 trains passing.. yes i took awhile searching for this today but I wasn't going to leave without finding it on my 3rd attempt lol.. Thank you!!
Took a little as I was getting nervous about people watching. Your very clever.
Very nice. Accurate coords made the difference between 5m and 35m search. CIGC TNLN TFTC
Cache checked just now. It is still in location and all is good. Happy Easter caching!
Ooooh, we do love these sneaky caches hidden in high muggle areas! We were lucky regarding the muggles today though. Not many around on this Sunday afternoon of a holiday long weekend, so that meant we could search in peace. SL at 3.41pm And yes, we are making our way back to Bulla to our weekend accomodation- but by vehicle - not by train. TFTC Woodwhitty - a bright spot on this dull and cloudy afternoon. #6008

Find #1960 for me. Found at 12:50 pm on my way home to Bendigo from Melbourne Airport - taking the long route as I was stopping to find caches along the way... In fact it took me nearly 7 hours to get from the Airport terminal to here which is essentially the same length of the plane flight to Indonesia, but hey, I'm having fun along the way and have all day, so all is good! By now it was very hot outside so I was thankful to make a quick find of a familiar camo with all in good condition at GZ. Thanks for the cache Woodwhitty!

Luckily this was a quick find, and just as I had placed the cache back to it's hide the Train arrived. Nice Station.

Firstly, apologies for the lateness in logging.
Despite my tardiness, you can be assured I enjoyed each and every cache found and not found.
Apologies if this is a generic log, my memory is good, but not that good.
On this day I was out with Sorceysal and Tessie the geodog
Thanks again Woodwhitty

Out and about with Bogonghazy and geodog Tess in great weather for caching. The plan is to clear up some of the new caches in Gisborne and Woodend.
Travelled from this station many a time when I lived in Spring Hill. Certainly bringing back some memories on this trip. A quick find for us today Thanks Woodwhitty

I have been wanting to get this one for ages but decided to wait until I needed to actually catch a train and yesterday was the big day. Quick search after I got off and there it is the cheeky little bugger.
Hmm no caching bag worse still no pen so I had to wait to claim the cache until today when I got off the train again and was actually able to sign the log.
Thanks for a cool little cache.

Away for a long weekend of caching with Freddo and Four Fun.
Over 300 caches in 4 days means that the logs will be mainly generic.
The main target of our mission was to finish off the Mt Disappointment series. We achieved our target along with other caches as we headed east and then west.
My apologies for the generic logs.

Away for an extended long weekend of caching with Freddo and Team Waldron.
The main target was the Dad's Driving Series, and it was definately a fun exercise collecting the series but with that completed we focused on some other caches and making our way back to SA, very slowly [^]
This was one of the fun stops along the way
Cheers & TFTH Woodwhitty

On our way to check out Turpins Falls, we thought we'd cruise through Woodend and see what this quaint little town has to offer. Ahhhhhh, a little cute camoed one! Thanks for the cache Woodwhitty.

We pulled up in the carpark, where we could park quite close to GZ. After we had a second look around I found the clever, small hide. I was in familiar disguise. I just left initials in the log before The railway station it neatly presented with lots of well fenced pathways around to guide passengers safely to their transport. TFTC

Another tricky cache by the same team as the Clock Tower. This one was a lot easier to find as something just didn't look right and then we had the cache.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thank for for this geocache here today as walked around town collecting nearly a dozen caches in the cool winter weather.

Having arrived at the Wednesday ride meeting point just after everyone else had left, I decided to pick up a couple of caches in Woodend before heading off for a ride on my own. This looked like a nice convenient spot to stop for a hunt and, apart from the workmen around the car park and the overfull car park, things looked pretty quiet.
I parked my bike as close as I could to GZ and started the hunt. The illegally parked car made my search a bit longer as it had me heading in the wrong direction initially, so I was looking from the wrong angle. A very nice, clever, hidden in plain sight cache.
The cache is in good condition.

Suscoe was heading homewards today on a glorious late summer's day.
Sunshine everywhere but a few clouds and a strong wind heralded a southerly change which hit Geelong just after we arrived home.
The countryside is so dry as is the way of late summer.
A great range of caches was located today on both sides of the divide.
Thanks to Woodwhitty for this hide, Mrs. S spotted it quickly and sure enough there it was.
All good at GZ today.
No trains while we were here but plenty of cars parked here.

A somewhat unplanned visit to Woodend, revealed some intriguing caches and places- the address of some not unlike the iconic www internet address "wood whitty woodend"
Sunday is a good day to be snooping around the station, muggles were few and far between.
Thanks Woodwhitty for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Brilliant!!!! Didn't find it on the first try, but returned determined, when picking someone up from the station. GPS coordinates were spot on. We were all very pleased with the ingenious cache.
This so well hidden cache took longer to find than it should as we have seen them before but some time ago. Had a few muggles walking past so had to used some stealth and patience. We will give you a fav for the planning and implementation that went into making this a great cache to find - glad we came this pm as can imagine how busy this area is normally, especially during the week!

YAY! FTF our first first. Can tick that one off the list. Checking out some local caches to catch up on the ones we haven't found yet and there it was just published. Jump in car, quick 5 minute trip to GZ, found cache and back home. Thanks Woodwhitty.
