Clever cache.Very well crafted container.Add another fav to the tally! We started from Sydney over 2 weeks ago and met up with the other team members of The Roos in Mystery Bay, NSW, then headed to Genoa Vic, then Cape Conran, Lake Tyers and Golden Beach before The Roos went their separate way.We headed to Phillip Island, where we hadn't been since Wayne Gardner and Mick Doohan were household names. The last couple of days we've covered Yarra Glen, Yea and Merton all in the rain. Then, Euroa, Benalla, Glenrowan, Myrtleford, Tallangatta and Baranduda.Today, just taking it easy with Silo Arts and exploring Benalla.Slowly adding to my Victoria LGA count.Another night at the Benalla Showgrounds before we go hunting for more LGAsTftc

I've been enjoying a couple of nights away in Yarrawonga. I thought I would detour home via the silo art trail. I last came by here 5 years ago, when I was reasonably new to geocaching. I do recall looking for this cache back then to no avail. Today tho no issues in locating the well camouflaged cache. I have added some more paper since the log was full. A fav from me

28-Apr-24
Excellent hide, log is now full, you will need tweezers to get it out as I pushed it in a little bit too far. Thanks.

An interesting piece of silo art here, the cache container is very well made so a fav from me hereOn the way home from the Capital Geobash Mega in the ACT, today I made my way from Corowa/Rutherglen to Kerang via Shepparton, I had no real plan today other than find a few caches for a challenge caches plus visit some places on the back roads I was yet to visit. Thanks for the cache

Again waiting for the muggles. But patience we got there. Thankyou

Canberra GeoBash DashDay Two: Barham to Corowa via SheppartonWeather: Perfect! Smokey in NE Victoria. Google maps is once again taking me along the backroads of northeastern Victoria, and I feel compelled to stop for any caches in case I never pass this way again. Heres another Adventure Lab that I may never finish, but the nearby trad wont require any additional groundwork, so I stop for a look. Im glad I did; nice work on the cache here. Thanks Team BGF, another FP for your extra effort here.

08-Jul-23
I was heading up this way to catch up with friends and to camp out with them at Broken Creek for the weekend.
After staying in Benella on Thursday night Beechworth was then my destination for yesterday before heading back to Broken Creek and to met up with the rest of the gang.
The weather held out for a great night around the campfire so after a great nights sleep I got up and after breakfast I decided to drive the Silo Arts trail up North.
Everything is still wet but the sun decided to make an appearance as I drove.
As I drove in to town past the oval the netball and footy was definitely in full swing.
I soon located the the silo and came across another great piece of art.
Waited for some muggles to move on and soon had the great looking cache in hand.
Last one on the Ad Lab so now off to find the final and then some lunch.

Thanks Team BGF TFTC.

Found by my little buddy who was also fascinated by a truck unloading into an augre filling a silo.
That is what his Dad used to do for work. BENedict_2011 obviously has never been on a trip in the truck.

With so much rain over night and more predicted today (Friday) we decided to do the Silo Trail as there would be more driving than being out of the car lol. We made our way from Rutherglen to the Southern Part of the Silo Trail so we could do the AdLab as well. After taking photos of the cool silos, we waited till all other visitors had left before we started looking. JMelb was the fortunate one to find this magnificent cache… gee we are really loving your caches!! Fave Point from us! Off to the bonus for the AdLab now

Thanks for the fun, Team BGF

07-Apr-23
While driving from Melbourne towards the mega I stopped by this site to grab a cache. Plans were to leave Melbourne by 11, but due to car troubles it was more like 2.30 so the plans to go to certain caches had to be revamped.

This cache was found instead which was a great bonus.

27-Jan-23
Tftc. Excellent camo.

03-Dec-22
Last silo of the day, but not the last cache..
We have been super impressed with the art work on display along this tour, the way the artist is able to expand a small image up a million times larger onto a curved surface and still keep the whole image in proportion from any angle.
And I have to say I give the CO the same praise for the caches along here as well, but then again, you will never get a boring cache from them as they are well known for their clever gadgety containers……and this one was no different….it took a second look to spot it, clever in it’s simplicity.
Cheers

09-Oct-22
Great disguise

03-Oct-22
Great spot for a cache. Lots and lots of muggles but after a little break the coast was clear. Perfection when it comes to camouflage, very well done. TFTC.

08-Aug-22
We stopped by here for a look at the art, and so I could have a look for this one of course. On the first pass, I had no luck but 2upoj kept insisting that it was right here and sure enough, I soon spotted the nicely camoed stash at 15:00.

All worthy of a fave point.

TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Team BGF.

04-Aug-22
Very well done this one really deserves a favourite TFTC

30-Jul-22
Day 17, week 3 of 5 weeks holiday.
Rockhampton Queensland to all over South Australia.
12 degrees, feels about 8 and my hands reckon no more than 3.

Can’t say much about this one without giving it away.
A very good hide indeed and it had us stumped for a while.
It didn’t help with tourists showing up making us waste more time.
Eventually it quitened down enough to allow us to get the cache out and sign the log.

PamJ and I are staying in Mulwala for a week with Lorraine and Terry, our muggle friends from Lake Macquarie near Newcastle.
This is one of the caches we found during our stay.

Very nicely hidden.
First silo for the day.
**Thanks for the fun Team BGF**

08-May-22

Out on a caching adventure of 4 days with bushfire, Brisal 5 and Blackadder. We stayed nearby at Goorambat and travelled around from there. This trip had to be postponed a few times due to Covid.
Signed in as 3Bs, Team 3B6 or used name stamps.
The sun shone us all day despite the weather prediction of rain and cold..
Thanks for the fun Team BGF

Unbelievable. Took a long search in between visitors here. Finally found something suspicious and YES! that was it.
FP again

08-May-22
In the Wangaratta area for a few days caching with my very good caching mate from Bacchus Marsh 6Hinemoa2 and great caching friend from Adelaide and his mate the Blackadders.
Due to COVID lockdowns and other problems this trip has been postponed a number of times but we are finally going. Once in the area we put 3B6 or Bushfire in our logs to save space.
I am running late with my logs after finding so many in five full on caching days.
With so many caches found I have to use the cut and paste method as we found so many great caches from so many different cachers, so a big thank you to all those folk.

30-Apr-22
After stopping to look at the silo artwork by Sobrane we tackled the cache once other visitors had left. The find was not what we expected and made a nice change from many others and worth a favourite point. We had been in Broome in 2018 and had visited Sobrane’s gallery and purchased a couple oh bird prints so it was nice to see her work on the silos. Thanks to Team BGF for the cache.

30-Apr-22
We are in Tungamah to watch my partner’s Granddaughter play netball this morning. Very clever hide and a favourite from me

23-Apr-22
Well this was a nice finale.

As I arrived so did the muggles.

Well 6 car loads anyway.

Then just like that they vanished.

The cheeky cache was found.

Nice looking cammo!

**Found whilst en route to Melbourne from Corowa**

After saying ciao to Happy Pants after grabbing a coffee, I headed out to grab a few caches as I make the long way back to Melbourne. The Empire, Happy Feet, Happy Pants and I had spend a few days away in Wagga. It was a time filled with many laughs and good times. Back home for my sons birthday tonight.
So it was back to solo caching as I head for home. Took the opportunity to detour via Yarrawonga (Silo Art Tour) stopping for photos and the occasional cache.
A nice quick find was made here. Thanks for the cache Team BGF and for highlighting the art. Appreciate your efforts. Big Grin

Found by The Empire
Heading home, cruising through Tarcutta, then onto Holbrook and into Victoria from Wagga. Decided to follow a silo art path for a little bit. I did this last year, but out in the Western Districts on the way home from Mildura. Is there a silo in the country that hasn't been painted? Hahaha! A quick find here once some tourists left the area. Thanks for the cache Team BGF.

Did a run along this art series a while back but didn't quite make it to Tungamah. Today I came out with a mate and grabbed this and a few other caches, including the Adventure Lab. Had a very nice day out!
Took a little while to pin this one down but got it in the end.
Thanks team BGF

Was a bit lost, so once we branched out it was a quick find!

23-Feb-22
TFTC,
We worked all but one of the NKH series out prior to the MEGA but didnt have time to complete the series.
Back this week at Barooga to play golf with Nana nel's Thursday social group.
Today was the rest day but we have used it to almost complete these. As well as the one we didn't have solved, there was onw we didn't have a suitable TOTT for.
A fantastic series with some head scratching along the way. A couple of favourites added and trackables visited some along the way.
We also added a few extras into our day and enjoyed them as much.

23-Feb-22
Nearly missed this one, we were too busy completing the last AL, loved the container. Stamped the log and replaced. Thanks to Team BGF.

29-Jan-22
In the Yarrawonga area for the weekend, to meet up with Team Crackers.

A very well made and hidden cache.
Some more lovely artwork. A favorite point from us.

Many thanks for placing this cache, Team BGF, for us and others to find.

20-Jan-22

Leaving Benalla we followed the silo art trail to Tungamah
We then made camp at Numurkah beside the creek. A great spot only a couple of caravans here.
Following lunch we toured some of the back roads finding a few caches, whay a great way to visit the area.
We found a variety of caches in some great locations.
Thankyou Team BGF for placing this cache.

18-Jan-22
Found after attending the 2022 Mega event at Wangaratta.

I drove across from Adelaide with Freddo. We took a week to get there and back as we meandered our way around northern Victoria, camping mostly along the river and generally avoiding contact with other people as far as possible to minimise covid risks.

We targeted some specific caches of interest, but also took the opportunity to find other random caches opportunistically as we were passing. Most of the puzzle caches we found were solved prior to leaving Adelaide in preparation for the trip.

Thanks Team BGF for the cache.
