Again great hide. Always don't look thoroughly then go back to the obvious spot and do a better search.
Thanks busy paws For this cache! Found on the 05/05/24@05:05:46 p.m..Biking around today so found this cache. Easy find TFTC355------Logs signed with qwertyuiopasdfghjk66 or Q-6
Took a little while to find this one, but got there in the end. Pretty quiet here this morning so easy to conduct the search. tftd
A sneaky little find for todays streak day. I had an idea and I was on the right track, as I had the cache in hand straight away. Thanks for the neat little hide!TFTC busy paws, the cache was found in good order Signed, sealed and returned to GZ. 2 find(s) of 3 today, making this find #4639
Nicely hidden cache, took a little longer than it really should have to find. Thanks busy paws#14958
We are staying opposite this park and I've come over with the grandsons to find this cache and watch them scooting round the cool track. Wonderful park. It seems a while since I found one of the COs music themed caches and hadn't even realised it was one until now that I'm logging. It is a fun song. TFTC # 20,753
Found while out trying to shake down some of our Christmas Day eating. It is great to be visiting Chch to see family.
Not so busy here today. TFTC

Thought I'd try and find this one since I was in the area, unfortunately there were quite a few muggles about, so will have to come back another day.
This took a bit longer than it should have, just because I wasn't thorough enough around my initial search area.
In my defense, I am tired and this is the 6th cache I've searched for in an hour and a half since finishing work.
I'm really pleased to tick this one off as it will likely by my "D" cache for the completion of the December Spelling Challenge.
Off home now for a well needed rest.

I was relieved that KR chose this one as a possible find after 2DNFs and a didn't attempt, (as the area was too flooded after rain). Finally got this dot day sorted. The Halswell pool is open so seeing as I'm soaked anyway, I'm off for my first swim of the season. Thanks busy paws.
in view of recent comments went to check on this cache. i have "married" the cache up with it's magnetic plate, if only people would put caches back as found - - -

Before I actually read the lyrics, I had no idea there was a line about a vegemite sandwich in the song. In fact I thought I'm reading a parody version of the song at first. Had to listen to it to believe!
I comefromdalandunundaaa!
Cache was not too hard to find, and the hint, even though not helpful, was bang on. Was the magnet supposed to do anything at all, hmmm, I could not find anywhere where to stick in to.
Kia ora! Paldies!

On a trip down to Christchurch and am currently geocaching with my brother. Great spot here, TFTC
One of half a dozen caches we (little sister and I) located in this area late this afternoon after completing the nearby Ad Lab. Took a moment or two to spot this one. Fortunately it wasn’t in too difficult a spot to access! #5033. TFTC.
I wasn't sure what to expect when setting out to find this cache but turned out to be a quick find.
Lots of runners about this time of day, and a couple kids in the skate park.
The area is an asset to Halswell.

It’s one of those really easy places but we both over thought it and it took us a good 5 minutes. Don’t over think it KISS It KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID
Thanks for the hunt!
Thanks for the hunt!
Did a little damage to myself but finally found it. Depends on how you approach it!
StreetWalkerNZ and I set off late afternoon on a lovely autumn day to look for a few caches in the rich (for us) caching fields of Halswell.
Not an instant find as there were lots of potential hiding places and the muggle factor was high, given the time and the temperature, but once in the right place, SW spotted the hide and directed me to make the grab. TFTC.

#18145. This one took us a while to find (lots of potential hiding place and a high muggle factor). Reading a past log helped in narrowing down the search, and soon after I spotted the cache and told Troodles where it was. TFTC.
Mr 6 had a birthday party this afternoon and Mr9 wanted to meet a friend at the skate park first. It's too cold for standing around so I tried a few caches. I thought this one was bit exposed but Mr 6 was keen to do the scrambling for me. In the end I was the one to find it in the first place I tried but all good. Now for some more. Tftc.
Until the viral lockdown is lifted, my geocaches are disabled. Any logs will be deleted. DO NOT Geocache currently.
In Christchurch for a week visiting family, today out to the Halswell trains. Found before lunch and a ride on the trains with our grandsons. Thanks busy paws for the cache.
Found it - one of those ones that you find quickly or scratch your head a fair bit - as we did!! TFTC
Took a few minutes to find it- while we were waiting for my other half to take us for a ride on his train. Nearly missed it, then suddenly realised I had touched it. tftc
Hard to look inconspicuous with all the people at the train day. Thanks for placing.
On the way home from a great day at Birdlings Flat. Called in and found this cache - very quick and easy. Thanks for the cache. Rodney and Iris.
Oooo that little red herrhint was very distracting.... We almost gave up then one last attempt and voila

Well, that was certainly harder than it needed to be, hehe. Was just about to call it a day, log that DNF, when I found it. Now it seems so simple. Thanks for the fun.
This took us quite a while to find, feeling into lots of places more complicated than the final turned out to be. When you know where it is, it seems simple. Just requires a patient methodical search. TFTC!
House sitting in the area and taking a dog for a walk. Lots of caches in the area. Tftc

Somehow off the coords a little bit, searched several possible spots but no luck. Then switched to a different perspective and the cache was in sight. Easy grab and sign.
A lot of kids playing rugby on the nearby field.

Found whilst out caching with richbritty my son in law and our grandson on wet Sunday afternoon. Took a bit time to find it but got there in the end.TFTC-Nice Hide.
On a visit to the park with Talla64, Junior cacher, TipsyTui and geocacher support member. The trains were running so lots of muggles around. Talla64 and I looked for the cache while the others finished their picnic. The cache was a quick find - thanks for placing a cache in this great park.
Found with mum while stopped for a lunch break. I had a look after her and found it where she had been checking.
Had a list of caches we were going to hunt while in Christchurch with the car at the mechanics due to a warning light coming on. The mechanic connected his computer and declared there was nothing wrong with the engine and he would deal to the warning light next time we were due for an oil change, probably early next month. So we basicly turned around and went straight home only stopping at this park to eat our lunch and find a cache not on our list for today. Cache found with the help of KN v2.0 as the other two were too busy eating and kicking their football around.
Well I guess there is always next time for those other ones.

Another busy paws find , while I'm on the way to visit her !
Not many people about today - I'm sure it's really busy here at weekends . Thanks for placing & maintaining this cache.

Thanks busy paws for placing the cache.

Another lunchtime mission to find a few caches to get closer to my goal for the year. Area was deserted today and the cache was a quick find. Thanks for the cache.
Last time we spent ages, got wet feet and were too embarrassed to log a DNF. Today we just cruised to GZ, grabbed the cache, signed the log and returned it. Easy. But how did we miss it? The mysteries of Geocaching. TFTC
This morning I had time to find a few caches before I had to the airport and home. I went down under came back up again and then spotted the cache. TFTC, Biggles.
We found a number of caches on this trip - thanks to all the hiders for there hides. Trying to get these all logged.

Stopped by with the cachelets for a play at the playground. Cachelet #1 and #2 stayed on the play ground as cachelet #3 and I found this one. Nice and easy as there were a few muggles about on this lovely winters day.
Thanks for the cache busy paws.
