Still going and I’m looking forward to the end now. This was a quick find and tickled the funny bone. Not far now! Thanks for the hide.
On the homeward stretch we stopped for this one which turned out to be a nice quick find. We signed your log and returned your cache back to where it hides. Its always nice to do a welfare check on one that hasnt been found for awhile and happy to say this one is doing ok. TFTC janssej and muskcat83
We wanted somewhere to take a small bushwalk on a Sunday afternoon and this series looked like it might fit the bill. So after a lovely lunch at a nearby pub we headed off. It turned out to be quite a bit further than we thought with some lovely hills that don't quite show up on the contour map but it did turn out to be a lovely afternoon.
Wish they were all this easy

Came out on this sunny day to collect this series. What a lovely walk through the trees. TFTS and apologies for the generic logs.
so I had a plan..I knew that the weather was going to be ordinary today but I thought get out early and I hopefully will stay dry..what an optimist..it started well and was a lovely stroll along this hilly horse riding trail ..I saw no one else which maybe should have been a harbinger but I looked back at a view towards the city and could see showers falling and thought all good..then when I was as far from the car as possible the heavens opened and continued..i cache by phone and although allegedly water resistant it certainly does not perform its best when big drops are falling on it..all these other apps started opening and playing..it was very frustrating..it reached that stage when I thought well I cannot get any wetter so I may as well just continue..great wander through this area and full marks for the ingenuity of the caches in the series..my personal favs were E and U..cache and log all good here tftc
Well where on earth did you find one of these?! Isn’t it amazingly the things you can buy! It just left me with one word… Why?!
Thanks for the hide janssej

Ahhh gotta love a road trip … nothing better on a wet horrid day out caching and converting those greens to sunny yellows Out with Mr and @ Ellemaree and her muggle + GEODOG Morry Graceling123 & Ambyfergs. Great laughs / fun dodging showers and getting some fresh air Enjoying the game plan and guessing … very competitive …TFTC
U is for Underneath. The most common home for a cache. Under that oddly suspicious pile of nature. Great little cache. TFTC
Enjoyed doing some of the A-Z Series with Mistraluna. Beautiful bushland . SL TFTC janssej & muskcat83
With a day off work today I decided to plan a day of geocaching, but where. After searching the map I came upon this area. After a 45min drive I arrived. Nice quiet area for a walk.

After the previous weekend of doing A-F we started at Z today. Really recommend this series to anyone with children who don't mind doing a few kilometers of walking. Both my boys really enjoyed each cache and had a few key favourites being P, R, T and X
Turns out some of these help me towards this 'Birthday' challenge (GC8HZV6) so since they have been on the radar for a while I decided to make a start on the series today. After a couple of hours and a bit of huffing and puffing up some of those hills I was back at the car. I'll return another day to finish them off.
A quick find of the interesting host here. Decided to cut across to Kangaview from here.
janssej I found your cache at 11:28am, this was the 6th of 12 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 5935. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Out and about doing a bunch of caches in Armadale today, this was a quick find TFTC
Started this series along time ago so decided it was time to revisit! All the caches were in good condition, bar one, although some logs were a bit wet which is to be expected after all the rain. Unfortunately we forget to write down the clues for the puzzle cache so will have to come back one day and collect them and finish the few we have to go! Thank you for an excellent series in some truly beautiful bushland!
Was out caching with Lazarus-68 and HHHeddy and decided to complete this series. we ended up taking turns in guessing and finding. sometimes we would all search together. did not guess this one and was totally gobsmacked when we found the item....gave us a laugh. thought about using it....thanks for the cache muskcat83 & janssej
Out for the day with hhheddy & dezzabills to tackle this series which has been on my to-do-list for some time. Loving the varied terrain here, killer workout for thighs & butt!

This is my first bit of hill climbing since my hip operation. I decided to start from Z to test the hip out on the hilly and uneven ground first. If I had problems I would be close to the car while not as fatigued as I would have been going around the other way from A. I had no problems (besides finding the caches) but took it slow especially on the downhill section.
I located some of the caches easily but other had me in circles for significant periods of time. So much so that after 4 hours I had only completed 17 and after finding G, I decide to go back to the car.
Back at home looking at the collected information I worked out the coordinates for the final which I will hopefully find when I return to finish the series.
After being a little apprehensive at the start I enjoyed the walk and the great variety of caches along the way. I will return.
Thanks janssej for the cache.

A great day for geocaching with Parkacruz, not to hot, so we tackled a series and a few other caches today, even had another cacher on our tails. A few laughs over a very spectacular slip and fall by Parkacruz, but no damage done. tftc
Taking advantage of the cooler weather today and headed out with Neva2old for a great day of caching, we tackled a series and a few other caches, even had another cacher on our tails, love your little sign in the window A day filled with so much laughter, especially when this part of parkacruz had a some what glamorous slip come commando roll, how nothing is broken is amazing !! We loved this little series and the puzzle at the end, thanks for a great adventure and TFTC
Found it. TFTC jenssej & muskcat83. I could not have picked a better day to do this series. By the logs I also noticed that parkacruz and neva2old are in front of me, a quick message confirmed, but they were too for ahead to team up. Quick find here.
KB suggested we have a crack at this series today, and its been a while since I've done a walking series so I was quite keen. Especially as the series has been put together by the creators of the epic Civilisation trail - so I was expecting good things. We completed the series in 2.5 hours, with all bar one cache found. Admittedly we were armed with some good hints, so we were able to make good time - I think that without a couple of clues there'd be a few extra blue faces on the map. We sprung a couple of young lovers near the final cache - must have been quite steamy in the back of that car on a warm day like today!
A favourite point for this one, being the most unexpected cache I've ever come across!! TFTC

Hi there janssej - Monday and only 24 degrees - I must go 'caching. Only problem was it was after midday, and this group of caches was on my hit list. I had already found the final but wanted to finish off the series. 1 DNF though, so that has to wait for another day. This cache was a quick find and sign and the container and log are in good condition. Thanks to janssej for this cache - our find #5413.
Came back today to complete the A-Z series of caches, having completed ABCEF with a DNF on D when the series was published and we were out chasing FTFs, we knew what kind of series we were into, chasing micros in the bush.
It was a good day to tackle the series as it was relatively cool weather, I remember sweating through my shirt on the morning they were released.
The series was very tough going, with the last 4 over some serious hills which was tough with the pea gravel. Chasing some very small caches with some places with large number of places to search.
Managed to track them all down eventually, some after quite a search. The legs were getting very tired after walking the track.
Thanks for another series to grab.

Headed out early to do this series which got published whilst we were in bali. We managed to complete the whole series plus 2 other tradititionals that were close by in just under 5 hours. We started at A and worked our way to Z. I must admit from W to Z it was hard going with the hills but we finally made it to then grab the final. Lots of novel containers to find and a few that took us quite a while to find after a lot of searching. An enjoyable walk but I'm totally worn out now......
Had a laugh when we found this one TFTC janssej

Accompanied with Everlasting for the day with a good weather (not too hot weather). It was quite steep down & walked slowly to make sure that we do not fall.
Everlasting found it before me. Thanks for the cache and enjoyed challenge too.

Starting to catch up on some late logs.
The better half convinced me to go for a walk around these newly published cache but had to wait until I loaded them onto my GPS as I found out that my tablet and the geocaching app would not show them because the app doesn't get them right away
Had a good time if very exhausted by the end of the 3 plus hours we walked.
Found after a search. Log signed and cache returned as found. Joint *FTF* with the better half around 12:16 hrs.
Thanks janssej for the cache.
