Im town for a meeting but a bit early so thought Id see what was around. Lo and behold a cache close by! Parked up and found the spot, but where to look! So many good hiding spots. Thankfully Im tall so a quick reach and the cache was in hand. Great hide, lovely view of the spud factory TFTC
Nice easy find with the family thank you. Found within 5 mins with the help of my son doing what kids do.
Quick park and grab today. Getting used to this container so was nearly my quickest find today. tftc
Another find with +Wife and EveTheStaffy. It took much longer to spot this sneaky hide than we expected. All good at GZ. Thanks for the cache.
Heading out to chase a series in Creswick today and thought Id stop and grab this one on the way.A quick find for me today - TFTC
Out with ConnieandRick for the day lots of fun as always! It was almost a frown and wave goodbye until Connie approached from a different angle and now once seen, cant unsee it. Nice cacheThanks jenno3 for your fantastic efforts and for contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy. Happy trails, Deanside
Out with deanside having a great day of fun and laughs. We had planned to go to Clunes but the day turned out way too warm, so we did a few 'leftovers' in Ballarat to make the map seem a bit more yellow! This was a slow find and we realised we were getting tired so headed for home once I eventually saw our prize. I visited all my 7 TBs.
Starting out on our new year quest we were out and found our quota for today. Was a lucky quick find. LumpyJ just happened to look in the right place at the right angle. Tftc
After an eventful morning I finally got to a cache I could grab while Little Goat slept in the car. I jumped out and found the GZ pretty quickly but after looking around in all the places I assumed logical, I was a bit perplexed. I was in a bit of a hurry with LG in the car so I called Nelzarama for back up. As the phone rang I spotted the cache and once she answered I told her she'd already solved my problem! Log signed and replaced, my last one for 2023! Thanks for the cache!
Found during my roadtrip from Canberra to do the Ballarat GeoTour. After finishing the GeoTour and the 50 Must See Places series, I had time to drive around Ballarat to do whatever else I wanted before leaving in the afternoon to drive to Albury. Took a few minutes for me to spot this one, I can't believe I missed seeing it for so long. It was a nice surprise to see McCain's across the road, they certainly do it again and again. TFTC jenno3!
Having attended a recent event in Brisbane where a fellow cacher brought my attention to the geo tour in Ballarat and its up coming finish in February, i knew this was something I had to make an effort to get to.I also quickly realised that the attribute for the geo tour is the last one I need to achieve a personal challenge so the planning began.Today is day two of the mission and Im down to only two more caches to complete the tour and have the local geo art on the radar. I. Also hoping to squeeze a CITO and an event in if time is on my side lets see how we go.I jumped in The geowagon and ventured off the o soon find a nice parking spot. A short stroll later soon found me at ground zero. It wasnt long before cache was found and my name was printed for prosperity. I returned the cache to its hiding space and made my way back to the car. Ready to head to the next adventureA big thanks to the cache owners of Ballarat for making this cache available to be found.Cheers
I collected this one today on a day out getting odd caches that I didn’t yet have. I’m not sure if it was McCains or some nearby roadkill that I couldn’t see but I needed to block my nose while hunting around here.
I’m surprised I spotted this as it wasn’t at all where I was hunting, it just so happened to catch my eye.
Thanks for the cache here.

Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. As reported by others, the logbook was a sodden mess. We cleaned the container, dried it out, and supplied a new logbook. Thanks for the cache.
Parked up the road and took the short walk back to GZ. Cache was soon and the log was in hand. Couldn't sign it as it is just a wet blob and I didn't have anything on me to replace it with. Photo attached.
Thanks for the hide jenno3 and kenare....a good name for the cache and a bit of fun....will just need a new log.

The log is a little gross and damp. But otherwise great hide, had to really look for this one. Nice sunset tonight TFTC
Ahhhh McCain, you’ve done it again!
Just when I was about to give up, I changed the direction of where I was looking and BINGO!.
On a new adventure to taste apples and perhaps see some devils .

Found with hevwalker, we headed off by torchlight and arrived close to GZ the torch produced the glimpse I needed and the cache was in hand ready to sign, the log was wet but signable. As we didn't have a new log sheet with us at the time we couldn't renew it for the CO. TFTC
scramping & I made our way to Ballarat for the long weekend on a mission to complete the GeoTour, which we accomplished. Now to concentrate on other caches around the area.
Found at night by torchlioght.

Found at 3:12 pm.
It was finally time to find a CITO in May and an event to help me complete another challenge I was working on as well. So a car pool with OzHockeyChick was the go and we had a great day despite the on and off rain and freezing cold wind once we got to Ballarat.
I walked straight past this, so obvious once you've seen it.
Thanks jenno3 for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

It was the final day of my Great Ocean Road - Road Trip. Today it was off to Ballarat via the Caravan and Camping Show. Then off to the local events, no doubt followed by some caching on the final journey home.
After completing the CITO we took the option to drive around to this one and made a quick find shortly after arriving. I missed it on the first pass.
Thanks jenno3 for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

Some good friends had decided to head to Ballarat for a few weeks so I decided I needed a break and joined them, we had a great time out caching as well as sharing stories and laughs around a meal or two. I really love the area of Ballarat there is so much history and I am sure it has the largest population of Oak trees in the Country.
This is one of the caches found today.
Some caches logged as RASP rebel acts &Ski pair.
Thanks jenno3 for the cache.

With work encouraging us to take some holidays and Mr SKI having quite a few weeks up his sleeve it was time to take another short break and do some sightseeing and caching in parts of Victoria we seldom visit.
This time we decided it would be Ballarat. There is a wide variety of cache types and quite a number of Adventure Labs to do, so the area is quite attractive. And that doesn't include the historical and interest aspects as well.
We organized to meet up with some friends while there so we would have the opportunity to do some joint as well as solo caching.
We have already had some great adventures on a few challenging caches that generated a lot of fun and as usual always good to find some pre-solved puzzles.
All logs signed as SKI Pair, RASP (Rebel Acts & SKI Pair or SP depending on size of logs and availability of space.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache jenno3.

Out for a walk with Shumba7 and the geowoofers filling in my calendar. Found with out too much of a drama but unfortunately the log was too wet to sign. TFTC.
Angel boys appreciated the golden clue. When you're going to give up it's best to keep your chin up.
Quick find on a quick walk. Log is drenched + full so I added another scrap of paper (makes it a bit hard to close up the cache though). TFTC!
Sorry for the late log and a generic log. A combination of some heath issues making me not able to look at the computer for any length of time and a mishap with my phone that has caused me to lose my list of saved caches.
Found on a trip out with AusFox;.
Thank you for the hide

It was a chilly start to the day, but it didn’t stay that way. A perfect day to grab a few smiles around Ballarat with SimsFamily.
No need to smile and Wave here today as we searched with torch light.
Log signed and replaced as found.

After finally succumbing its time to log this one. Technically it’s not mine, but it kind of is. I still remember writing it up and submitting it, lol. It’s my 3100th find and I’ve found quite a lot of these with my favourite CO!! My goodness there’s been some laughs and adventures along the way, even a quick trip to Tassie!! Sadly there’s not so many people to smile at wave at anymore, so no photo. Tftc
We found this on our way home from our Easter lunch with family. One part of the team has been in this location many times but had time to stop today while all parties were present. The log is very wet and full. Thanks for the cache!
Tftc 2nd time lucky. But couldn’t sign the log like everyone else said, log is wet and I didn’t have spare paper. Container needs an o-ring. May help.
Log was very wet. Couldn’t sign. One of the kids was monkeying around and found it.
My first day as a premium user and this was on my list!!!! Couldn’t sign log as it was damp and full... the littlest member of our tribe spotted this first and was celebrated with a big I found it Jenno rahhh!!!!!
I've stopped by this spot before with no cache found [:o]
A tribe of muggles were assembled across the road that day
Today there was just one muggle sitting in a truck nearby
So no stealth needed [^]
And while standing around in a shady spot,
a little cache I did spot [^]
TFTC ...
... It smells like a corner shop here today
Pasties, spring rolls, and chips all rolled into one greasy aroma [XX(]

TFTC. On a regular journey to Ballarat we often pass by many caches with the thought “another time”. Well today that time arrived. We pulled the geo-vehicle to a stop and wandered to GZ for a quick and easy find.
Caching in the area we picked up a few caches in the area and this was one of them.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

A reasonably quick find here today with the help of a few logs. A great hide that is really obvious once spotted. TFTC
What a perfect afternoon for some geocaching with the family! Perfectly sunny with some crisp clean winter air thrown in! This was a tricky find... wondering around for almost 10 minutes before I spotted it in between the bright beams of the sunset over McCains.

I had a great time with Geofriends to finding your cache jenno3 and kenare, while we are doing with CITO thank you so much for placing it.
Took longer than it should have, I finally spited the sneaky hide that shouldn’t of been so hard after about 10 mins of looking around
