Grabbed it and took back to the car to fill in and note code. Then forgot exactly where it was placed so put it in a semi-logical place on the same P.U.B.
This is day seven of a ten day trip down to Dunedin and back to move my daughter there so she can get her master’s degree at Otago University. I am now heading towards Picton to catch the ferry. I counted and there are nineteen places along the road where you have to slow down or stop due to constriction.
I looked first, then felt around for the cache. TFTC.

Meanwhile this is my third geocaching-trip to Middle-Earth . And I love it! [:X]
Still there are routes and places in this beautiful country that are on the 'discover-me' list and want to be visited and explored. .
E.G. this is my first visit to Blenheim - what a lovely city! [^]
I come from a German wine-region at the river Rhine - feel sort of at home here !
So today (#22) with splendid, sunny weather was dedicated to strolling around in and around the beautiful city by foot (8km) and by car, picking up quite a few treasures in the area - just like this one:
So now I know, what P.U.B stands for [:o)]! Love these Eclypses at the power-boxes! [^]
Thanks to the owner [:X] for placing and maintaining this cache and best regards from Germany!

We popped into Blenheim today to see a movie (we needed cheering up) and find today's cache. This one was it. Miss 3Prettys pretended to be taking selfies while I made the find and signed the log. We had a good chuckle as we walked back towards the car, as one of her photos turned a nearby parked car into a Jojo Siwa-style bow in her hair.
Thank you for the cache and helping lighten our mood!

Found with Julius family while on Christmas holiday in South Island and Stewart Island. Logging now as I have my own account. TFTC
Heading home after our 3 week holiday in South Island. Stopped at subway down the street for dinner. Ferry tmrw morning. Mr Muggle found this quite quickly. TFTC
Quick find this morning with eltee291 and crman1. Beautiful day to be out and about caching. Signed the log and replaced as found. Visiting from Victoria, BC, Canada. Thanks for the cache, capperz!
Found today with hingis20, crman1, and coastalmartinis. Have come frome Victoria, BC, Canada to visit with my daughter and her family in Blenheim. Really great to be enjoying summer in January. TFTC
Quick find with some muggle friends. Visiting Blenheim on a tour of NZ. Greetings from Edinburgh. Looks like. Early every cache in NZ uses the same container. Tftc
Was down in the South Island on a personal trip to take care of some family issues that had arose, we decided that we would take the Interislander and make our way South so that we could take our own vehicle and all the supplies that we required as after we worked out the costing's of flying and taking a rental this was the best option for this trip.
Arriving in Blenheim for the night after a late afternoon sailing we decided to stay in our usual accommodation venue for last night. Today we decided was to make our way to Christchurch and catch up with Family and tidy up a few things and stay the night there.
Waking up this morning to a fine and beautiful Blenheim / Marlborough day what else could we ask, we decided to have a quick breakfast before going to the Warehouse to pick up some supplies. After walking back to the car I noted that there was a cache within 100mtres as the crow flies, now how rude would that be if I was not to at least try and attempt it.
Decided to drive over to GZ and managed to find a parking spot within 30 metres of GZ, while Mrs Yeetrees was taking care of a few issues, I decided that I would go and search this cache out, arriving at GZ it only took me a second to spot the suspect.
Managed to retrieve the cache, signed and then replaced the cache back where I found it. Thanks capperz for placing another cache here and for bringing me to this spot, TFTC TNLNSL (13857). Also remembered to retrieve the code before replacing the cache back as found.
Now it is time to start on our journey South via Kaikorura

On day four of our wonderful New Zealand trip Oztriaco and I had to wait for our campervan to be repaired. In the meanwhile we searched for some cache. So we also found this one. Thanks for the cache, and greetings from Austria.
*Day 4 of our amazing trip*
While we were waiting to get on the road again, with our campervan getting a new fan belt installed, blumen-wiese and I had to kill a bit of time in Blenheim. Determined to make the best out of it, we enjoyed a long breakfast at a very nice caf´e before making a little stroll through the town. Frankly, there wasn't really much to do, but at least we were able to find a few caches. On our way to the garage, we wanted to check out the pub advertised by the cache title, and it wasn't until we arrived at GZ and read the cache description that we realised that this was not the kind of pub we were looking for.
Anyway, thanks for the cache, and greetings from Austria.

Took longer for us to find than it should have - we're out of practice! Signed, dice dropped in. TFTC.
I was with Kiwimykl picking up some new furniture for our new house at the adjacent establishment today. We had a bit of a wait for the delivery truck from Christchurch which was running late, so Kiwimykl suggested we get a couple of nearby caches. This was the closest and we were just replacing the cache when the delivery truck arrived so we decided the other could wait for another day.

A detour while others were in the Warehouse getting a forgotten holiday item. Easy find at this one- last found by a non-cacher but at least they left it in place
Heading north on our first grand family road trip. The plan was to head north to Auckland and then tiki tour our way back to Christchurch. Day two had the night in town and heading to the ferry.
Thanks for the cache capperz.

I'm heading out to cycle the Old Ghost Road today, leaving at lunchtime, so I have the day off. But first I needed to hop into town for some bits, like a new bladder. I also need a cache for today's calendar project, which is... um... simply find a cache, so must be for converting 4-days into 5-days. Of which after today I have only nine to go.
So I came here, since I'm heading into town anyway, to get another of the pub crawl series. And like every other of this series I have found, I forgot to get the code, so like every other of this series, this cache will be a double visit.
Okay, I understand the cache name, both in terms of location and how that applies to the series, but still I keep thinking of the music series - That Song by Split Enz. I can't even remember if capperz has actually made a cache called that. Probably.

Today I took some time out to drive over the hills to Marlborough to find a few more hidden caches and finally unlock the final Hidden Creature. One I'd acquired the World Turtle it was back to 'normal' geocaching - whatever that is - until it was time to head for home. I finished my day with a trek around the P.U.B.s - brought back memories of my uni days - now those were real pub crawls... TFTC, Biggles.
With barely a start on the Hidden Creatures souvenirs (4/100) and only this weekend free to do it, we set off to Blenheim to see how many we could collect. I didnt think we would get to the World Turtle but was happy with whatever we brought home. We drove over last night so we could get a good start this morning. The plan was a drive out to Awatere Valley but we worked our way out of town first. The first of many P.U.B caches this weekend so it was apt that we happen to start with this one. A quick find and number collected for the final. Thanks for effort in placing this cache and the series for everyone elses enjoyment.
I arrived here first thing this morning to find a car parked up with someone inside right in front of GZ. They seemed to be wondering why I was encroaching on their space so I decided to leave then to it. So instead of it being the first in the series it has become the last before the final. The coast was clear when I returned much later making for a nice quick find. TFTC # 12,647
Found while out on a date with the littlest child She was very pleased to be the one to make the find and sign the log. Start em' young TFTC
A quick and easy find. Thanks, Doh, need to go back for the bonus number.
A weekend away, first this month!! Up to Sunny Blenheim to do some walking and caching. Friday night drive took forever, there must have been a dozen sets of traffic lights along the way. A great day today though so the Friday drive was worth it.
Thanks to the CO's for placing and maintaining these caches. Cheers.

My last P.U.B cache of the day, and indeed the last cache of the day full stop. With all the required numbers I worked out the Bonus Coordinates later on over a glass of Pinot Gris (amazing what you can buy in a can these days). Cheers and TFTC
Note: I did have a quick look for the cache on Sunday morning but it was absolutely hosing down, so it was indeed very quick . On the list for another try when I'm here at QBW. TCTC

After participating in the St Clair marathon we headed out to collect a few local caches. Nobody near GZ so we were able to zoom in for a quick find.
Wasn't sure if I should be looking to do a pub crawl at this hour of the morning, but having talked to the CO at an event last night I felt as though I should at least sample the Blenheim pub crawl. There were hardly any cars or people around so a nice quick find was made. Thanks capperz
A quick pop out to grab a cache after dinner.
Deathly quiet in Blenheim this Sunday evening but that makes for some quick finds.
Thanks

Being a relief teacher with a campervan and a supportive family, I decided it was time to make use of the school holidays. I stayed the night at the Top 10. This morning I decided to cache by bike.

One last find before heading home. Will get the rest of the series next time I'm over the hill. Thanks capperz

Icy red Icy red I see re-ed. I saw lots of red on the way to the cache. I'm not sure I'll ever get the streets and carparks of inner Blenheim sorted but it doesn't seem to matter, there must always be a way. TFTC .
Yep. Decided to walk - "we'll walk, you take the car" .... It was a nice day for a walk anyway and we found our way without too much trouble - and with the help of the tracker the car found us. Having fun in Blenheim!
First in the series but the third find for Mrs SoBad and her fellow cachers. We had been dining nearby and walked to this before collecting the car and driving to the rest in the series. Name made perfect sense.
Thanks.
Thanks.
A week after knee surgery and here I have a dot day. Thought I'd give driving a go yesterday - but all I did was drive in and out of the garage. Today I ventured into the supermarket....and wanted a QEF that I didn't have to bend my knees or walk over rough ground for. Arrived at GZ and parked opposite P.U.B and waited.... took a wee while to wait for muggles in all directions to dissipate. Then I bravely jumped out and made a very quick find.
One more dot day tomorrow and then thats it....yay! - but of course another challenge has arrived... always something to keep the interest up.

It's been a very long time since I went on a pub crawl. The reward of a throbbing head lost its appeal if it ever had one that is. This pub crawl is different it seems and at the end is a warm fuzzy "feel-good" reward. So on a sunny Sunday morning we thought it a good idea to go and try this pub crawl and mop up some more of the greenery that popped up on our nice yellow dotted map. It was a great and productive day with just reward and no hangover. Thank you capperz
The forecast was good, there were some new caches 'over the hill' which was good, so off we go again.
This was the last find of the traditionals, now to sort the 'acquired' numbers to figure GZ for the final.
Thank you capperz.

Heute in Blenheim angekommen und bei dem schönen Wetter noch einen Sparziergang gemacht. Diese Dose konnten wir gut finden. Danke fürs Legen.
The pub was calling so just this one today. More later maybe.
Thanks capperz for the cache.

2TF at 'Zero Dark Early' this morning. After getting three of this caches siblings late last evening I went home to log them and see what the numbers would give me. By some fluke, I ended up with the East coordinates confirmed and despite 'The Turn Bull' not being published I figured I would have a pretty good chance of getting my 'last Orders' in with two out of three of the South numbers.
So this morning I left home early for a 'slight' detour on the way to work to get what numbers I could. This was the second and fortunately I didn't have the same problem here as I did with the previous P.U.B as this area is a lot more exposed and even this early in the morning there was plenty of activity around. Icy another nearby cache has been sacrificed in order to facilitate this series. The bonus was that the number need to work out the 'Last Orders' worked in my favour rather than against me and with 7 of the 8 numbers required, I soon had a likely set of coordinates for the final. Off I go...

We were spoiled for choices in the inbox this morning. But Jo was working and I had some household chores to get stuck into before contemplating such things. Besides, it's not a dot day. But after giving the chimney a sweep (not a euphemism, it actually happened) I had another look and could see an initial level of disinterest among the local population. Even tS had decided one (+1) was his fill for the day. Well, can't let this happen. There has been some serious effort put into these, and these caches need some respect. So I chose the closest to town as I had a pre-arranged lunch date with Jo when she was ready. A quick find here on this quiet Sunday, numbers duly noted and still no call from Jo. So off I went to the wine related multi, solved that (thankfully the Guinea pig before me had ironed out the issues with the CO), sighted it (just to make sure) but didn't sign, then headed back to town. To kill time I made the impromptu decision to buy a television (as you do) before bumping into Big Vern in the car park where we chatted until Jo rang and then finally off to lunch, about 90 minutes late.
TFTC Capperz, just the one for me today to keep the FTF streak going, looking forward to the rest in due time.
