### Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner. The cache owner needs to:* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute that is present. Otherwise :* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information.. **Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**. Alternatively:* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Devlin- Brown and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache. *Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches. Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.Thank youBalayang -GeoffCommunity Reviewer
Was out & about with the aim of converting a few more DNFs and reducing my watchlist! Of course I took the opportunity to also knock off a few other caches that I passed as well This was one of those 'extras' today. All quiet around here this afternoon so was able to park up close to GZ and make a quick find in the first place I checked Well, I checked remotely before putting my hand in, but it was still a fast find! No problems here today - TFTC
Its back probably last chance for this one, since we arent out this way much any more hope it goes a while longer

Another nice day for a bit of bussing, walking and caching. Caught the 998 to get a few more smilies. First one today, quickly spotted, signed and replaced. TFTC!
Nice quick park and grab to start off the arvo caching tour north of the river.
Thanks for the hide
Thanks for the hide
Out for a morning run in one of my old running areas to clear out a couple of unfound caches.
I found one in this park about 10 years ago and this was another quick find

Such an obvious spot when you approach. Thanks for hiding the cache in this great little park.
That time of year again... COUNTRY WEEK!
This time we are playing at Yokine Reserve, so a new area for some unfound geocaches. Having a bit of spare time on my hands this afternoon, thought I’d head out and grab some caches around the area.
Muggle free today so a quick find at GZ

Lots of spiders, but delighted to find it! Left a little something for the next players!
Found with 2% battery left on my phone! Last cache for the day to complete the Modern Wonders of the World souvenirs.
Scary hidey hole but was worth it.

Was scared as this was our first time finding something. We did it at midnight but was a easy find very happy
Over this way tonight for a baby shower for a lady in our church family so took the opportunity to grab this one with McStats

Nice find late on a beautiful Saturday night without a breath of wind. Summers coming tftc.
We found the hidey hole but it was empty. We put a new mint tin in there with a log in a waterproof bag. Hope this is OK. If not feel free to delete our log.
Could not locate this one. Plunged into the darkness but no cache?? Not sure about this one.
Find 4 of 21 with 3 DNFs on a lovely ride from Dianella to Maylands via Inglewood and Bedford.

A few spider webs made our 6 year old nervous but brave dad plunged his hand into the darkness and found the GS! Thank you.
Finding a few caches in the area, this was another one found on our journey... A quick find here whilst trying to avoid some muggles across the road

It's been a long day! [|)] Spent around 10 hours out on the bike, grabbing caches. Took the train to Stirling and then went through Tuart Hill, Joondanna, Yokine, Dianella and Inglewood before 'running express' back to Perth Underground Station to jump back on the Mandurah Line home. Got a little bit sunburnt, and had limited success at stages throughout the day... However, I still managed to end the day with 29 finds and 7 DNFs - the majority of those being at missing caches.
Quick find here. Cute camo paint on the tin! Cheers Devlin- Brown!

Thank you! Stopped here on my way to a family lunch. Cache soon found and log signed. Wasn't till after that I saw the temporary signs warning of swooping birds. Didn't see any luckily.
Managed to swoop in despite the prominent warning signs. Found the cache outside its nest and replaced it where I thought likely upon departing. TFTC Devlin-Brown.
Out enjoying a bit of walk around finding some caches in the sun. Nice hide thanks for taking me here.
On the final hunt for the elusive hidden creatures. 11 to go to World Turtle. TFTF.
Quick find today... figured put where the hiding spot could be from the car! Nice hide. TFTC
Out looking with guiness12 tonight. Last find of the night and she got it before I could turn my torch on. Nice cammo too. Tftc
After catching up with Neva2old and Yeatesy89 for a play and coffee in Kings Park and off course a few more smilies, we continued on our separate ways as we had a milestone we wanted to hit, and yep we did it a nice easy find here TFTC
Finding the cache was easy but I'm not sticking my hand in there. Sorry.
I took a photo of the cache which I can send to the CO if required.

Day 85 of 365! Two months down 10 to go! It’s been fun following through on my New Years resolution.
Easy find even by torchlight. Tftc
The tree is kind of squeaky!

Decided to go out for a few hours of caching this morning.
Today wasn't my best day up this way as I ended up with only 7 finds and 4 DNFS.
Lots of council workers close by putting in a new footpath but still managed to quickly find the cache TFTC Delvin-Brown
