On a little caching tour for Cache Carnival. Earning some sovenirs . Nice and easy find here. Found together with Pyphant and Green Kiwikids and signed as "Team Piraten". Tftc
I came here at 5pm thinking it should be reasonably quiet. Unfortunately not, so left it. I came back after dinner at about 7pm to find the coast was clear. My gps however started to play silly games and was bouncing all over the place so I turned it off and back on. That seemed to do the trick and I was able to make the find.

Had a few minutes to spare after arriving early at the Pukekohe Railway Station. An easy find. TFTC.
In town for brunch. Stop by to pick this one up. Love caches hidden in plain sight. TFTC
With time to spare before I had to head to the airport and home, I continued to wander around Pukekohe finding a few caches along the way. Last cache for me today. Parked across the road and wandered over to GZ. Overshot the cache by a couple of metres then read the listing and the hint. Had another look where I'd been and there was the cache. No trackable in the cache though. Time to head for the airport now. TFTC, Biggles.
Was in the area with EIR-0T to attend Rebel Roundup 2019 at Pukekohe Park Raceway, good to see a few old style cars, some restored, some not so restored. ....
No muggle find here today.

The school caretaker called us over to find out what we were doing... I did explain and still got a puzzled look. He wanted to know who had placed the cache so sorry Co if I landed you in it. Anyway the caretaker was finally satisfied we weren't up to no good and left. Shortly after we made the find - how could we not have seen that the first look over? T4tc
It was nice and quiet at GZ this morning so we could search without having to worry too much about muggles although we did have to pause a few times as cars drove past.
We took a few minutes to locate this one as we had made an assumption about the type of hide it would be, but when we realised our assumptions were incorrect we quickly located the cache in a spot we had stared straight at on arrival.
A very nice hide, thanks MrJCook.

Well what a great Christmas New Years we have had so far it all started off in Friendly Feilding have Christmas lunch with the family then next day Boxing day off to Danniverke for a weeks holiday together so special first holiday with the Grandson hes only 7 months old, then we didn't know what or where to go next so ended up going to Napier and then across the Napier Taupo road got a cache and a trackable, not easy to stop all the time with a large caravan on the back. We finally got to Taupo and said where to now so we kept going and then we got a text message some plans next week had been transferred to the end of January so we could go away for an extra week. We ended up in Walton Gold course for two nights to finish off the Kiwi and another puzzle series got 46 caches in total some were traditionals as well, got that sorted and then headed off today decided we would do the Route 66 trail and Smilie trail so we ended up in Orewa so we are here for a few nights. We set off this morning and completed the Route 66 series had some lunch about 1.30pm then we decided to get some more traditionals in the area and then slowly head off to get some smilie series caches. once we were back to our accommodation had some tea we decided to go for a walk along the beach front and get a couple of caches. next day we headed towards Whangarei got settled into our accommodation then decided to go get a cache or two. the next day we slowly headed to Paihia but as we got up early we decided to carry on and get some more caches along the way and collect a minute challenge we have in the lower North Island we went all the way to Cape Reinga whata great day heaps of muggles everywhere. but no one took any notice of us doing our geocaching caches. we headed back stayed another night in whangarei after we got 48 caches for the day all types Virtuals, multies earthcaches and of course traditionals, then off to Auckland it was the following day only got one cache that day, but today was the day get get some cahllenge caches in the Ramarama area of Auckland and grab a traditional or two along the way this was number 6th for the day and the last one as we needed to get on our way to Taupo for the night. I had a minute or two but then found the cache safe and sound. thank you for placing a cache here signed the log and placed it back exactly where we found it. TFTC alot of road works and land transformation happening around the area.
On a hunt for some caches around town, caching in the evening works in our favor with everywhere being quite and made for easy finds. Thanks for the placement and our first time being in this town.
Was out and about today and thought of finding a cache.I was shopping at Pukekohe and saw this on the map. I parked near GZ searched for the cache stealth was required as there was an event on at the school. After 5 minutes the cache was soon found . Thanks for the cache MrJcook . TFTC!!! .
Heading to experience Spookers for the first time with Cats&Dragons and 11HPG11, and we thought it would be a good idea to find a few caches as well while in the area. Had visited this cache not long after publish but like others thought it was magnetic. No issues today, an easy find.
Heading to Spookers with HKCB, C&D and had a few minutes to kill so decided to stop to meet for a few caches before we had to meet up with the Auckland participant. Logs signed as HOAC to save room
Thankfully school was out and so we could search freely. The cache was soon spotted, signed and returned.

Nice Quick find here on the way to Spookers in the company of HKCB & 11HPG11. No problems and had the entire place to ourselves
Geocaching day in Pukekohe. This part of the town visited on my bike. Easy as it should be! TFTC!
I guess I haven't been out to Pukekohe for some time, or I would have grabbed this one sooner. Great way to get students to learn about longitude and latitude. TFTC.
Out and about for a big day of caching, I’m aiming to get at least 30 caches today and FMZ has decided to join me for a small adventure.
Parked up here and we said to each other... beginner level, yea that's us! Nahh, not really but the easier the better today for quick park n' grabs. FMZ made the easy find today.

After a DNF on publication day it was great to have a quick easy find today. Found with darthcacher1 and purply.
After walking the GoNZ trail we decided to find just a few more caches before returning home. On approach it did not look like there was going to be anywhere to hide a small cache, so we were pleased to spy it nicely tucked out of sight. TFTC
11.35am
Teamed up with Squirrel Nutcase, abcdf4 and eyespyben for the day, plus I had some business to do as well.
Mission today was to try and clean out Pukuekohe area and look further at a couple of puzzles we had started on but not completed.
Didn't finish puzzles today but picked up all the others plus a couple more north that we needed a special tool for.
Great day of caching. SLTFTC

With Gap (of Fap and Gap) and our Huntly friends; ABCDF4 and eyespyben...
Heavy fog blanketed the northern Waikato this morning, but bright blue sky greeted us at the top of the Bombays. Today, we hoped to mix work with caching around Pukekohe... Our friends had found this one on an previous visit, and they knew where to go to make this a quick find. TFTC.

On a 24hr mission to Auckland with Philip.Perry and three of my kids started caching at about 3pm getting back to accommodation at 330am then up and back on the road for a xouple of hours before heading home. We decided we had three caches we had to find this mission then the rest was all about getting our numbers up so concentrated on a high cache area. Meet Sethraven just on dusk who helped us on a cache we couldnt find before she headed home so that was great. Really enjoy caching in Auckland at night no traffic and no muggles to get in our way. We only had a few DNF caches for the day which isnt to bad. Thanks to all th CO for the caches.
Had a cheeky Auckland Mission on the cards this weekend and this was day two. It was a late one last night so today we figured we'd take it easy and try to clear Pukekohe out today before heading home. I wasn't sure what I was looking for here as there didn't seem to be many hiding places but sure enough - when there's a will, there's a way. Cheers MrJCook, TFTC
