No luck for us today. As others have mentioned, there have been some recent pruning.
Location has had work done. Might need a check in to see if it’s still there.
A day on the fabulous Gold Coast with Patrol14 caching through Parkwood, Molendinar, Southport & Main Beach… An easy day attempting to clean up the map…
I last looked for this cache over a year a half ago… Gold Coast Show Day wasn’t the best choice… GZ is very different… like the previous visitor it’s hard to miss the councils deforestation efforts here…
Another day then…

No dice today. Looks like some trees have been cut back recently so perhaps it’s missing? Or perhaps it’s me!!!
A lively spot on a sunny day! There where lots of passers by but after standing for a minute or so admiring the scenery I was able to slide sideways out of view and grab the cache. log need replacing.
Out with Critical Sauce enjoying a stroll, saw this one was around and decided to give it a go. Great spot and thankfully a nice quick find. Looks like it will need a new log book very soon, all in great condition though. TFTC
While a couple of the Eskies were at an appointment, two of us wandered around the parklands collecting the AdLabs and finding a few caches of which this was one. TFTC GurTheWanderer
Every time I've wandered past here before there were just too many people about. Nice and quiet today so popped behind the bushes and grabbed the prize. Thanks
Found it. Not sure what the hint "croak" meant, I thought maybe "frog" but maybe another 4 letter f word ...fork be a new hint.
Today I joined up with go-friends RoddyC, Hatzofff and Patrol14 to attend a couple of Events down the Gold Coast and also find a few caches that we haven't yet found. We arrived at GZ and a quick search and the cache was revealed.
Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC

Down on the Gold Coast with RoddyC hatzofff and Imbunda attending 2 events and caching in between.
At gz we had to be stealthy as there were people picnicing close by but managed to locate, sign and return the cache without being seen.

Caching and trying to keep cool on this very warm day with RoddyC Imbunda and Patrol14.
We made the walk from the previous cache dodging a couple of muggles.

Finally found it after using a stick to sift through a mountain of leaves. I've put it up a bit higher than ground level as it could easily get washed away from where I found it. Watch out for the spiders.
We spent a bit of time searching here. Having no idea what the clue means but also saw others said the clue was miss leading. We looked where we assumed the cache was with no luck.
I am sure the cache is most likely still here we just couldn't spot it.

Staying in Broadwater to visit family and caching. Found as we cycled around the area.. TFTC a nice spot to visit.
We had planned a road trip to Queensland to visit family in 2021, but our travel plans were stalled due to border closures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that the world was trying to get back to a semi normal state, we decided to have another go at getting away from the cold and head up north for some sunshine and warmth.
Day 17 – Time to start heading home after farewells with the family. Headed to Mermaid beach today collection caches and labs along our journey as well as now playing another game.
All caches were found in good condition unless otherwise mentioned.
Quick find once at the right level for this one. Had a fair idea what we were looking for we find caching so much easier in the dark with torch light.
Thanks for the hide GurTheWanderer and keeping this hobby alive.

We didn't sign because too many bugs! But we did in fact find it hanging inside. Good times!
Back up in the Gold Coast and decided to try and avenge this DNF while on a walk. Walked right up to it and the area is much clearer than last time, being winter. Found it quickly… had no pen so photolog TFTC!
Currently at the Gold coast for the Gold Coast Marathon so what else would i do around my shifts? geocache of course. so I came; searched; found; signed log; returned cache to its home; and left in search of my next adventure, whatever that turns out to be.

Found after a short look, not sure how the hint fits in though? TFTC JenneG And Budgy Nth Nowra NSW
I was just deciding which hide to search first, although one was showing more evidence of previous searching and I was leaning towards that one, when I spied the cache. TFTC GurTheWanderer.
heading through his way on my bike with only a few minutes to spare. Couldn’t see it and almost left for another day. One last look and there it was. Thank you
Today we visited the Goldcoast and searched for some caches.

We did try this once before when there was a circus nearby but missed out on it. Today I was lucky to almost walk straight up to it and spot it straight away. Thanks….
TFTC, quick find and a windy day. Out on the bikes but now we are heading home.
i am on holidays this week and decided to come down to the gold coast for the day and pick up some smileys and visit my son and family who are staying at sea world. After finding some great lab caches nearby i saw this cache not far away and at GZ it took a few laps before i spotted this hide. Such a nice place for a hide . Thankyou for the fun

After a great big hike yesterday, and staying overnight up the mountain - today was more about drivebys and urban caching. I enjoyed a lovely leg-stretch walk up and back on the Broadwater parklands, and nabbed this one along my way.
Thanks GurTheWanderer for entertaining me at this location.

Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I had a personal commitment in the morning, and then with the announcement of a looming COVID-19 lockdown, we decided to visit family in the Gold Coast. We returned via Broadwater Parklands, and stopped to visit a few Locations associated with *Historic Southport Seafront* and *Broadwater Parkland Stroll* Adventure Labs. With the circus setup in this parkland, we had a short walk around, before continuing home.
This was our last geocache in this area before walking back to the car. We had trouble making sense of the hint, and even upon finding the cache, the hint still didn’t appear to add up? Otherwise, a well hidden cache, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks E_Smiley for the cache placement, and GurTheWanderer for its ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

A nice outing down on the GC with Davidwazza before an impending lockdown! TFTC!
Cache was not hanging. I tried to rehang but it may fall again. Quick find. Clue was no help.
Today we headed towards the Broadwater to do the 2 AL & few other caches that we pass during our walk.
This is an interesting area of Surfers, many changes along here since we were last in the area.
Thankyou GurTheWanderer for placing this cache.

After doing an Escape Room in Southport, then having lunch in Broadbeach, I wanted to grab the nearby Adventure Lab on the way home. On a stinking hot day, with the sun beating down and very little shade, we did the Adventure Lab (but not the bonus cache because I wasn't smart enough to read the requirements before doing it) and grabbed these two whilst I was at it.
Found the cache easy enough, loved the cute little cache guardian but I forgot a pen. Won't be long before I'm back in the area and I'll sign the log.
Thanks for the cache **GurTheWanderer**

Down the coast to find a few caches and see how much the place has changed since living here. Coords were great, making for a quick find in a spot that was a little hidden from view

After relatively quiet hunting grounds up to now, you can tell where people want to hang out around these parts when you try and find a car park close to these caches... Hmm...
Once that was taken care of though, Ghostgums, NurseyJulie and I took the time to track down the handful of icons and labs at the end of the parklands, before heading North. First cab off the rank, the location options for this one were fairly limited, so the container was in hand after a brief search. [^]
Logging part taken care of and container replaced, we moved on.
Cheers GurTheWanderer.

Found with Gunnie69 and Nurseyjulie as we made our way down to the Gold Coast for the Out on the Spit #2 event by SaintsMadHouse.
Thanks for the hunt and the cache much appreciated

A speedy grab with some stretching after completing the Lab cache. Glad the bush was between us and the path. TFTC
Down the Goldie checking out some native bee hives so thought we'd grab a few nearby smileys while in the area.
Nice quick find.
Nicely 'out of sight' of passing muggles.
The log is a touch damp possibly due to the 'o' ring being missing.
Still able to leave our chicken scratches though.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

Three Roses Park is a beauty-spot in the city of Quirm, overlooked by the Quirm College for Young Ladies and with the delights of Three Roses Alley immediately adjacent.
Thankfully out of sight of nearby picnickers, we found the croaker. Thanks for the cache
Grabbed on our way back after the Adventure Lab today. Cute cache guardian! Excellent view
Spotted quite quickly while completing the nearby AL. Log is damp.
Thanks for the hide E_Smiley.

Wow! I was in luck! Night time can be useful! Great hide. Thank you. Signing with Deafgeo
Much easier to hunt for this cache with no cuddling teenage couple watch GZ this time. Cleaned up a couple of spiders webs in the process of claiming the find and got a bunch of souvenir burrs in my socks as a reward. TFTC
Think I spotted Gz but with another young couple enjoying the sunshine looking straight at it and not company for cover decided to leave for another day.
After a morning on the jet ski we spent the afternoon walking the dog along the broad water. Picking up as many caches as we could find along the way.
This was a tough one. The hint doesn't help you find it. It was my juggle friend who spotted it eventually. Fair play to her.
