Southern Autumn adventure Day 32. Mid North section of SA trip Day 3. Clare area Day 2. Wow, what a miserable we and cold day. I was in the area to take my scooter on the rail trails, but wow, that was not going to happen today. Instead I poked around back roads and a few solved puzzles in town before retreating inside to watch the Coronation, it is a once in a long time event. I will say I am looking forward to coming back to the region as there is plenty more to do, even after getting on the trails eventually.

Spending a few days exploring and caching around the Clare Valley. Visiting some towns that I haven’t been before so lots of unfound geocaches up for grabs.

Day two was Spring Conservation Park, Clare and Auburn.

After grabbing some lunch in Clare, it was time to grab a few geocaches.

This one took way too long before taking a step back to look at the bigger picture, and bingo! Tftc

Found during a caching trip to SA's mid north staying at Orroroo for two nights and Jamestown for one night. Spent the morning caching around Jamestown before heading for home. At this point we stopped to stretch our legs for a stroll to find the Traditionals and complete the Adventure Lab around the picturesque Gleeson Wetlands. Thanks for the cache TheKellyGang!

Another cache found on our 2022 South Australian Adventure and another very chilly, blustery day. A beautiful sunny day today and a great cache here.

We are enjoying our time travelling SA, fantastic towns, ruins, beaches and cliffs. Our thanks to all the COs for taking us on this geo-guided tour.

#19213. Day 13 of our Vic/SA trip with Robmc the geodogs and our bicycles. Our last day based in Clare so of course we had to hop on the bikes again with the doggies in tow and hit one of the nearby trails. We drove to Auburn and rode 10km down the Rattler Trail before turning back.

After lunch we drove around trying to collect a few more caches that were easier and quicker to do by car. We returned here after no luck yesterday and our hunch as to what it was yesterday was completely wrong. Centred the search elsewhere and Rob soon discovered the very sneaky hide. Nice one. The log sheets was completely full so we left a new one today.

Day thirteen of our short South Australian trip with BettyBoo3747 and the geo-doggies.
A lovely day in Clare Valley. We drove down to Auburn and unloaded the deadly treadlies and hit the bike trails riding south for about half of the Rattler series.. Then back to Clare for a few caches, some lunch, then back to base.

This was the only Gleeson Wetlands cache we didn't complete yesterday.
Back today to find this sneaky hide.
The logbook was full so we replaced it.

Catching up with late logs.

Heading home from WA using geocaching as a guide and an excuse to stretch the legs. With so many caches to do I am mainly concentrating on Earth cache's virtual's and adventure labs because you know you can do those even if the area is full of muggles .

I was in the area doing a hop around the lake adventure lab and I really enjoyed the walk. It was only when I got back to the car I realised I should have popped out of the ad lab app and had a look at the traditional caches that were around here that I've missed. The sun was starting to set so I didn't want to do the walk again so had to satisfy myself with this one that was nice and close and I'm really glad I did as it was quite a nice hide best off the day.

The JAMS team (JJ52, allister w, mogni, sir_spectre) along with tallbikestan left home early to head up to Clare for the June Long Weekend and of course we didn't go straight there. We had a few detours along the way which made for an interesting day travelling around stopping at Truro, Eudunda, Worlds End, Burra and Mintaro with the occasional cache in between.

Our final day in Clare and we headed out early to get a few caches and complete the Adventure Lab in Gleeson Wetlands before heading home. [^]

I had completed all the other caches in Gleeson Wetlands on a previous trip, but we came back to do the Adventure Lab and this was one I missed on my last visit.

Another place I could fit the car and trailer! If the rain holds out I might even find more than 1 cache! Found this one a lot quicker than anticipated! Love it!

A short stop here today, cache was easily found and is all good

Off to Clare for an overnight trip mainly focusing on getting the bikes out for a spin and hitting the rail trails for some adventure and indulging in the local wine culture, whilst finding some caches along the way. A lovely weekend away dodging the weather. Total of 91 finds for the 2 days.
